"I know what those gentlemen were saying about the Captain." Krystal states aloud and almost defensively to the way this person is asking. "And I can tell you right now that no one in the chain of command from what I can tell should have been talking publicly that way of him!"

"Sir I am ready to make contact with the population. We have an audio channel open when you are ready," Fegh says to the captain.

Balus slipped out of place as he spoke out of turn," She's right sir. This isn't the first time one of us has overheard the Bio-Freaks badmouthing ship's command."

Major Trokyr's eyes dart back between the three of you, before he exhales sharply. "Very well. I will look into the matter personally. Thank you for your candor. Dismissed." He waits for you to walk away.
"Go ahead, Lieutenant." The Captain responds.

"Yessir" Balus nodded before saluting, then motioned for Krystal to follow him at a fairly brisk pace for his bulk.

Krystal having no problems keeps up with Balus. "What exactly was that? If I can ask?" She hopes she has not overstepped her bounds but is curious.

"That is as close as I want to come to to getting reamed." Balus replied, not looking back. " The major is the senior member of the Riders aboard ship. I'm guessing that Slycer's friends whined that he roughed them up and he is checking into it. If Slyce hadn't been justified, we all would have caught hell."

"All of us? I mean what is the worst they could do to me...demote me to the engine room. Scrub the outside of the ship. I mean I would do that anyway." She jokes to the best she can but realizes that there are some places that even she would not be demoted too and as such stops from joking around.

Slycer just sighs. "Heck, so long as he didn't try to pulp us in the corridor, I call that a good day."

"No kidding," Balus agreed," I just can't beleive those Riders are a bunch of crybabies running off to papa like that." He chuckled

Krystal understanding that they are just acting very buddy like decides to stay quiet and let them continue their patrol, following to see what Balus actually experiences on a patrol and maybe learn some more, or better yet, maybe he will ask her some stuff to learn about her.

Slycer walks about the deck on their rounds, slowly regaining his confidence after the run in with the Major.
As you walk about the decks, both Krystal and Balus are getting a lot of stares. A few ask for Balus' autograph, and mention that he is the reason they enlisted.

Krystal not used to being stared at does float away when the few come up to gain an autograph. And while they are busy with that she floats over to Slycer, "Ahhh I forgot about that large billboard. I guess that is why we have been getting all the stares."

Though he hated the attention, Balus was polite and signed the autograpghs without hesitation and was polite to the unwanted fanfare. Once the three of them were alone again, he scowled, " Come off Krystal, don't bring that up," he pleaded, then shook a finger at Slycer, and no comments from the peanut gallery either." He smirked.

Slycer just chuckles. "Sure thing kid. Come on, we've only got a bit longer before our shifts done. I'll even buy you cute kids lunch."
Fegh, you get a transmission with very very detealled directions on how to put the ship in proper orbit to meet with the docking station.
