Captain America cleared his throat to get their attention. "There's no guarantee, Mr. Strom." His eyes dart to Magneto. "This country isn't perfect - we've made mistakes. Pretty big ones in our time. We've turned a blind eye, chosen the easy way. But I believe in people, I believe in the Dream, that if we are free, we can work towards being our better selves, that we can reach higher, be better, and provide compassion for all among us. Captain Castle here-" He looked towards the vigilante. "Will uncharacteristically drop you off with the Federal Authorities, and you can tell them all about Osborn. Every detail. And if that doesn't work? If they don't believe you? Well, these two men," He looked at the Punisher and Magneto. "Will be more than happy to take care of any problem, am I correct?"
He looked at the communicard. "Now, we don't have time to waste, there's more than one emergency tonight. Gentlemen?"

"Oh, I think we can take care of our friend here." Castle replied with a nod. He pulled out several speedy cuffs, and began securing the fallen Gaunt's hands and feet.
"Do you think that is necessary?" Magneto watched, crossing his arms
"Well, do you want to walk him into the authorities?" Frank sputtered, looking at the Master of Magnetism.
Magneto's eyes narrowed before he nodded, "Hurry up with your cuffs" He looked at Steve. "Do you require any assistance of your next grand adventure? I could at least speed up your departure to the surface."

"Captain Castle, I don't agree with your methods, but I do hope that this individual doesn't try anything so rash as to merit you blowing off his cybernetic limbs or anything else extreme." He gives Frank a quick look. "Good work, Marine."
Cap then looked to Magneto. "I will appreciate the assistance, and mention it to Wanda."

Magneto merely nodded slightly as a faint smile curled the corner of his mouth. "You would likely do well to leave tonight's foray out of your conversations with my daughter. Most likely she disbelieve it anyhow."
"Good working with you Captain, and strangely you two Magneto. Maybe we'll do it again someday." The Punisher replied as he shouldered secured Gaunt.
Magneto waved his hand, and a large slab of plate steel hovered towards them. "Somehow I doubt we'll see that chance, Mr. Castle." As they all stepped on, the plate carried the odd threesome and their captured foe into the elevator shaft the giant tank had been headed for. The door opened and the steel cable of the waiting elevator snapped , causing the car to drop out of the way before Magneto carried them upwards until it reached the top floor, opening into the false schools maintenance shed.
As they exited the building, Gaunt raised away from the Punisher's shoulder and suspended from a light pole that contorted like a piece of string to wrap itself around Mendel's foot , suspending him eight feet above the road. "It always works for Spiderman, yes? Good night gentleman."
Frank burst out laughing as Magneto and his plate steel magic carpet floated off in the other direction "For a megalomaniac, he's a rather classy guy.I'll tip the cops and take off. Get out of here Cap." Frank offered with a salute despite a sarcastic smirk.

"Copy that, Captain Castle. Maybe...maybe there's a way for us to work together in the future. Meet halfway?" He gave a look to Magneto. "A mutual friend does suggest cooperation, after all?" He began to move towards his motorcycle.

"Perhaps." The Punisher replied, offering a crisp salute as he got on his own motorcycle. "For now let's just agree that we're on the same side, despite having different tactics." He pulled out a burner cellphone, dialled 911 before tossing it in the ditch once it connected. "Time to go." He glanced up and shook his head, then started his bike, "Happy hunting."
He turned and headed off in the opposite direction.
(Can finish here if you wish, or ride to the rescue now to keep the rest of the team from clobbering each other)

Cap started up his cycle, placing his communicard in the docking station to activate the interface. "This is Captain America - brief me en route." He gunned the engine as he took off.
