The creature that was one General Eiling shrugs, shaking off the attacks that strike him, save for Hawkgirl's, which gives him a small bruise above the eye. He gives a low growl as he brings his hands together rapidly, creating a shockwave in a cone stretching out from his hands in a cone 140 feet long and wide!
(Players need to roll a a Dodge or Reflex save of 24 - those who roll dodge successfully do not have to make a toughness save, Those who roll Reflex and beat 24 have to make a toughness save of 17. Those who fail to dodge/reflex have to make a toughness save of 14)

General Eiling sneers at Hawkgirl. "Superman said that too. I broke his jaw." Green arrow is blown back by the shockwave and will spend his next action. The rest of you manage to withstand the shockwave, but there is shattered glass all along the street now, and people are scared and running for cover. The PCs may roll their next action rounds. Firehawk, you too notice Black Canary dangling on a rope, but you also see a leather masked figure stalking the rooftop above, like a fisherman waiting for his prey to bite.  Barda lunges at Eiling. Firehawk eyes this stalker apprehensively, then calls out to the rest of the team; "Tango on the roof!" before flying straight up a few more meters. A quick survey (notice look below) before she starts to move towards where Black Canary is tied up and dangling, all the while keeping watch on the stalker.
(If he moves to attack her, she'll attempt to dodge his attack. Also, is the smell of gas as strong up here? Worried that her heat/fire attacks will set off a blaze/inferno)
