You don't roll for damage it is always a base damage of 15, and then you add your rank to that. You should have a Damage DC of 22.

Oliver scowled a bit as Hro shrugged off his attack, enough that he was nearly caught off guard by another Thangarian's attack [ Def=15 by Nexus'prev post (?)] as he tried to duck out of the way

Shayera grunts at the impact of the attack and and snaps at Hro, "And you're still trying to destroy millions of lives for your own selfish reasons!" Shayera follows this up with an energy strike at Hro.

Green Arrow evades his opponent and is set up to counterattack, even as the floor gives out from Hro's strike.
Flash is deflected by Hro's attack, but that leaves an opening Hawkgirl capitalizes on. Her mace shatters his helmet and sends him flying back into the wall. A weak groan is all that escapes his lips as he collapses.
The other Leaguers now have to deal with the floor collapsing beneath them.

Oliver was about to let another arrow fly when the floor gave out. Instead he was gripped with sense of panic as he reached out for anything to grab onto before he fell. " This is going to hurt." He couldn't help but mutter

As the floor starts to collapse from under them, Shayera grabs Green Arrow before he can fall as she calls to Hawkman, "Grab him!" (referring to the fallen Hro)

Hawkman sweeps in to grab Hro, as Dr. Light catches Flash on a disk of solid light and Adam Strange sweeps in to grab the Flash.
Hro's eyes flutter open for a moment and he exchanges a look with Carter Hall. Both men's expressions harden. Immediately, they slam their Nth Metal weapons against each other, cracking the air with the fury of a thunderbolt.

A sigh of releif escaped the Emerald Archer as Hawkgirl caught him before he could fall. His lips curled to a smirk as he was about to say something, but it faded quickly with the clash of Carter and Hro's weapons. " Shayera, let's just throw Hro through his hyperspace freeway thing and be done with him? What do you think?"
At the same time, he was keeping watch for other Thangarians
