*she hopes that things are fine. there shouldn't really be anything wrong. except that her father usually took her brother's side to every arguement that came up. the latest was about cash for a fast muscle car she didn't give them before moving out

Alice turns and rolls her eyes at Jason with a smirk as Ashley leaves the room. "Just what exactly did she want to do?" she asks Jason.

If Jason had been smirking, there was no sign of it. " She thinks we need to have a grand production. You know, chapel ceremony, ball room after party, the whole shooting match. I told her she was crazy and..., " he paused, looking at Alice, " I should just shut up, because I have no idea what you want."
" Hello Pumpkin. Everything went without a hitch." Sierra's father replied warmly," Just like it always does when your mother does the planning. It's good to hear from you. Your mother says a friend of yours needed our help?" Just as always, it sounded like Sierra's father got just enough information from her mother to keep him in the loop.
Beth was soon alongside Tom as they went down the hallway. Nearing the rooms, they could both soon hear Avi's music along with his very offkey attempt to sing along. Beth chuckled," I may have to turn my implants off if it gets any worse. And you all live hear together?"
MacColter had a disturbed look when he entered, and Isamu's questions did little to improve it. " I'm not sure, Isamu. ancient spirits is a new one for me as well. Are you positive? This is quite an accusation to make of the mayor?"
"what is?" Ashley asked as she entered, immediately moving to Isamu's side.
Thanks to the evening breeze picking up, the surf was beginning to roll quite well for Deci and Robert.

Isamu wraps his arm around Ashley's waist and then explains everything he did to MacCoulter before, to Ashley now. He then turns to Mac Coulter, "I am not positive. It is just a theory. I do not even know if it is possible for the spirit to do what I suggest. That is why I think we need to speak to someone with experience or at least knowledge on the subject."

Tom shrugs. "Trust me, I miss my old apartment. But at least here if an 11 foot tall invulnverable super-assassin shows up, you'll have back up. Also, there are veggieburgers." Tom gives a small smile as he looks for an unoccupied room for Beth.

'yeah. he got concerned for his family. figured it safer to have them mobile for a bit. works for him right now. anyways wanted to let you know i'm okay. the car died and someone bought it for the body and is restoring it. something about a 'classic' whatever that means. so i'm looking for a newer one now. tell mom not to worry. Kristian's a nice guy . . he's here if you wanna talk to him'
*broken up with a few giggles and nodding and eye rolling from time to time .. but if her dad wants to talk to K, she'll hand the phone over

Alice shrugs at Jason as she replies, "I don't really want some huge wedding, but it would be nice to have something small with our friends and family there. Speaking of which," she adds with a grin, "maybe we should tell Tyler and Felicia about us being engaged."

Robert runs up with the surfboard and yells "Ready!" before wading into the water and starting to surf.

Deci seeing Robert head in follows suit and heads into the water herself. Avoiding using her powers she paddles herself out and hops on the first good wave that comes along.

Jason smiled back. " They know I was going to ask. I called him and he encouraged me. They went out to camp for a couple days. Made it sound like things didn't go over so well with her parents." The last came out sort of nervously.
Kristian waved off the offer to talk, content to listen as Sierra made small talk with her father. Finally, " Ah, here's your mom now. Be good, pumpkin."
Her mother came on the line, " Hello Sierra. Your uncle says to tell you everything went smoothly."
"Tom," Beth looked at him and smiled once they found an empty room," I can't thank you enough." she leaned in to give him a peck on the cheek," I'll see you in the morning then", then slid the door shut.
Mac scratched his chin. " I don't see why not. Alice is capable of doing the same thing as what you are describing. Prehaps she can give you some insight. Still having a hard time with this spirit concept though."
With the rising surf due to a storm out in the Gulf, the waves are starting to become perfect for light surfing for Deci and Robert.

"Good night Beth. Rest well." Tom responds before she closes the door. Tom hesitates a second before wheeling away. "yeah, I'm not going to be sleeping much tonight." Tom says softly under his breath.

Robert paddles out to the waves and stands up as soon as he hits a good one. "This is awesome!" He yells out to Deci.

"Isn't it though." Deci yells back as she gets on her made surfboard and starts to enjoy riding the waves. The only aspect of her powers using right now is the one to stay stuck to her surfboard. She enjoys the freedom of the surf even without the use of her powers.

Si looks at Kristian and mouth's 'coward', then resumes talking to her mom once the parents change.
'oh thats good. nice to know that uncle did that. so how's the weather that way?'
*she didn't call the friends 'aunt or uncle'. she decides to see if everything else is okay.
'been wondering, how's Bubba?'
*she knows her mom will give her a simple "Si .. not funny", if everythings normal . . and if it isn't Bubba will live once again. she's worried that Arc might have tracked them down and is nearby listening to her parents. this is the only way she can think of asking
