Isamu transforms and catches Ashley as Deth and the Brethren leave. He cradles Ashley, reaching out with one hand and running his hand along the side of her face lovingly. He stands up transforming once again to be sure not to drop her, and carries her out of the tunnel towards the vehicle.
As they all walk out he says, "Sierra, good work in there. Did you find what they were after?"

* Sierra looks over the shoulder at the others. 'yeah .. they fubbed the things here . these little gates. they wont close now. well this one wont. so i guess if this one is fubbed, then the others are tool. *she stands up and then moves to Kristens's side and pats his face once and then carefully picks him up and moves out with him in the arms.
'Avi? yer talkin funny, you're gonna need to show me what to do .. and K's still out all things considered, i think we lost this one' *she contacts the house via the patch 'hey Janey? is it possible to check what the aquaduct is attached to? and worst case scenario for the gates to be shut down?'
*she uses her power to check out ahead of them, towards their cars to make sure there are no other Meta's waiting for them. she's learned a few things today. some are capable of being leaders and others aren't. she'll just sit back and hope for the best.

Tom looks at the gates "Let me see if I can fix this" Tom tries to use his magnetic powers to close the gates.

" Um talken funny buhcuz Tommm broked my jaw." Avi mumbled, his words becoming clearer even as he spoke.
" And if he'd shut up, he could heal it himself." Tyler pointed out. He turned to Sierra, " We took some lumps, but we stopped them, so it's a draw at worst."
Avi flipped him off, but was silent. It was clear Tyler and Avi got along as well as Jason and Avi.
Janie replied back. " I'm checking now, but all I can find is it takes runoff water from the downtown area out to the harbour from the stormdrains. there's a half dozen of them strategically placed. What good could keeping them open do? The water would always flow out then."

' ... or something could come in when the water's high ... wonder ... does the water go high in here? could be a way to have a fast get away or maybe to carry away treasures if you .. controlled water? ... '
*Sierra is watching the other's faces and then shakes her head at Avi and how he rubs some people the wrong way. she then shrugged. 'its just a thought. what do i know of complicated things like that? anyways .. Kristien's still out like a light, so .. now what do we do?'

As the gates rung shut, Alice's voice came acrossed everyone's band-adio . "Is everyone ok? What's your status?"
Avi was about to answer, but shook his head," Budder nod. "

Isamu asks, "can someone check Ashley please." He sits her down on one of the seats in the truck. He transforms back to normal and in answer to Alice he taps his bandadio, "Some of us were injured, but our mission here is complete. Those with healing abilities are already working on it. We will be heading back shortly."

*Sierra moves Kristen so he's draped over one shoulder .. squats by Ashley, and hoists her up over the other shoulder. she's now sure how the power works, but figures that if she gives them both a big dose of Avi's healing ability, that will be enough to aid them both.
*her eyes close as she picks up on Avi's healing ability and then floods them both with energy and hopes that will be enough. the aura spreads out to get Avi in on it and floods him as wee. anyone else in the area of her will get it as well

Kristian started to stir a bit as the healing washed over him, and Ashley let out a groan. Avi gave a thumbs up, but said nothing.
Tyler, with Trevor stirring over one shoulder, looked at Tom, " You new to their crew, or one of MacColter's goonsquad?"

As Ashley groans, Isamu reaches out and holds her hand.
In answer to Tyler he says, "he is friends with Alice, he has helped us today a great deal."

(ooops .. thought we were in the aquaduct still. wouldn't have pick Ashley up then. thought she went to the ground .. my bad)
*Sierra continues to focus on the healing bit. she wants to focus on one person, but figures that a 'blanket' effect is more beneficial to the group. she gives a half hearted attempt of a grin at Avi, then resumes her concentration.
* a part of her wonders if she really is a help here, but just shake her head and shoves it aside. self doubt has no place in the circus .. nor does it have a place here.
* she finally asks something that bothers her though. something that will make it easier for her to work with the others easier. 'so ... who's the second in command if the boss lady is out? .. just asking cause we're gonna need someone with a head on their shoulders thats good for that kinda thing. i'm good at following orders, just need someone to be able to give them.

Tyler looked at Tom closely for a minute, " I know you. you came to my shop to complain about the noise a little while before that mess at the marina. But..." he didn't finish, but he was clearly looking at Tom's legs.
Trevor moaned over Ty's shoulder," Let me down."
" quiet kid, and let me fix you up." Ty argued.
" Down, or I'll puke on your back."
" Okay," Tyler changed his tune, and let Trevor on his feet. Brittney helped him away from the others, just in case he did get sick..
Avi looked at Sierra, his jaw already sounding better," I think Is just stepped into the job."

* Sierra simply nods at Avi's comment. touches his chin with a finger and floods him with energy then does the same to Kristen .. then finally puts the palm on Ashley's forehead and closes the eyes as she feels and then allows the copied power from Avi flood into her body.
*she finally looks at Avi 'is there something i should know about this? .. its not gonna knock me flat on my rear is it? .. copying your power i mean. i don't wanna sit down hard. kinda makes the pants dirty ... '
*she attempts to lighten the mood a little. then asks, ' .. so, this workout room at the beachhouse, how strong or sturdy is it? .. i really need to practice, so i'm gonna start my own training schedule .. early in the morning for a couple of hours. oh, if it is alright with everyone else. it was gonna be private, so it wont bother anyone'
'morning sunshine .. ' *grins at Kristen when he opens his eyes, but resists the urge to kiss him. the grin changes into a shy smile as the cheeks go pink ' .. feeling better now? could use some help with Ashley here. i don't know if i'm doing this right.

Everyone hears Alice's voice over the radio, as she replies 'Jason and I are over at Tyler's place with Felicia. He's been hurt and needs some healing as well when Tyler gets back.'
