Shepherd rolls his eyes, looking up at Mendez." Six fingers, and it's the day after tommorrow, sir." He scowls, then a slight grin creeps on his face as Ellie's healing powers take affect. " Thanks, kid" He pats her on the shoulder as he picks up his helmet, tucking it in the crook of his arm. Moving to Mendez's side and listens to Gantry's answer. " I wondered why Lanny wasn't on the bird. But why didn't Ellie sense you were still kicking when she use her gifts to check for survivors, and what were you running from when you stumbled onto us, Luietenant?" There is an air of skeptism in his voice as he glares at Gantry.

Snowball makes a quick movement with his paw, grabbing Rhy's and Dyson's attention. Once the pair of them are looking, he makes a series of hand gestures, first pointinting towards himself, then touching his nose. He then points at each of then, followed by pointing to his eyes then into the wind beyond Rhy's position. He then raises his rifle to a readied position.

Rhys nods to Snowball as he chuckles quietly in response to Gantry's comment about not running away.
(ok since I am sure this char knows military hand signals. what the hell is he trying to say? it looks to me like he's saying he smells something and wants us to check it out)

"Sir, his picture didn't show when I looked through the helicopters roster. Thats why I didn't sense him, he wasn't in the roster I was looking at." Ellie shrugs and again takes to surveying the surroundings. "Oh, and Sir please don your helmet. Remeber what happen to LT?" Ellie winks to him and continues surveying.
OOC. Sixth Sense also works for people who are in imminent danger around the person right...IE: I will know if one of our men are about to die as longas they are in 90' right?

" I'm fine,Colonel." Shepherd replied, hooking his helmet to his pack and pulling a tattered green marine-stylecap from inside his armor. He straightens the bill a bit, snaps his other hand to knock it into shape and placed it on his head. " No offense, but I'm not putting that thing back on until I have to. Right me up for insubordination if you want."
Before anyone can protest, Snowball looms overhead, placing his free hand on Colonel Mendez's shoulder and forcing him down, doing the same to Shepherd with his rifle in the other hand." Quiet." He growled lowly," Get down. Company." He motions past Rhys.
As everyone takes cover, you hear Mikey in a whining tone." Oh now what? Can't we get a break?"

Rhys looks in the direction that Snowball points rifle at the ready. Keeping alert and hidden in the brush that he was in to begin with. If I spot it I will zoom in on it with the telescopic feature of the multi-optic eye.
