Mei not sure if that was good or not in there eyes but feels she pulled it off flawlessly.
"Your welcome, is there anything else you want me to do?"

Kendall walks into the lobby of the hotel leaving his truck out front where registering guests usually get to park for a few minutes. He approaches the counter and smiles for a second, then as he removes his sunglasses, he says, "any barking black dogs around?"
As he sees the confusion on the face of the hotel worker he says, "never mind, bad joke. I'm here to do some work for that TV show. Know where I can find the producers?"

Gotta have some drama. (Kendall) THe hotel clerk looks at him funnily. "I have a black dog. And he barks." She says. "Ah, here's the address for the filming. They changed it after the fire or whatever." She hands him the address. At the theatre, Kendall finds the roadies working where his set-up will be. |

Mei then bows to the judges and heads off the stage to the audience area so she can watch the rest of the performers. She sits back and enjoys the shows making note of anything she could use or do to improve her performances.

Kendall bites his tongue to refrain from laughing at the clerks mention of her black dog. Kendall approaches the roadies, he says, "hey fellas, I'm here to get telecom setup. Where do you want me?"

The roadies point to Kendall's area. "You'll be here until the end of taping." Says the foreman. "Everything's set up. You just need to finish the connections so the producers can stay in touch with their studio."
As Mei gets settled back in, Daveris heads over. "Oh. my. god, that was amazing! I swear, one of them nearly cried. Oh, and look, the engineer's finally here. Looks like we can get this ball rolling."

Mei seems more happy now that she has talked to Daveris.
"And cool that the engineer is here, I am wondering if they want me to do that routine again, so it can be taped for the show?"
Mei then sits and waits thinking she will be asked to do it again but if not will sit and enjoy the rest of the performers.

Kendall just stands off to the side to wait. He doesn't pay much attention to the actual show as it holds no interest for him. Instead he starts going over in his head the conversation with Dorsett and the doc the night before.

As he starts to ponder Dorsette's doings, he finds there is a log of videos that need to be sent to the editing studio. Also, there's a battery of calls coming to and fro. It is indeed a busy set.

Daveris points to the cameras. "They've been filming 24/7. I think they just take all the vids and edit them."

Mei feeling foolish for not knowing that. "Well now I feel dumb. But what can you do? So then when is your time up then Daveris? Because if we have a while I would not mind going to catch some rays as well or if it is soon we can go shortly after that. Actually I have a better idea lets go see if we can catch my act or others on the tv screen do you think they would mind?"

Mei then gets up and with or without Daveris walks over to the engineer. "Excuse me sir? Do you mind if I(We if Daveris is there) watch over your shoulder. It would help up immensely with our performance. But only if it is ok with you!"
Mei waits for the engineer to respond back!
