" Well, if there's bloodsuckers in the area, then there's a cover for the real reason for me and Moltavious to go out there and bring her home." Coop said, his heart pounding with excitement at the thought of holding Sarah again. " Who cares if the country folk hate me right now. It's not like they'd lynch me, and I'm sure there's someone here in the guild that could restore her memory."

Bianca sighs at the book. Maybe if she found someone else to help her interpret the writings. She does a quick check to see if she can find out Cooper's number. She knows she isn't supposed to share the information with anyone besides him and Tobrias, but she doesn't want to go find them just yet.
She looks over all of her notes so far, studying the patterns and trying to figure out anything that might help her research.

(Coop) "It's not that easy." says Wilson. "It was shock, not brain damage. If it was phsyical damage, sure, we could try, but with shock, no magic in the world will take it away or heal her. But she would be flattered by your eagerness to go get her. She is protected, so the vampires won't be a problem."
(Bianca) As she starts thinking about how to find Cooper's phone number (and thus about, as it were, finding Cooper), the book's pages suddenly jump to life (probably mistaking the intentions of the person it found focusing so hard on it), turning to what looks like the chapters on the Golayus bloodlines. The name "Golayus" was certainly unmistakable.

Coop was confused (nothing new). " So what, we leave her there until her memory returns? No offense, but I really don't like that plan, and neither will her parents when they find out."

(Coop) "Well, they frankly won't have a choice." Wilson says. "Whatever happened to Sarah caused her mind to shut down. It has to come back on its own. You arrive and try to kidnap her, or her parents do, it'll do more harm than good. I've seen it myself."
Tobrias nods. "Who is with her?" He asks.
"The Manchester land." Wilson says, rather ominously.
The name sounded familiar to Coop... but where?
[EDITED ADDENUDUM]".... not the only problem. Her being alive must be kept absolutely secret." Tobrias says, bringing Coop back to reality. "The Vampires may have expelled as a power play to take the city."

" Manchester? Why does that ring a bell?" Coop said to himself. He shrugged and let it slide for now. " Fine, but I'd be happier if a couple of our Fayde friends snuck out there just in case." He wasn't fine with it at all, but it he'd cause more harm then he wouldn't interfere. " So, back to my real task then. We have to arrange a meeting with the mob boss, and do it discreetly enough not to tip off the vampires. I'm open to suggestions here. I can't exactly walk into their headquarters and ask to see him."

(Coop) "Mob boss?" Wilson says, confused. "Which one? Why?"
"Mafia coup." Says Eleutheroi, simply. "Or, a planned one. They're responsible for Sarah's disappearance."
"Wow. Busy fellows." Wilson says.
"Alicia Manchester." Says Tobrias, adding to the conversation, "Was the young woman who was taken hostage at your mother's order." He was rather factual about it, but placing the blame on Coop's mother instead of Coop himself. Wilson shifted at this revelation, further adding to the reasons why Coop couldn't just show up there. "The Manchester is a very safe farm, you can rest assured." the guildmaster added.

" Yeah, safe as long as I stay a hundred kilometers away. They'd string me up by my eyelids if they got a chance." Coop replied flatly. " I remember them outside the trial, they wouldn't be satisfied if I had been locked up until Hades freezes over." His heart sunk . " Guess you don't have to worry about me going to bring her home."
He turned to Wilson. " Here, do you recognize any of these people?" He handed the photos to the detective. " Which one would you start with?"

(The GM would like to remind people that Coop was, in fact, fully absolved of his responsibility in the event in question, and quite publically, the burden of proof of mind control over said Coop being met. In addition, it's Coop's parents they really hate, not Coop.)
"You have an interesting interpretation of events." Eleutheroi said, sounding somewhat like Tobrias.
"Don't worry about her, she'll be safe, and I will be checking up on her." Wilson says. "Which reminds me, I have to get back out there. Rozatonosky has my job now, he might be able to help you." With that, Wilson's gone.
Tobrias turns his attention to Coop, patiently waiting.

Reenergized by the book's glow, Bianca trys to read the chapter as best she can. She doesn't try to pick out all the details at first, reading for a general sense of things and then later going back over the intriguing sections.

(Bianca) Eh, I'ld want a skill role, but where's the fun in that, yeah?
The method of scanning appears to cover detailed geneology and events corresponding to the Golayus line (once one of the most prolific), covering thousands of years, until coming to the end of the chapter, with events mentioning the Smith battle and then continues on after that.

Coop shrugged, looking at El, " Sarah's the optimist, remember?" He caught Tobrias' look, and suddenly felt like he had missed something. " I guess I should get down to Rozatonosky's office then, and see if he can give me some leads to help me make contact."

(Coop) "Just remember, Zachary," Tobrias says, "That they can strike against each of them at once. Saving one boss could unbalance the criminal underworld. You will have to forewarn them all, or none of them."
Eleutheroi stirrs to move. "Could we not just... I don't know... find where they're coming from? You know, bait them and follow them home?"

Coop couldn't hide the suprise that came over him," You mean you've never tried that in the past? I just assumed that was a waste of time since it had been attempted before." Then an idea hit him. " I've even got the vamp to draw out to lead us back to their lair. All I have to do is call her to see if she can meet me for coffee and talk some more."

(Coop)
"We've tried." Eleutheroi responded. "We always loose them at the mall."
"You could try and draw her out." Tobrias said. "But that is a risky manouver. The more you communicate with her, the weaker your authority will become."
"And the harder it'll be to resist her." Eleutheroi adds.
