The beast roars in agony and wheels away, flailing its tail at the group. It strikes the ground well short, showering everyone with dirt and debris, as it trundles away in the other direction, moaning as it slowly starts to depart, looking for easier prey.

Keeping his weapon trained on the creature. He watches it depart warily not taking any other shots at it unless it makes an agressive move. Rhys looks to the Col to see what his orders are.

Mendez changes the e-clip and moves towards shepards group. and says out loud "sargeant Rhys gather the squad and secure the area! private ellie on me! sargeant shepard report!" as he nears dyson and shep and snow ball, he says;" looks like the implant is working, snowball dyson help Rhys secure the area. "

Ellie follows Mendez towards the other group. she walks cautiously to avoid valling and to watch whats going on around her... looking around to see if there anything in the trees or anything that seems out of place.
