Hawkgirl shakes her head glad the mask keeps the partrol from knowing who she really is and lets Hawkman answer since his voice is less likely to be recognized than hers is. 'With my luck we'll run into someone who knows me' Shayera thinks to herself.

Hawkman seems totally clueless that the guards are on to his ruse. "Just wait one moment, sir." One of them says as he turns. Green arrow and Batman can see them going for their weapons.

Green Arrow made sure Batman and Flash could see what he was about to do as he drew the stun arrow, gripping a second one in his teeth to have it ready. without giving any warning to Shayera and Carter, he picked the sentry furthest from him and released the bowstring, hoping they could easily ambush the guards.

The smoke bombs go off as GA's shot finds his mark on the right guard, The left one pulls out his club.

" We can burn that bridge when we cross it." Oliver replied, the second arrow already out of his mouth and being drawn. He aimed for the second guard and let the bowstring twang in his fingers as the stun arrow sailed for the Thangarian's chest.
