Kristian pulled off his shirt without a second thought and handed it over. " Nobody hates you, and none of us know what we're doing so everything helps." He smirked, trying to cheer her up," Too bad it's not white. could have been interesting."
Jason nodded to Isamu as he left, giving pause before calling after Alice. " I wasn't trying to start a fight." He started after her, cursing as he got hung up in the doorway before making his way out to the patio. As his temper flared, he tossed the walker aside and walked towards her, wobbly and slow. " Alice, listen to me. You did good, and no one could have known how things would escalate. " Losing his balance, he reached out for anything in reach, which unfortunately, was Alice. Bringing her down in a heap atop him, Jason laughed. " I was annoyed you didn't even come say goodbye, but this wasn't what I expected."
Isamu found Ashley just coming from the shower. Her eyes flickered with a predatory glint, and her symbiotes were agitated, crawling wildly and feeding on her rage. " I'm not okay. I lost it out there and put you all in jeprody. I hate what's happening to us, Is. And I can't control it. I hate this." Her hands clamped her temples, not caring that the towel she'd wrapped herself in was slipping.

*Sierra takes the shirt and then pauses to look at him and asks 'too bad what's not white? ... you don't make a lot of sense. but then i guess i'm really stupid still' *she slips into the shirt and then grins as it covers her nicely
'so .. wanna hear about it? ... i can tell you everything from the time i arrived at the club and the SHOCK guys came after me ... ' *she holds out the hand to Kristien. 'i really don't want to worry about those smelly things. if there was a rock about i'ld say put it in the coat and then throw it out to the deep water. i don't trust those guys. they shot bouncy balls at me ... '
*she continues to the house and goes quiet as she spots Alice sitting outside with Jason and just nods once as she heads inside. her thoughts are still dark and she really wanted to kill that big guy is strong in her thoughts.

Isamu quickly walks to her and grabs her by the shoulders keeping the towel in place. "Ashley, we all understand the battle that rages within you. You do not have to face it alone, you fight as best you can, the rest of us will be there to help you just like tonight. As long as I have breath I will be here for you."

Alice turns around with her arms crossed under her chest as she waits for Jason to catch up with her. When he loses his balance, she tries to help steady him, and laughs a bit as they both fall down.
Alice smirks as she gazes down at Jason "Well, it's not like you tried to say goodbye before I left either." The smirk disappears and she just looks uncertain as she lays her head on his shoulder "It really feels like I don't know what I'm doing. I just got upset because you were right. Everyone could have been killed and it would have been all my fault." Alice sighs and falls quiet and brushes her hair out of her face and nods at Sierra and Kristian as they re-enter the house.

"I was upstairs, " Jason replied defensively," not to mention you get around alot better than I do right now. Look, I'm less of a leader than you are, but I'll help with what I can. Right now, before everyone scatters to do their own thing, you should call a briefing, if nothing else than to clear the air, like with Ashley. Now can you help me up please?" His kissed her forhead and then held out his hands.
Kristian took sierra by the hand as they walked in. " Of course I want to hear about it. What do you mean, they shot bouncy balls at you? You mean these shock people?" He clearly didn't know what she was talking about.
" No, no one understands, because no one else has bugs crawling around inside of them." Ashley answered, wrapping her arms around Isamu. She whimpered slightly, beginning to crash from the adrenaline surging, " Thanks Is. sometimes I wish I could just rip the little buggers out and be normal again. Or at least block them out."

*as she heads upstairs to the bathroom where the shower is, she passes Ashley and Izamu and 'you can sit there and i'll tell you all about it. *she's pointing out the toilet seat as she gets the water started. locking the door and then slipping out of the t-shrit she steps in and starts cleaning the stench off and explains about what happened after she arrived at the club.
*the reason for the non-bashful part of her is simple, changing behind the scenes at the circus taught her how to do what was needed with little shame. what she forgot about, was the mirror. she deals with soap and shampoo and finally gets clean and doesn't seem to smell and finally shuts the water off and grabs her towel.
'and thats about it. thanks for the loan of your shirt. i still can't believe that i panicked and tried to protect my face like anyone else when those balls went off. but then i landed in the goo ... man did it stink. you okay? .. ' *she holds out the shirt to him and clues in .. ' ... oh ... uhm ... its just skin and i stunk. and i ... should have left you outside the door? ... uhh ... oh right i remember, i finished that jacket for you .. want to see if i got it right. it should stretch and cover when you change'

Alice nods at Jason and smiles weakly as she replies "Ok. That sounds like a good idea." Helping Jason up, she helps him regain his balance and gets him his walker. She then heads inside and rounds up the others asking them to meet her in the kitchen for a briefing. When she finds Avi, she checks to see how he is doing, and if he needs to meditate, promises to let him know what happened. After she's done, she heads back into the kitchen and puts the kettle on to make some tea while she waits for everyone to join her and Jason.

