"Well. It was lost in a book shelf for about 50 years." Tobrias said, calmly, "and, with the exception of Miss Abramson, here, only a handful can read it without some kind of magical aid. The rest would ignore it for a book in more modern language."

The Librarian leans over to Bianca. "Would you mind helping him, if the Guildmaster approves it?"

Bianca nods, "The book might react oddly to you reading it. It might be better if a translator assisted me and then I relayed the information to you."
"We don't want it to keep repeating, 'The slayer read the book about himself' in an infinite loop or something."

"I doubt there would be that level of minutae." Said Tobrias. "However, Miss Abramson has a point. If she is willing to translate it, then she would be a boon to the Decree lines ina ddition to your knowledge of you family history, Mr. Cooper."
