Tobrias raised his eyebrow at the "small words" comment, indicating it was unawarrented and unwelcome.
"We would have to offer them protection." Eleutheroi says. "If they're citizens, Coop would have to."
Tobrias nods. "Which would either make us vulnerable to them, or make them indebted to us. A thin edge of a knife, no matter how you cut it. What would you suggest, Zachary?"

" That vamp did say she wanted to show me things, but she'd never be that stupid. " Coop said, looking at El. " Can't we capture one and force it to tell us where they're holed up? Then we hit it with everything we've got?" he suggested, though he was already sure that idea wasn't a new one.

After a few minutes, Wilson is shown in, looking like he's had a very long day.

Bianca wakes up, the book still in front of her. The Decree Slayers are definitely involved with the book somehow, but someone really wanted to make sure it was hard to deceipher.

Wilson can barely take his eyes off of Coop. "Well, you TV stunt's created a buzz in the farms." He fans his hands out, as if it's a floating headline. "Cooper boy makes good." He says. "Though, for what happened there, I wouldn't recommend you make just any old trip out to the farms just yet. And I mean that. After what happened - and son, trust me, I know you don't need reminding every day, but you should hear this - after what happened, there's still some that would beat the crap out of you on the spot. But, you should count your blessings. Before being trotted out as a Decree Slayer, they would have shot you. "

Wilson fidgetted at the last comment from Coop for a second. "We have Sarah." He says, at last, glad to have the news off his chest. "Rozatonosky asked me to keep an eye out. She arrived on one of the farms near Land's End. However, she doesn't know who she is. I know the family there, and they're taking good care of her."

Coop was on his feet with a shot. " You found her? Is she okay? What do you mean she doesn't know who she is?" His first instinct was to rush to her, but he fought it off. " El, can you get Tobrias? I want to make sure we keep this quiet until we can bring her back. Last thing we need is the vamps to get wind and beat us there. Or worse, the newshounds." His heart was pounding furiously as relief flowed through him.

(Continuity check! Tobrias was still there, you mean Moltavious. Since I meant Moltavious. But that was a very kindly sentiment to let him know about it, since he's probably worried sick.)
"I'll call Moltavious." Eleutheroi says heading out of the room.
"She's healthy, at least. She has some burns along her fore-arms that are healing well." Wilson answers, reportingly. "She's got shock-based amnesia, which is where the real problem comes in. The doctor checking on her does not know when it'll come back. Thankfully, without any records of her, it's been easy to supress it."
He rubs the bridge of his nose. "I would be more worried about local creatures." He says. "There's suspicion of a small camp of vampires in the area. It's under control, but still there."