*Sierra slips out of the bathroom .. and calls out 'bathroom's clear if anyone needs it .. ' then she passes by Iz and Ashley and moves on to her room and leaves the door partly open so Kristien can check out the jacket she's finally finished. the jacket has been placed on the bed, but she is standing in the closet with one side closed and getting changed there.
*emerging in shorts and a clean t-shirt thats white, she looks at Kristien 'so .. you gonna try it on? ... '

" Balls went off? You mean exploded? " Kristian was suddenly concerned, even though he hadn't looked at her the entire time he sat there, though his cheeks were flush. " Si, those weren't balls, they were grenades. You're lucky you weren't hurt!" He followed her back to the room, and at her suggestion, slipped the jacket on. It was a tight fit, but not uncomfortable. In a blink, he changed into his other form and the jacket grew with him. He changed back to normal, grinning as he took it off. " It's perfect."
" I'm never alone, Is." Ashley replied, still upset as she backed away. " I know you want to help, but no one can help me with this. " Look, I'll be down in a few minutes, just have to get dressed. You go on without me, okay?"
Everyone else made their way to the kitchen, including Avi, who seemed no worse for wear. " Hey, check this out!" Janie said, turning up the television,
" We take you live to our Century Station affiliate WCTV for this breaking story..."
News Caster1: "... little about the explosion in the Labrynth two days ago. The blue-flamed explosion, which drew the Centurions and fire department into the Labrynth for the first time in many months - unhassled none-the-less - resulted in an unknown deah toll. Human rights groups have been pressuring the city to bring more emergency services into the area to improve policing, using this as another example of the need. Some are even comparing it to a kind of Bloody Monday..."
Ethel Gantz, People First, in a park with the Labrynth far in the background: "This is just another example of vigilante superhero crime. When will the city recognize that these "superheroes" in the city are causing more problems than they solve? How many innocent people died in that explosion? How many innocent people continue to die until these monsters are taken off the street and locked up in Grammercy Island like they should be?..."
News Caster1: "Though, there may be a lead as to who is responsible."
Random person on the street: "Some guy in a flashy red and black leotard walked into my store a week ago, asked me about the Labrynth, since the store's just a couple streets over, you know?... weird questions, like how to get places, then just... well... he bought a bag of chips and... a magazine, then left. And now, a week later, we have this."
Reporter at mic: "Do you think he was trying to take control of the Labrynth for himself?"
Person: "You know, I don't think he had the sense to. I think he was there to help out... But then this happens, you know? I know the superheroes mean well, but you can't just blow out a building."
News Caster1: "We will of course continue to follow this series of events as they develop... Well, this is certainly playing out with an interesting series of events. "
News Caster2: "Certainly looks that way. It appears we may even have a new face on the superperson scene."
Janie turned it off as the report went back to the CNN studios. she grinned, " And I thought we had it bad here in Miami."
Jason nodded. " Even I don't want to go there."

*Sierra grins 'well .. i'm glad that it did work out. so now you can look the part of the team then ... haven't finished the trunks to go with it .. but the jackets should help us work or think like a team.
'anyways .. Avi's got the weapons. are you sure they were grenades? .. they were bouncing about like those super balls ... i thought thats what they were. anyways ... lets go surprise the others .. k? ... i got jackets for all of us here at the house.
*she grabs a few more hangers with black jackets on them from her closet and moves for the door. 'did it bother you about ... well did my dress bother you? .. tyler wasn't bothered by it'

Alice pours herself a cup of tea as she watches the news cast. She nods and says "I'm glad we're not there too. That's kind of scary." She pours some milk into her tea and asks if anyone else wants tea before bring the tea pot over to the table and sits down, sipping it waiting for the others to arrive.

*then she makes sure she's following him down instead and then settles on the floor beside the pile of black material. she leans against Kristien's leg and waits .. and then sorts through the coats and then hands them out, so everyone has one ... even Ashley.
*she sits back and waits quietly and says nothing else but looks up at Kristien and grins 'wanna show them how it fits?'

"You know what I meant. I will wait for you downstairs, but if you do not come down soon, I will be back to get you ok?" His voice is serious, but by looking at his face Ashley should be able to realize that he means it in a kind and tender way, and he is definitely not being hostile.

" Bother me? More like make me jealous you'd go out in public without me wearing it." Kristian replied, carying most of the jackets. He blushed slightly at her checking his injury," It's fine."
Avi and Dmitri tried their jackets on immediately, and Jason seemed surprised when one was handed to him.
At Sierra's suggestion, Kristian put his on as well.
Ashley was the last to arrive, and as she did, Jason took out a notepad and a pen. He shrugged, " Someone has to take notes so a report can be written for Mac, and I've had some practice," he smirked. " And before anyone gets the wrong idea, the point of this isn't to criticize, more to see how we can improve for next time."
Avi nodded in agreement. Ashley on the other hand, merely sat as close as she could to Isamu, not making eye contact with anyone.
