Lex was not sure about going with the stranger, but when Matt agreed quickly, he saw no reason to protest. He did however make his way to his truck instead of following right away. He tucked a .45 in his belt and double checked his and Vivian's gear was ready should they need it before following Matt's lead once they were ready.
Once they arrived, Lex was curious. He had never seen furnishings quite like this before. As he slipped off his boots, he set down the heavy duffel he had brought in, then leaned in to Rex before speaking lowly, "What have we gotten into?"

Vivian follows Lex and gets into his truck and grabs her equipment before heading to the newcomers apartment. She takes off her shoes, as her the newcomers request and look around with hidden curiosity. "I'll watch him." she says politely.

Matt walks in full Dark Rider gear. He looks to Tetsuo. "Reckon I still owe you thanks stranger - any idea what this fella is sayin'?"
"I will them nothing! Nor you!" The ninja hisses in Japanese.

"He just said 'I will them nothing! Nor you!'. We may not be able to extract information from him. If that is the case we will have to look for The Fire Path Clan, in this city, from scratch as you say." Tetsuo starts to head for the small kitchen then stops and turns. "Does anyone wish tea?"

"I'll pass on the tea, thanks." Lex replied, looking at the prisoner. "I learned a few tricks for getting information out of someone, but I'm not sure I want to try them and I'd never understand what he was saying anyways. Rex, you think you can hypnotize him? Might be worth a shot, and if it does not work, we can try to track down these Fire Clan guys, there aren't that many Japanese folks around the city."

Vivian shakes her head when Tetsuo offers them tea and says says, "No, thank you." Realising she wouldn't much help when it came to interrogation, Vivian continues to watch the prisoner for signs that he might try to escape.

Tetsuo fixes tea for those who do want some and speaking in English. "I cannot speak, on how well this 'hypnosis' would work, on a member of the Fire Clan. If you wish to question him, I will be your translator, to the best of my capability." Tetsuo setting the tray, with the pitcher of tea and the empty handless cups, on the small and bare kitchen table. "We also need to find out what he meant by 'The wheat! The wheat!', which he said before we left the scene of the attack."

Lex shrugged, " Give it a try Rex. Our host can translate for us." He did not have his Steelfist suit on now, but he was starting to think it might be a good chance he would need it soon. He looked at Tetsuo, "What is the chances this joker would be followed here by his friends?"
