On the bridge
Tawfeek resumed the pilot's seat to watch the ship's movements, while Jessica worked through the reports.
It turns out that the ship, since Tawfeek took ownerhsip, has been trying to figure out automatically why that one drive was reporting errors or non-function. About the same time period as the peaks of these automated figurings (there were three since Tawfeek took control, but none before that - well, so far as the computer remembers, it being freshly installed just before the sale) were notes about 6-flags errors.
In summary, this has happened a total of three times. One while they were doing an earlier flight, one at the same time Mr. Johnson was found, and one just now.
On the stairwell Mrs. Johnson turns and follows McKenna, leaving Foreman there to go he needs to.
In Medical: McKenna's excellent perceptive abilities have shown that everything that should be on is still on, and probably never went off during the malfunction. Though, the general feel is something's different than when she left. She'ld have apply skillz to know what.

Flip hesitates for a second as he watches MJ run out, then snapping back to reality he turns and heads up to the bridge. Once there he says to the Captain, "Stairwell is normal again. Mrs. Johnson just came and got the doctor saying there was something wrong with the medical equipment. Any idea what caused all of that?"
After a brief second and before the Captain can respond Flip snaps his fingers, "oh almost forgot Mr. Smith said he wanted to speak to you."

Jessica reports to Tawfeek what she had found out about the earlier incidences, adding, "It looks like that is what happened to Mr. Johnson. A simple accident rather than him being attacked. If you want, I can let Mrs. Johnson know."
When Flip comes in and talks to the Captain, Jessica remains silent since he hadn't even seemed to notice she was on the bridge, listening to his report as she waits for Tawfeek's response.

Flip turns to Jessica, (sorry wasn't sure she was there, or still in the maintenance area or what). He says, "Umm... Jessica, Doctor McKenna said she may need your or Mensk's help in medical. If something is wrong with the equipment she may need a pair of hands."

On the bridge<--- I'll try and make these more obvious so people know where they are.
Tawfeek nods to Jessica. "Might as well kill two birds with one stone, Stephens. Go."
Turning to foreman, Tawfeek gets out of the pilot's chair. "And you, Mr. Foreman. I trust that this wasn't too taxing for you that you can't do your shift."

"Well your ship did try to beat the hell out of me, but I'll soldier on and work my shift. What caused that Captain," flip asks as he takes the pilot seat.

On the Bridge
"Gremlins." Tawfeek said, sitting in a seat, overlooking the nav table. "Or negligence. But you can bet the pound of flesh won't be mine."
He didn't seem too pleased his pilot got beat up by the ship. "Was the langing too hard?"

"Thankfully the doctor had the idea to try and find the floor before grav came back on. We really should look into installing some comms panels in the stair way. At least it explains how Mr. Johnson got hurt. I'll rest easier atleast thinking there isn't an attacker on the ship. What about Mr. Smith? He seemed pretty desperate to see you," Flip says noticing the captain seems to be staying one the bridge.

Jessica nods at Flip and Tawfeek and says, "Sure, no problem." Jessica then leaves the bridge and heads toward the medical bay.
Entering the med bay, Jessica asks McKenna, "Something going on with the equipment?" McKenna might be surprised to see that Jessica isn't wearing clothes that look like they're two sizes too big for once, as she's wearing a tank top and a pair of jeans that seem to fit properly showing that under the baggy clothes, Jess was actually in pretty good shape. Jessica smiles gently at Mrs. Johnson as she waits for a response.

Slipping her glasses on, McKenna switched her attention to Mr. Johnson. She was still in the middle of her diagnoses [dice=100] when Jess came in," I'm not sure what's going on Jess. Mrs. Johnson said something was wrong, but it looks like it's function right to me. Can you check it out anyways?" Her tone was dry and clinical, as she focused on her job at hand.[rand=179322745343932226813328907418075536784419501215801381811492645807]

Engineering: Mengsk pleased he had stopped the Sub-Directional manifold from spewing out a horrible green or blue fluid. More importantly it also stopped the ship from being destroyed. he turned his attention the maintenance schedule and the hack..
"How did they hack the ship...? might as well try and secure from future hacking attempts.." he thought.

Jessica nods and starts examining the equipment as she asks Mrs. Johnson gently, "What happened that made you think there was something wrong?"

In the medical bay
McKenna wears glasses? Huh
Assuming it is a diagnosis skill role, it is clear something's going on with Mr. Johnson, but without being able to trust the machines just yet, it's anyones guess whether it's positive or negative.
Jessica's mechanical skills yielded little information. However, her basic electronics skill showed that, whatever's caused the changes, it wasn't the ship's wiring or the feed to the electricity.
It would be interesting to see what sensory equipment readouts are saying, or what the computer systems were saying. It would, I bet.
Mrs. Johnson just stood there, trying to get her thoughts in order. "It was the... well, the lights flickered, and everything went weightless for a minute, then, when everything went stable again, but the readouts weren't looking like they did before."
In engineering
Mensk, looking over the controls realized he actually did very little to solve the crisis, decelerate the ship, or whatever. Also, he discovers no hack actually happened, since the access systems running and the routes of access never showed a hack. Curious, then, about the drive, and the still-suspcious-for-Mensk attack on Mr. Johnson.
On the bridge
Tawfeek was handling the damaged drive in his hands, pondering it ruefully. "Yes, I will go allay the concerns of the passengers." He grunted. He clearly did not look forward to it, but it was his job. "We've started the deceleration, so she should still be on Mars around the revised time."
With that, he got up, and left the bridge to Foreman.
Back in Engineering Tawfeek came in to show Mensk a damaged hard drive, plopping it onto the terminal. He looked exhausted (from, as the reader will have guessed, explaining things to the pasengers).
"No need to fix it." He says. "But you will need to run a physical review of the ship's systems - and I'm talking pyshically testing every one - when we land on Mars for repairs. I want to make sure this ship won't give me anymore trouble."

Flip turns his attention to the ship controls so that he can keep the ship going the right way.

On the Bridge
Foreman has the ship flying so straight and true, just now, that he could have a nap and, barring an impact by anything large than a ham sandwich, the ship ought to arrive at Mars. Incidentally, and I hesitate to mention it, but there is no Subway or Tim Horton's between Earth and Mars. Just throwing it out there, since I know how important they are to some people.
