Alice can't help but smile at the sight of Tyler, Trevor and Dmitri. "What a nice coincidence!" she jokes with Tyler. "Thank you." she says to both Tyler and to Jason over the comm. Assured that Avi is going to be all right, and that his healing has kicked in, she surveys the situation, looking for something she can use as a weapon to throw at Atmosfear with her TK.

*sierra tries to step to the side just before he lands and then slash at his Achille's Heel with the claws.

Roll 1: 10 +4 dodge
Roll 2: 17 +3 strike
*she hopes that she's actually helping as she has no clue what to strike or hit. she knows that there isn't a lot that she understand aobut other people's talents. mainly because no one has taken time out to train with her, but then she was keeping to herself out of fear of hurting them by mistake.

Between the lightning bolt, the stun shout and Sierra slashing his heels out from under him, Atmosfear crumpled. He tried to get up, but Dmitri and Trevor dropped a dumpster on him above, trapping him. Both landed, and Trevor extinguished himself so he wouldn't set Sierra off. " You okay?"
" And thank you." Tyler replied, " we've been trying to find this guy for a while, but none of our leads could fluch him out. Denial's taking a big hit losing him."
Ashley replied to isamu with a roar as she sprung to her feet. Her eyes betrayed she was lost in a full rage, on the brink of being completely out of control. With a snort, she looked for a target to unleash her anger on. With Atmosfear contained in the dumpster, her attention shifted back to the SHOCK troops, and she charged after them.

*Sierra nods and comments in a dull tone 'yeah .. i'm fine for tryi ... ' *she stops as she hears Ashley and turns to look and a look of shock takes over and she runs to get between the SHOCK troops and her friend.
*seeing that she might not reach them in time, she finds herself flying briefly and on fire before she slides to a stop between the human soldiers and Ashley and braces for the impact. her main goal is to PROVE that not all Meta's are evil and meant to be killed.

Alice curses at the sight of Ashley going after the SHOCK troops. "Bloody hell, not again!" she mutters to herself, as she yells "Get everyone out of Ashley's way!" before attempting to use telepathy again to try to get through Ashley's rage before she is completely out of control.

Isamu is glad when he sees Ashley rise, however that feeling is soon replaced by horror as she once again charges the SHOCK troops. He waves his hand at the ground ahead of her turning it to quicksand but making the depth so her head never goes below the surface. (12' diameter, D20 roll = 13)

Just as Ashley was about to swat Sierra aside, she let out a roar of surprise and sunk into the quicksand pool. She struggled as she sunk to her shoulders, her arms flailing as she tried to free herself. Alice's attempts to get into her head met with the resistance of her panic.
Tyler stepped up, " Trev, you and Dmitri get those shock boys out of here and strip their gear from them." He looked at Alice and Isamu," You gotta calm her down so she starts thinking straight before she hurts herself."

Alice nods at Tyler "I'm trying." Alice continues to try to get through to Ashley telepathically 'You're ok, Ashley. You're not going to be hurt. Calm down. You're ok.' Alice continues to do this, hoping to calm Ashley down so she won't go after anyone in a rage after they let her out of the quicksand.

* Sierra can'tthink of anyythign to do .. but remembers her mom slapped on of her brothers once when he got frantic and wouldn't stop screaming about something he saw.
*she tries what her mom did and reaches over and then slaps Ashley witn a loud verbal 'snap out of it ... '
*then stands up and walks away and stares at the ground and wonders if she'll ever figure things out enough to understand why people are more animals .. and the animals seem more human to her.

Isamu steps up towards the quicksand pool, and looks at Ashley. He realizes he may have to get rid of the quicksand to get her to relax, but wants to make sure that no one is in her range. He checks to make sure everyone is behind him, and he begins to shrink the quicksand pool so that Ashley can feel bottom and start to relax.
He moves his arms so that he attracts her attention, and then he says, "Ashley, I will not let any harm come to you, and I will not let you harm anyone else. I gave you my word on that once. Trust in me. Listen to my voice. Focus on its familiarity, use it as an anchor."
If Ashley starts to calm down, Isamu will completely remove the quicksand. If she manages to pull out of the sand trap, he will transform to his stone form, and stand his ground between her and the others.

Ashley stopped her panicking as the others focused on her, and her werebear form reverted. She threw her arms around Isamu and began to sob, quietly asking " Why can't I just get rid of them?" She saw Alice looking, and gave her a thumbs up.
Sierra felt a hand on her shoulder before Tyler spoke, " You sure seem to have grown up in the last little while. Or this whole racket is getting to you. Don't let it swallow you up, or it'll make you as bad as them. He points to the dumpster Atmosfear was beneath.
Trevor took a glance towards Alice, and then walked in the other direction, towards the dumpster.

Alice sighs in relief, glad that Ashley was calmed down and smiles a little. The smile fades as Trevor walks away from her and she wonders how long it will take for them to start really talking to each other again. She then returns to Avi and smiles weakly "Hey. How're you doing?"

*Sierra turns to look at Ty .. and then at her hands. 'i wanted to kill him. i tried. i even slashed his throat .. but it didn't do anything. all because i tried to get teh guy taht attacked Kristien. what a laugh huh?'
*she forms the energy claws again and looks up again* 'its too easy now. but ... don't worry about it. i guess i deserved what happened to me. i think i should also be locked up. i tried to kill him once .. and may try again later .. i don't really care anymore ... thats what scares me ... i wanted to kill him, and still do ... " You did hurt him, but that windbag is a tough customer." Tyler said in an unfitting fatherly tone. " It'll get easier in time, once you find your place. But for now, all of you need to rely on each other and grow together. That's better than any instruction manual." He smirked, then muffed Sierra's hair.
Avi was already back on his feet. " I'm okay now. Provided I get a little time to rest back at the beach house. Maybe we should call the cops to come in and collect Atmosfear now?" He suggested. " And get out of here before they show up."

*he feels the ear tips under the hair when he ruffles her hair. 'why do adults always do that? .. the hair messing thing? ... at least i got one jaw drop from Avi with my dress ... see? .. ' *gives Tyler a look at it and then closes the coat*
*her eyes study his reaction and then has a thought* 'i wonder if i used his power if i could get the goo offa me? ... ' *tries using Atmosfear's power to pull the sewer sludge off of her and then down into the hole in the ground* 'oh .. the Shock Troops had a van .. that one there .. ' *points it out and then moves towards where Jane is currently standing*
'well my idea didn't work out. don't think i'll be doing much for anyone for a while. is everyone alright? ... ' *Sierra looks at Janie and then steps a couple paces away and stares at the ground and shakes the head and taps the communicator* 'hey .. dibs on the shower .. after everyone is finished with it ... think i'll go walk on the beach when we get home .. IF it's permitted .... '
