Krystal hopes she has not offended Balus aftger the bill board comment but all seems good regardless. She debates about mentioning the problem with getting food and what not but decides to leave it. Partially to see if Balus remembers and partially because she does not want to make slycer uncomfortable at all.

Balus smirked, and caught Krystal's expression. " I won't make that mistake twice. Slyce, Krystal doesn't need food like us, but unfortunately for you, I didn't chance to grab anything yet today, and uh, you know how much I can eat when I'm hungry. I'll eat enough for the three of us in the first course," he grinned.

Fegh relays the instructions to the bridge crew so that they can get the ship mated to the docking ports on the station.
"Sir we have been cleared to dock with the space station. I have relayed the instructions to the helms man. We only await the order."

Fegh, on the monitor you the approaching space station, and you can see a long, large cable extending from the edge of the station towards the planet. zooming out, you can see at least 3 other stations with this feature. The engineering capability for that is impressive to say the least.

"Nah, that is not true. I am just a simple mechanic. You are the hero type, me I just fix stuff. I am not even a part of the military or anything." She ends it off with a twinge of guilt not entirely sure of her place on the ship. She is actually partially happy she is not military based, but because she is in her head a lowly mechanic she does not get any real consideration for anything. And with her low self-esteem is still not even sure why Balus even shows a smattering of interest when there is so much more around probably more to his taste. Still he shows interest in her. Something that most of her coworkers have not even taken in.

Slycer blinks. "Guys, what the heck am I looking at here?" as he points out an observation port at the space station physically tethered to the planet. Other crewmen are also taking in the unusual sight.
"Lt., assemble a survey team and security detail. Some engineering crew will be useful as well. Major Trokyr will command the team." The Captain orders.

Krystal walks over to see what everyone is looking at and her eyes light up at seeing what is outside. "Wow! Now that is the coolest thing I have seen in a long time." In her head goes all the ideas that come to mind about engineering and all that.

Balus tried to listen to the explanation, but ended up blanking most of it out as he looked out the window. "Slyce, next time be specific and ask for small words. " He turned to Krystal with a smile," Sorry, but none of that technical talk made any sense. Can you give it to me in layman's terms?"
