Isamu comes down the stairs and begins talking as he nears the bottom, "if federal agents are monitoring us and closing in, we are all in this together. You have to trust us. If we fight against each other we may as well give up now."

Long calls down the stairs, "What is the hold up down there? Panek, what the hell are you babbling about? Where did you get the idea that we were selling you out? Quit your bellyaching and let us go!"

Isamu came downstairs to find Panek pointing a shotgun at Trevor. Panek scowled," I'm not going to sit in some holding cell while my sister's killers are out there. I just want to find Raig and see the rest of the Brethren burn in hell for what they've done."

Isamu shakes his head, "we will all be in jail cells if we do not leave. Your best chance of catching her killers and seeing the Brethren pay is with us. If you do not agree. You can stay here and wait for whoever has been listening to us to storm the building." As he was talking Isamu had walked forward to stand between Trevor and the shotgun.
He extends his hand to Panek, "it is up to you, come with us, help us find your brother and stop the Brethren, or stay here and face whoever is no doubt preparing to storm the place. I cannot guarantee that at some point you will be held accountable for your past crimes, but I can give you my word that first, we will find your brother and the Brethren."

Long follows Isamu down the stairs. He is shocked to see the shotgun. Where did he even get that thing?
"What are you talking about? Nobody said anything about a holding cell. Why would you even think that? Please, put down the gun. We need to get out of here right now. There is probably a SWAT team surrounding this place right now. If you do not want to be put in a cell then put the gun down and let us get out of here."

"Couldn't find shells anyways." Panek grumbled, handing the empty shotgun to Isamu.
"You sonuva...,: Isamu suddenly felt Trevor trying to push passed.
Behind him, Long felt as much as heard Avi's bellow from upstairs. " COME ON! LET'S GO!"

Isamu pushes Tevor back, "forget it. He is frightened." Putting the gun down he says, "Trevor, back way out, NOW!"

Trevor gritted his teeth, then backed off and up the stairs. Panek looked at Isamu," We'd better go. but I'm sure Trevor and I will come to blows eventually."
Upstairs, Trevor was fuming. He looked at Long, shaking his head," I knew he was going to be a liability. Should have left him in that damned trunk."
Avi butted in, "Trev, shut it."

Trevor tossed the keys to Long, but Avi said," We should take our vehicle." At the same time, he destroyed the transmitter. Overhead, there was the drone of a low passing helicopter. " That's our cue.

Long stick the keys in his pocket.
"Ok. We should all go out at once. If they are going to attack us we cannot let them take us out one at a time."
Long stands next to the door ready to open it and run to the car in the driveway.

Isamu received a comm call, " Isamu, it's Beth. You guys better move, police know where you are."

Isamu presses his comm unit, "we are aware. We are hoping to extricate ourselves without incident. We will let you know."
Toggling off his comms he says, "I go out first, then the three of you," he says pointing at Long, Trevor and Panek. "Avery you take the rear. Do not engage anyone unless I give the order. We are federal agents bringing in witnesses for questioning. Do I make myself clear," he asks as he gives them all a serious look.
Once everyone is ready he steps through the front door out onto the street. He takes only a moment to look around and try to determine how surrounded they are before beginning the walk towards the vehicle.
