"Yessir." Castle replied with a crisp salute before darting off the other way. It did not take long for the storeroom to become a warzone
As he approached the exoskeletons, he could see they were being piloted by other robots. They blocked Cap from following Stromm and were bringing weapons to bear before they suddenly flew aside as if swept up by a giant broom.
"One of his foolish robots shot at me." Magneto snarled as he explained himself. "That terminates all arrangementsI have with Mendel, and I believe Mr. Castle could use someone watching his back." He said definitively, before floating off towards the war zone .

Captain America gave a quick nod to the Master of Magnetism as he let him move on silently. I don't believe I've ever felt as sorry for robots before. Cap picked up his pace and resumed his chase.

As he pursued Stromm and his head start, the other side of the chamber had become a scene of chaos, with explosions and machines flying under all being serenaded by the staccato of automatic fire.
Gaunt stopped as a different design of robot appeared to flank him. Tall and spindly, they looked similar in design to his own mechanical body and nothing like the war machine design of Hydra. One of the androids turned with a metal staff to block Cap's path while Stromm and the the other climbed into a vehicle design Captain America knew far too well, a Hydra SuperTank, that quickly began coming to life.

The Sentinel of Liberty assessed the situation and knew he could not allow that tank to become active. The Star-spangled Avenger vaulted over the robot blocking his path as his shield flew to destroy the tank's control panel.

Cap's shield skipped off the SuperTank's hatch as it dropped shut just before impact.
The massive vehicle rumbled to life, and turned towards the far doors leading to the elevators, even though there was no chance it would fit.
The vaulted robots gathered themselves, turning on Cap and lashing out with their staves

Cap wastes no time, leaping away from the robot's strikes while using their staves to execute an Olympic worthy feat of gymnastics to catch his shield in midair and land atop the robotank.

Cap's unique response to the attacking droids caught them a bit off guard as their programming was unprepared for such a maneuver even as their staves connected ,'

It was readily apparent however, that the massive armoured vehicle was not going up the elevator. Instead, it veered away from the lift gate and was not headed directly toward the end Of the room, and was increasing speed.2d6+10·2d6+10

Captain America was determined to get inside the vehicle. Looking for a latch or hinge, he smashed at it with his shield.

As the shield slammed down onto the bracket, vibranium trumped steel and it gave way, leaving two more securing the hatch. Then suddenly, from the other side of the massive tank, another hatch popped open and a Short humanoid droid appeared with a laser rifle and fired immediately.

"I hit it! I hit it!" The small android with the laser said excitedly as the laser beam deflected harmlessly off the the star emblazoned on the shield.
A muffled voice came from within, "Is he gone?"
"Who gone?"
"The man attacking with the shield." Gaunt's voice grw louder
""You said stop the shield, not the man. He's right there."
"SHOOT HIM!"
"Okay." The droid lined up another shot, this time at Cap.

"Wait! You can't... ACK!" The attacking robot protested as the flip put Cap on top of the attacking robot and he drove it down the hatch.
The resulting thud inside the huge Tank grabbed the attention of the two similar androids piloting the machine as well as Gaunt seated in the commander's chair. Beneath him, the android that had attacked him flailed but was pinned to the deck plates.
"No! You're ruining everything!" Gaunt ranted. The vehicle began to stop, and the two pilots got out of their seats, brandishing steel clubs as they moved in.

The shield pinballed through the cockpit, making Gaunt shriek as he ducked behind the command seat, then howled again as the massive tank came to an abrupt halt. The sudden stop caused both dazed droids to lose their footing and slam into the wall. Neither made a sound as they tried to get back to their feet, a stark contrast to the vocal outbursts of Stromm as he clattered into the control panel

Gaunt was uncertain as he got to his feet, hesitating with Captain America's dire warning, when the sound of steel being torn apart added to motin. The cockpit armor slid apart like a curtain, and Magneto stood there with his arms folded. The Punisher, looking a bit more worse for wear, had the audacity to place his elbow on the master of magnetism's shoulder and lean on him, "Umm, we broke all his toys."
"All?" The machine man said in disbelief
"Well, we may have missed one or two little ones." Frank smirked, the moved his elbow at a glance from Leshner.
Stromm's shoulders sagged, "You've ruined everything! No Osbourn will win!"
Cap's communicard sounded an odd tone, a special one set up as the message when read was simply "911" followed by an address.
