As you hold it in your hand the Headband doesn't seem to do anything at the moment...It seems to have strange wizard writing with a small green jewel in the center of the headband.

Kurff - You put it on and you don't feel anything at the moment. You then see a slight green tint around you, almost like everything is bathes in a green light. You also see some items some of the group is wearing is glowing slightly, like a cloak, boots, clothes, some weapons......... The rest of you see's the jewel in the band glow slightly green at first then go dark again..............
