Sam goes over to the cargo door to help Mariana find a way to open it. Sighing she says, "If that's the case, Sheppard will never let me forget that I'm the incompetent Lt who needed rescuing." Sam analyses the door, trying t ofind a way to open it

The door is still locked, but it had buckled slightly from the explosion and light was coming in around the edges.

The seams are large enough to peek out, and the action seems to be on the other side as the Mark V is slammed again.

Mary braces against the impact a few moments before it happens. "Well... it looks like the APC's been delayed. She we rescue ourselves in the confusion?" She asks, seeing if there's a way to open the door.

Ellie chases after Shep and Lobo. To their suprise she's able to keep up with them quite well considering she's from the Psi-Bat.

A pair of inhuman eyes peeked in through the cracks in the door. A deep voice spoke to them. " You wouldn't by any chance be a couple lost sheep?"
It didn't take long for Lobo to figure where to head, as the sounds of a battle drew them. And the fight seemed to draw any patrols as well, since they encountered none.

Sam looks at Mariana and flips up her visor so Mariana can see the questioning look in her eye. Cautiously, she replies "Could be. Are you the shepard?"

Sam can't help but grin at the response as she starts to pull Mariana away from the door as the claws start ripping the crack open.

Eventually, the door buckles and gives under the strain as the Mark V shimmies again from another blast on the far side. The mastodonoid released the door. " now, the two of you come along nicely before this party gets out of hand, or I'll have to huff and puff and my friends will blow you away."
