Jessica looks up the stairs 'I wonder if he was trying to get away... OR.. was there something up on the third floor he was trying to get to?' she wonders to herself quietly as she starts re-tracing the steps of the scenario that she had figured out so far, hoping to see if she can figure out why he was trying to get to the third floor.

McKenna sidestepped so she didn't get run over, still preforming her duties. " You'll have to talk to the captain for details, ma'am. I'm not sure what happened, only that he was found like this. He's going to be okay, but he needs more treatment than I can provide here." Her bedside manner wasn't the best, but she tried. " But I'm going to do everything I can for him with what I do have."

Jessica, through her great observation skills discovers... that she's actually the sole survivor of the human race! Resurrected after 3 million years in Stasis, and everybody's dead, Dave. Yes, even Peterson. Everybody's dead Dave...
And McKenna's a hologram of Jessica's dead bunkmate, while Foreman's evolved from a pet cat and Xavier is some kind of service Android. And Mensk... well, he's a floating head of a computer interface piloting an uncessarily humongous ship lost, 3 million years into deep space.

(Loved that show! the part where he Buddy boy kicks death in the groin...) Mengsk was watching his game and the gauges remotely via his palm pilot. With only a Maintenance list to do he was looking what systems were highest and lowest priority. Hardly the glamorous work...but necessary. He had on his screen manuals of components to find out the suggested time between check ups scrolled by.
"Holly, If I gave up an AI I could make my job easier..." he muttered aloud at the ship. He recalled a woman he once dated named Holly. She was a Legal consultant for the company he worked for with a near predatory devotion to the laws. The ship felt like a Holly...

OK, returning to the plot...
Xavier and Mensk are the last of the PCs still in the galley. The four Europeans are still cleaning, and Smith is etting ready to leave (if I haven't had him read already). They're all blissfully aware of what happened in the stairwell (which is locked, should the PCs try it).
But, what is currently happening in the stairwells is Jessica's further finding of clues. She noticed bloody footprints. Also, there seemed to be no signs of anything on the last set of stairs (except for the footprints which happen to exit on that floor. And they're not Tawfeek's or McKenna's.).
Speaking of Mckenna, Mrs. Johnson stepped out of the way quick enough. "What can I do to help? He's allergic to... oh, what's that drug... doctors don't use it so much... umm... it's an adrenaline... epi... épée... Epinephrine!" He says. "He's allergic to epinephrine."
Of course, that would be important news to whomever they talk to for assistance. Which Tawfeek had just arrived on the bridge to enquire about. "Keep us on our course to Mars." He says, on hearing the list from Foreman. "I'll contact them first." And he left the bridge to his own quarters.

He's allergic to ... wait, are you sure?" McKenna raised an eyebrow. " The reason I ask is everyone's body creates epie when you exercise or are excited. It's possible it's one of the synthetics involved in producing it, but it's very rare. As long as his heart doesn't stop, I won't use it anyways.

"Whatever you say Captain. I'll stay here in case we need to change course."
Foreman sits behind the controls. He wonders what everyone else is doing right now, and why Jessica is still in that stairwell.

Xavier gets up and starts to help clean up as well. Better to help them out then anything else and make him show like he is unwilling to help with the menial tasks on the ship.

Jessica raises an eyebrow and mutters to herself "Curious." She exits the stairwell, taking care to lock it so that no one can get in and follows the prints, curious to see where they will lead.

Jessica soon discovered that the prints, unfortunately dried off and disappeared quickly. And they were only partial prints.
------------
"No, yeah." Says Mrs. Johnsons, still flustered. "The staging chemical, not the drug itself. You just can't shoot adrenaline into him, is all."
McKenna's noticing that Johnson is stablizing, though still in a coma.
--------------
Tawfeek returned to the bridge in a huff. "Keep on route to Mars. Increase speed, if you can. We've got no takers."
He keyed the comm. "Xavier, Mensk. I need you both on the bridge, stat."
-----
In the galley, Mensk and Xavier hear Tawfeek say "Xavier, Mensk. I need you both on the bridge, stat."
"Oh, it's OK." Said Lars Von Donnigan. "We've got things covered here."

Xavier puts everything down that he is doing at the moment and heads to the bridge.

"Aye aye Captain," Flip says while giving off a salute. and a smile. He then turns back to the controls and tries to coax a little more speed from the engines.

Jessica sighs a little bit as she discovers the prints dried off and disappeared quickly, not giving her any indication of who could have done this. Heading bck to the stairwell, she compares the partial prints to hers, in an attempt to see what the difference in size is between those prints and her own shoe size.

McKenna steps away from the patient long enough to place a hand on Mrs. Johnsons shoulder. He'll be okay. He's stabilizing , which is good. It'll be a few hours before I even consider consciousness, so for now the best thing for both of you is some rest."
