"I see," Sasha says in a pleasant tone of voice. "Well if he can be bothered for the plug I suppose a comp meal isn't out of the question," Sasha says dubiously. "And for the record... there is nothing wrong with Kariko."

" If you say so." Nick smirked as he continued on. Dmitri and Janie had left the office and were starting towards the door when they both stopped and looked at each other in puzzlement, as if listening to something no one else heard. Their curious behavior was broken up when one of rowdy group grabbed Janie by the arm, " Hey pretty lady, come join the party."
She tried to pull away but he held his grip until Dmitri intervened. He forcibly removed the other man's hand from Janie's arm. " She has other plans."
Things seemed to be degrading as the one Nick identified as Jones stood up from his seat and got in Dmitri's face. " Boy, you don't ever get in none of my boy's faces unless you want a piece of me."
Dmitri smirked, unphased by the threat. " No thanks, I already ate. Try the fish, it's very good."
Jones was caught offguard, and Dmitri and Janie took the opportunity to slip out, but not before Dmitri nodded to Sasha and Janie mouthed a" we'll be back "
Nick returned after Jones returned to his seat, his entourage hushed as the ex-fighter fumed. " Boss, that was the kind of guy you need for a bouncer. If he can stand down Desolation, he'd handle a few drunks no problem."
[OOC- I left you out of the new thread intentionally because of the time differential. bad enough I messed it up by a few hours as it is. You'll catch up soon enough]

Sasha smirks at Nick. "I doubt I could afford someone like Dmitri as my bouncer, Nick. Though I have to agree with his attitude," she says musing to herself. "He said he'd be back, maybe he will and I'll ask him if he wants the job." She waves Nick off to continue doing his business. "See to our guests like you were Nick, I'll tend the bar."
((OOC: That's fine, I don't mind missing out on the first pits of an adventure. Sasha's not much of a fighter so she's more likely to get in trouble without a slow introduction. Afterall her only real note worthy powers are divine healing and flight. So she has to fight smarter not harder.))

Nick nodded, but he purposely attended to a few other tables before going near the evergrowing rowdyness of Jones' group. As Sasha saw to one of her regular evening couples, the husband complained," I didn't know you catered to parties." His wife gave him a scolding look after the fact.

Sasha shrugged indifferently to the man. "Nor did I until they came in, Sir. Are you interested in throwing one yourself?" she asks with an innocent voice. "Until they break a rule sir, their money is as good as everyone elses. A bar as long as no one begins violence is generally noisy during the evening. I can however suggest a booth," she points at one in the far corner currently unoccupied. "I prefer to send my couples there if they wish to be more or less undisturbed for their meal. Though I have been debating putting in a second story to over look the bar. Do you have thoughts on the matter?"

The man was about to say something when his wife cautioned him with a hand on his," Honey, don't make a scene."
He caught the hint, and despite a scowl didn't comment. " not really ." Was his only reply.
Behind Sasha, the sound of a glass breaking silenced the rest of the bar, save the laughter that followed it. Jones blurted out," Damn. no prob, just put it on my bill."
His cohorts cheered thier leader on.

The look Sasha gave the man and the woman was one of mixed blessings as the room was quiet for a moment. "If you'd excuse me," she said putting down the bar rag she'd just used to clean the counter.
Walking around the bar she moves to the rowdy group fixing the group with a stern look. "I understand you folks are enjoying yourself," she says in a mild voice. "But for the sake of the other customers can you please lower your voices?"
To the man Nick had introduced in passing as "Desolation." She extends her hand towards the man with a smile. "Sasha," she says pleasantly. "Owner and operator of this establishment. Nicholas informs me you're pretty famous. Would you mind signing an Autograph for Nick and possing with your boys for a photo for the bar?"
Sasha mentally smirked to herself hoping that her plan would get them to quiet down some as well as possibly changing their mood from something possibly dangerous to something less so. "Pick your battles," she said to herself mentally. "You can only do what you have the patiences for."

" Nice to meet you." Jones replied in a poor attempt at charm. " Sure, we'll keep it down." He looked at his entourage and grinned before turning back to Sasha, " Photo sounds good, but I'd sooner pose with you than these ugly mutts."
His comments brought a round of rowdy catcall, but they stopped at a wave of his hand.

Sasha rolls her eyes mentally while smiling at Jones. "Alright," she says with a charming smile. "We'll get a picture for the bar then." She gestures towards the private area of the bar where it's less crowded. "How about here?"

Desolation hadn't stopped grinning as he posed behind Sasha while Nick got the camera ready. Just before the flash, his hand slid innapropriately. " Sorry about that." He said without remorse. Nick had obviously missed it as he checked the camera's display. " Great pix, boss."

"Yes, I'm sure you are," Sasha said in a tone that spoke volumes. "Accidents do happen," she said motioning for Desolation to return to his seat as she goes about helping customers around the room. Returning the couple from earlier. "Drink on the house?" she asked pleasantly to the couple from earlier.

" No thanks," the husband replied as he stood up with his coat in hand as Desolation returned to the awaiting hi-fives of his cohorts, " I think we're going to make it a short evening."
One of Jones' companions caught the looks he was giving the rowdy table, and nudged Jones so he would notice. Jones nodded with a smirk, and the man left the bar.
The wife looked at Sasha," sorry, but he had a rough day at work. This isn't the evening out he needs to unwind. We'll see you next week." She apologized.
" Maybe," The husband sputtered," depends on the atmosphere." and the pair left the bar.

"Jones had better be one hell of a tipper if I'm going to be loosing my customers like this," Sasha thinks to herself. "Still you can't please every customer." Looking at the check Sasha discreetly throws it into the trash.
Sasha goes back to helping to wait tables and fill drinks, making small talk with some of the customers as she goes about her business.

After a few minutes, things seemed to be settling down a bit. Then the member of Jones' party returned , rubbing his hands and grinning, much to the audulation of his companions.
Even Nick seemed to be getting edgy," boss, I know I made a fuss, but this is getting out of hand. Want me to try to move them along?"

Sasha smiles mentally to herself looking around at the customers. "I retired from being a cop to manage a bar, somehow I didn't think it would be exactly like this... cheer's lied."
Looking at Nick she smiles and nods. "But don't be rude, and don't be forceful, they're still paying customers, so we need to respect them."
