*hands Ashley hers .. 'try it on .. and if you change it should shift to fit as well ... i hope .. i was going by memory. same with your's .. ' *handing jackets to Ashley and Izamu then hands the last one to Alice.
'he wants notes on ... fine .. give it here then .. i'll do it. its not that much different from the shorthand notes i took for law classes then'
*she takes the pad and then settles on the floor and gets ready for writing. choosing to lean against Kristien's leg and starts on the note taking and checks the time.
*time* everyone given their own designer jacket to show us we're all a team .. mixed reactions so far.
*she looks up and smiles and suggests 'wouldn't a tape or a phone call do the same thing? ... sorry. this is new to me'. she settles down now to do the actual writing the 'meeting'

Isamu reaches over and puts an arm around Ashley in a protective manner. When Sierra hands him the jacket, he nods his head and says, "thank you. We will try them when this meeting is over."
He then waits patiently to hear what will be discussed.

*Sierra just sighs and then shakes the head 'don't worry about it .. its not that special. figured matching jackets would make everyone feel like a team member'
*she gets to work about taking notes now .. and her shorthand takes her attention as she puts down her thoughts first.
i REALLY wanted to kill that big guy. the SHOCK troops had given up and were helpless and he still tried to kill them. so i tried to kill him. lotta good that did, i still couldn't do it right
'sorry .. just putting down some notes' *she shifts to lay belly down on the carpet and crosses the ankles and bends the knees as they swing back and forth slowly as she waits to take notes.

Alice takes the jacket and looks it over with a small smile. Trying it on, she says "Thank you, Sierra. they're very nice." She is a little surprised when Sierra takes the notepad from Jason, given that Jason was getting ready to take notes, but figures if it doesn't upset Jason, she won't say anything.
"I think the biggest thing we need to work in is working together as a unit. We can't have people taking off to do their own thing without letting the others know what they are planning. That's how people get hurt or killed." She makes sure to add "I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad, but I think we need to be more organized."

Ashley looked at Sierra, and took her jacket from Isamu. Her sullen mood nearly cracked with a glimmer of a smile. " Thanks." and then, like the others, slipped it on. " Fits just right." She then returned under Isamu's arm, but in a more relaxed manner.
Jason didn't protest as he lost his job, but he did add his two sense worth. " everyone, we have to remember that most of you are new to this, but at the same time, use that to our advantage. But we can't freelance. Let each other know what your gonna do, especially whoever is in charge. You all got real lucky today the way things went to crap."

*Sierra is seen making marks on the paper as she writes down people's comments word for word, in shorthand. she glances up at Jacob and then over at Alice and grins to herself while looking at the paper again.
*she makes sets the pencil down and comments 'yeah ... i learned not to go off on my own and try to do the right thing. i also learned i'm capable of killing. and i think for the first time, i actually tried to do just that tonight'
*she then picks up the pencil and writes down what she just said on the notepad, and then calmly waits for someone else to say something so she can write it down.

*scribbles the responses so far and then gives a faint chuckle.

*she doesn't look up at anyone as she writes, so the fact she's crying isn't noticed right away. her feet lower to the floor. then switches gears and moves the conversation away from her and to something elseas she continues to write,choosing to put 'bad' instead of the swearing.
'good guy's? bet those *insert swearing* thought THEY were the good guys. they were willing to kill. were the weapons any good Avi?'

Alice glances over at Jason at the comment of "you're" and feels a bit sad that he wouldn't include himself, though knowing the things he had done in the past, did understand a little as to why he would say that.

" Let her go." Jason told Isamu. " It's just her adjusting to the post rage, she'll be fine in a bit."
Avi looked at Sierra and nodded. " Their gear was decent stuff. Not quite on SCRET or control level, but they can certainly do some damage."
Kristian had caught the crying, and an arm around her shoulder to comfort came quickly," We'll have to keep watch for them then."
Jason turned to Alice," anything else, boss?"

*Sierra looks at Kristien and gives him a weak smile, and continues to write down the comments. once finished to point she stands up and moves to Kristien's side and pats him once 'excuse me ... i think i need to go be with Ashley right now. we understand each other ... '

Isamu starts to stand to follow Ashley as she leaves. He stops and sits when Jason said to. He feels the need to follow, but he would not know what to say to her at that moment. He stays and listens to the others as they talk about the day.

Alice shakes her head at Jason quietly. "No, I can't think of anything." Being called 'boss' made her uncomfortable because deep down, she didn't think she should be the boss. Since some of the others have already left, she gets up and also leaves the room, heading back outside to the deck.
