Alice does her best to hide her surprise at Sierra's comments. 'They're clones?' she thinks to herself, unable to help from a side glance at Mac wondering what he knew about this. After all, he'd kept the secret about Jason hidden for quite some time.

'yeah ... lets see, you're powers are the same .. except you all have a tiny thread of something different. you're not afraid to die or get killed, and will kill yourselves if given a chance .. which makes me wonder, do you really leave a body behind or does it turn to goo and bubble away?
*Sierra has flipped the chair about and is leaning her elbows on the back rest now. 'yup, your the 'minder' type. so wanna tell me what i've gotten involved in that i shouldn't know about?'

Beth nodded, and closed the laptop. When they found Isamu, he was talking to Dmitri. Beth politely asked, " Are we interrupting?"
"Not at all." Dmitri replied, almost looking releived to have a change of subject
As Deci left Kristian, she passed Jason and Ashley haveing a discussion, and overhead Ashley asking Jason, "Please, let me do this for you". The beach was quiet this late in the evening, except for the rolling of the light surf and some gulls overhead.
Delta tilted his head slightly, then responded flatly," It was inexpected." He simply stared at Mac.
Tau answered Sierra," We are soldiers. We merely do as Alpha instructs and stick to the protocols."
MacColter scowled," Sierra, that stuff only happens in the movies." However, the look on Mac's face made it clear that they were copies bothered him. He caught Alice's look, and shook his head slightly.
"We follow our directives." Was all Tau said.
"I'm heading in to crash." Avi said to Robert after a few moments. Robert soon discovered that the weights actually went up to ridiculous amounts that no normal person could ever lift, but were designed so someone do even the lightest workout. when he glanced around, he could see the treadmill looked more like it was on a tank tread than the usual design, and the exercise bike had a crank on it heavy enough to turn the bit for one of the oil rigs out in the Gulf.

Tom asks Isamu. "I think we've got something regarding the mayor and his nephew. Care to help us explain it?" He lets Beth show Isamu the images.

Deci seeing the peace and serenity of the beach decides to live it up. As such she concentrates her cold powers and creates a surfboard. After she completes it she looks it over to make sure all is perfect. "Well either way this will be fun." As she makes a run for the surf.
If this is no good for surfing she will cheat and use her flight to simulate as close as she can to it.

Isamu looks at the pictures, "it appears the mayor and is speaking with this man. Who is this here he is talking to now," he asks pointing to the nephew never having seen a picture of him before. (he may have I don't remember). He then asks, "When were these taken?"

"A few seconds apart. You were talking about some kind of mystical connection - is there something that could make them like, physically trade spaces? Or shapeshift?" Tom's mind reaches for possible explanations.

Alice raises an eyebrow at Mac and looks back at the identical men and says, "Who is Alpha? Where can we find him?" As she asks, Alice continues to scan their minds to see if she can get a hint of an answer.

Robert waves to Avi. "Alright. I'm gonna get acquainted with this here equipment. See you back at the room."
Robert makes his way through all of the exercise equipment, getting himself in a good workout that stretches even his capabilities. Once he's done, he'll put everything back into place, walk back to the room and see what Avi is doing.

Robert heard what Avi was doing before he saw. In the common room, the garbage can was piled up high and Avi sat in one of two bean bag chairs playing the latest Halo game while listening to the new Hellyeah CD. He didn't heart the door open.
Alice got an image of a lab-like setting, and another who resembled the quartet standing in front of them giving directions.
Tau responded," Alpha is our control. He doesn't want you to find him."
Deci's board worked fine, but the light surf made her attempts difficult.
Beth spoke up. " That's Alistair Greed. Prominent business man and all around scumbag. He organized the fights and hosted them on his yacht. There's no proof, but I think he has connections to the Domichelli crime family." (Isamu, roll perc)

Deci mildly disappointed decides that this is probably the closest she has been to surfing in a while. Still mildly disappointed she runs back on the beach and puts the surfboard down. "Well so much for that idea. Might as well just get dressed and take a swim." Agreeing with her own idea she floats up to her bedroom and changes into a bathing suit.

Isamu looks at the two pictures, one of the Mayor, the other of his nephew both talking to this Greed person, "and you say both of these were taken only seconds apart?"

Isamu sort of recognizes the picture of the younger man, but he can't quite remember where he saw him before. Beth nodded," My camera was set so it takes three pictures at a time. There are literally seconds between photos. But no one can move that fast, right?" She looked at Tom and then Isamu to confirm her statement.
As Deci finished changing, she could hear a racket coming from across the hall
