After reading this schedule she pulls out her laptop and looks up the location of where this event that is listed is to take place. Regardless of her belief on the validity of this new turn of events Mei will then go find Daveris or someone else in charge to see if they have any idea on this new turn of events.

The new location for the show will be nearby as well, but in some kind of conference centre.
Eventually, she finds her way to the hotel conference room where the producers do all the sound work and on-sight suchlike.
"Oh, yes, we did make it there." Says one of the aids. "And we're lucky to. The police are treating it like some kind of attack." He shakes his head. "So weird. Anyways. The police will be doing rounds later for those in the theatre, so we're asking all the performers not to leave the hotel for the next could of days."

"No problem, if I leave to go anywhere it will probably be for non-hotel food, or to look at some condo's, nothing out of the ordinary. I will make sure to tell anyone of this though."
Mei then goes to her room and puts something nice on, she saw the media downstairs and any exposure is good exposure.
Besides she thinks to herself, going to see what is going on is better then spending a night practicing or watching TV. Maybe they will have some good food or something that is different then room service.
After cleaning herself up and putting on something nice she heads downstairs to find out what is going on.

"If it were any other day, I'ld say go." Says the producer. "But, it's the cops here. CSPD says jump, unfortunately, we gotta hop around a bit." He sighs. "Anyone that orders in, you're welcome to call them, though."

After what the producer says she decides against her original plan of getting dressed up and going downstairs.
It may originally of been a good idea but I do not want to risk my spot on the show. Although going downstairs might be useful in discovering what is going on, it might be worth waiting to see if the police come up here. The only down side is that means another night of being couped up in this place with nothing to do but prepare. At least maybe TV will have some useful information for me, if not that at least could be a mild distraction. She thinks to herself while sitting on the bed.
So instead of her original plan she decides to turn on the news and learn what is going on. Since light seems to resolve her nutritional needs she decides not to order room service knowing that the punishment after will definitely cause her to regret it after. Watching the news she also comes to the new decision that if the news does not turn up anything interesting she might be inclined to go check downstairs out a little closer, or maybe go for a swim. At least that way she will be closer to the action but following the rules set fourth by the producers!
"Either way it will probably be a smarter idea to listen to the producers and behave!" She mumbles to herself.

The food she ordered arrived in good order. Thankfully, her room still had some sunlight coming in, and there was a tanning bed in the spa area.

Mei plays with the food a bit marveling at how good it smells but knows how badly it will suck after she eats it. It is more of a smoke screen anyway so people do not think anything suspicious of her lack of eating.
"The sun in here would work but I think instead will be a trip downstairs. I will have to check if Daveris wants to come down." She talks to herself while changing into a bikini so that she can go hang in the pool area. Before she leaves she takes a towel and wraps it around her bottom. "Hopefully there is some sun down there as well, if not tanning booths it is!"
She heads out of the room stopping quickly at Daveris's door "Hey I am going down to the pool if you want to join." She announces outside before heading downstairs!

"Ah, Mei!" Says one of the producers as she was about to head downstairs. "The police wanted to interview you. Something about having some information?"
Daveris had just opened the door. "Oh... No pool, then, huh?"

"Oh pooh. Well Daveris hopefully this will not take long. Why do you not meet me down at the pool and I will go do the interview and meet you there after. I mean I am already dressed for the pool after all. If this is going to take a while then I will go later!"
Mei then turns to the producer at hand still dressed for the pool. "Well if this is onsite I guess I am ready. If not I will go put on a skirt and t and then head off."
She spins around when realizing and turning back to the producer "OH I guess I should ask where I am going then? And do you have any idea why they would want to see me, I mean I did give a statement?"

Mei spins around dressed as she is and heads over to the conference room. If there is no one at the door then she knocks on the and opens it peeking her head in. Even if there is someone at the door she will wait and do the exact same action.
"Hello, I heard you wished to see me for an interview? I know it is probably not for a job or anything. My name is Kristi Dryden but right now I go by my birth name of Mei! How can I help you?"
Once her head is inside she will look around and take all that she can in! Once in she will go take whatever seat is offered and will also gauge everyones reaction to the fact she is in a bikini with a towel wrapped around her waist.

"Yes, come in." says a detective at a table. There was another suit (clearly another detective) off to the side, and a uniformed officer inside the door. "Well, to keep things simple, which do you have on you driver's license?" He asks, calmly. He mustn't have had many interviews, yet.
Once that is all settled, he invites her to have a seat. "I have a note here that you approached the police about seeing the explosion. I was wondering if you could retell what you saw, please?"

Mei sits down "It is Kristi sir, Kristi Dryden"
After the question Mei starts to answer. "Well detective I will tell you what I told the officer that took my statement. I did not see so much as hear the explosion. I was about to go on to the stage when I heard what sounded like an explosion. When I looked around the corner the ceiling was collapsing down from a point where it looked like something happened. I am actually surprised that everyone seemed to get out ok but it was weird like there was an extra second or two before it came down. Don't know how that works though. I am just glad everyone seemed ok."
Wow these guys to not play around she thinks to herself while sitting there, I mean not one gawk or look. But what can you do other then answer there questions with a smile then go for a swim and kill another day waiting for the performance. Tomorrow I will practice!
She waits for any other questions that come along.

"hmmm." Says the detective. "Miss Dryden, I'ld like you to look at some footage, and let me know what you think of it."
The TV turns on, and the tape, clearly a film test, was running. The explosion happens out of view, and the roof falls, but the force field used to stop the fall shows. "Pause it there." The detective says. "Here, what would you make of this?" He asks, pointing at the field.

Quickly she looks at herself on the screen to see if she is giving any indication that she is doing it. If so she will then check to see if they can tell Regardless of if they can or not she says the following, "Well ummm....it looks to me like some form of protective field covering the area to protect the people below."
Mei tries to keep her composure at this event of news.

Thinking to herself Man I don't know, I usually am such a better liar, and here I am I can feel myself blushing and all that nice stuff. Calm down they have not insinuated anything yet. Just see how this plays out!
