Ellie's empathy easily homes in on Shep's fading temper beneath the rubble near the center of the collapse. The prisoner, in his unconscious state, is easily affected her induce sleep ability. Mendez's detect evil locates the escaping gunners as they move away in the direction of the creek, and also detects another trio working their way around the squad passing in and out of the edge of his range. Just as Dyson removes another piece of debris to reveal a slight glimpse of Coalition armor, the telltale drone of at least two SAMAS engines closing on their position grabbed everyone's attention. (tag - any) (OOC Sensorium I think somewhere along the way Mariana picked up shep's back. prolly after she tackled him) Which time?  |

At the sounds of the SAMAS' closing in Ellie yells to the others digging Shep out "Take cover! Incoming." With that Ellie uses super Tk to clear the rubble off Shep (100lbs of rock oughta do it:)). After she removed the rubble from shep she will check his vitals and make sure hes ok and if hes conscious.

Most of the loose rubble blasts clear, revealing Shep curled in a ball to shield himself, only his back and behind revealed. He becomes restless as his body is partially freed, struggling against thr rubble. From beneath, his muffled shouts of frustration are becoming audible. " Get me out of here! Where the hell have you been? I've been calling on the radio, why haven't you answered me?" His muted tirade continued until it was drowned out by the roar of engines as a pair of old style appeared overhead, and dissappeared from view just as quickly, though the drone of their engines indicated both were making a hard right turn. (tag - any) (100lbs of rock oughta do it). that'd be too easy. And twinkle in his eye? that was just a piece of dirt  |

*After the rubble flies off, Mariana gets back to moving rubble* "We've been trying... would you sit still for just one second?! We've been calling you too. Maybe if your head wasn't so swelled, the speakers would work properly." *She grunts, moving house bits.*
*Then, she stops and looks back at the SAMAS* "Tell me those are ours."

Rhys looks towards the SAMAS as they fly by, keeping his rifle at the ready, as he zooms in on them with his multioptic eye to see if he can see any Identifying marks on them.

A string of profanity comes from beneath the rubble, much of it associated with Mariana as the SAMAS continued their arc. Their plain black armor gave no intication of their affiliation, but it was obvious they were not CS.

Rhys answers curtly. "SAM's are swinging back around for another pass, possibly readying for an attack run, And the status of those troops I am have lost them and haven't been able to search for any tracks of them." Keeping his CP-50 at the ready incase the shit hits the fan again "Also get Shep and everyone under cover I don't like the looks of those SAM's"

Mendez says;" glad you're ok shep. There are three targets moving around us trying to flank us." Mendez points in the direction they are moving." put someone to watch our six shep. So we have a surprise waiting for those bastards. The gunners from the rail guns have fled to the creek. Rhys if you are close enough, and the coast is clear, check to see if we can use the rail guns. We might need them against the Sams if they are unfriendly. I suggest we take away their advantage buy shooting for the wings and thrusters. Hopefully they are on our side. We can use some flyboys." mendez finds some cover and targets the aproaching sams wing.
