Socrates could sense nothing as the Mountaineer pushed on. Then the dog boy felt a presense the same time the driver shouted, " We've got company." Through the bulkhead the squad could hear the rumble of jet thrusters roar overhead.

Socrates looked a little upset at the thought. "They were thorough - " He paused, about to say he felt something when the jets roared. Instead, he reached for and readied his armour and rifle.
