On the Bridge "This is Titan Port Authority," the radio said, authoritatively. "Please identify yourselves and you business."
Saturn's moon was looming larger by second, already filling most of the view from the bridge.
Tawfeek leaned forward. "This is the Galaxy, we're here for a private delivery."
"Roger Galaxy, proceed to Pad 4 for customs and inspection."
"Roger," Tawfeek said, leaning back as he turned off the ship-to-surface radio. He glanced at Foreman, before he looked at the moon.
It was beginning to look Earth-like, its methane lakes quite deceptive. Still someone on Earth thought this would be easier to terraform than Venus. Or at least a proving ground, so that everything would be ready when the gas mines had had enough of the place.
"You're landing in a Methane atmosphere," he said, non-chalantly. "I'm told it should be no problem. But, none-the-less, keep in mind that I still owe money on this ship."
Everywhere
The ship comms sprang to life. "This is the Captain, we will be landing on Titan momentarily, so be ready."
The comms were closed.
In the Galley
A stew was simmering that included a number of delicious hydroponic vegetables. McKenna's rat fertilizer had done the trick.
In Engineering
Mensk could see everything was going smoothly.
His review of the scientific evidence from the test firing showed that the pistol wasn't meant to be a ship-to-ship weapon, with the power ouput not as high as they thought. He satellite they hit was a lucky shot.
In Jessica's workshop
A week later, and she had finally completely severed the Gimmule-clip. Now, it was the challenge of finding the fix for the super-charged shot.

Not being much of a cook, 1d100 McKenna tried the soup and shrugged," I've had worse, and thank god it's not that gaspatcho crap." She turned the stove off and covered the pot, and then keyed the intercom for Jessica's workshop. " Stew's on, and it's edible I think, if you're hungry." She was about to call the bridge, when the captain's voice boomed out of the speaker. Instead she found a secure place to sit for the landing.

hitting a comm to the Jessica's Workshop, "I have an analysysis of that pistol, sent it to you. I had the idea that we should focus on the ammunition more than the gun. The shot was lucky and it was not quite as potent as we first thought..I should have some spare ship pipes and parts that should handle the stress. Let me know if you need help. I'll try to make a few calls to some old friends at the company I used to work at and see if I can scrounge some parts or something for ya. Provided there still around.." then let go of the comm looking over the list parts in store for trade and what might help her little pistol project.

Jessica continues to work on the pistol in her workshop, glad that she's got part of the mystery solved. 'One problem down, one to go.' Jessica thinks to herself. When McKenna tells her there's food available in the medical, Jess replies with a grin, "Copy that. Thanks, Doc." Jessica starts to think that maybe she should take a quick break and get something to eat, when Mensk tells her his findings via the comm link. "Thanks, I'll have a look at that after lunch. I'll let you know if I need anything."
Jess then heads upstairs to head to med bay to get some strew, moving quickly so that she can find a secure place to sit and then eat after they've landed.

Flip nods at the captain, "I don't think we will have a problem," as he cracks his knuckles and then his head from one side to the other. He reaches out and starts adjusting the controls using the sensors to plot his course, and takes the 'stick' to maneuver the ship to its place.

In the Galley
The stew was fairly good, in the end.
Out of the valley's window, McKenna could see Titan taking on detail, with mountain ridges and lakes and rivers. She could see the sunny side of Saturn's moon creeping up.
Everywhere
Despite Foreman's adept flying, the ship still shook and rattled, as it entered Titan's methane atmosphere.
Bridge
"Stay on the dark side as much as possible," Tawfeek said. "There's polymer cloud forming on the sunny side."

Foreman toggles comms, "sorry people, I'm doing my best. This is like flying through soup."[/b]
He tries to follow the directions the captain gives him.

Watching out the viewport, McKenna said, "Titan is a pretty planet, err moon. Whatever. The atmosphere is toxic though, right?" She asked, looking at Jessica

Jessica nods at MJ as she confirms, "Yeah, Titan is Saturn's largest moon." When MJ asks if the surface is toxic, Jessica thinks it over and says, "Yeah I don't think it's safe for us to go out without equipment. The atmosphere is mostly made up of nitrogen, if I remember correctly."

OOC: My bad ignore this post thought I was 'transported' to the lunch room as part of story. I'll stay in engineering like I should.

(OOC: Kurff, your pc is in engineering, so how is he talking to MJ and Jess in the galley?)
McKenna nodded," Great." She faked a grin," More spacesuit time, if I even get off the ship. Sorry, not my idea of fun, and we are all going to have cabin fever soon. Tell me the captain can at least get us some supplies here. Like real food maybe?"

(OOC: I could have walked there and did plan on asking if you two had any trade able commodities or wanted me to trade for some specific items. No worries though...I'll stay hidden engineering as the RP where your at seems to be going well. No one likes a third wheel and all.)

Engineering Mensk didn't receive an answer, from the bridge, at least. (Or medical, yet, until McKenna gets there.)
Bridge
Foreman couldn't notice any reaction from Tawfeek regarding MensK's call. It might have been for the best. Tawfeek would have told him to focus on landing safely.
Foreman could see the landing facility rising over the horizon.
"Follow the lights to our pad," Tawfeek said. "I'll be back in a second."
It would be a few minutes, at least, before Foreman was going to be able to land, but at least the sky was looking clear.
Tawfeek pressed the general comm. "Stephens, come to my quarters, please." And then left the bridge.
Everywhere
