Matt raised an eyebrow. "I'm not sure anything Josie's serves would qualify as food, but we can try."
Foggy smiled. "Alright, I'll lead the way." He offered his arm to Gabby.
Shortly thereafter, you arrive at Josie's - the bar is a dive, and unusually quiet tonight. Josie looks at the group. "Little dressed up - should I be adding this to your tab?"
"Nelson and Murdock is always up to our tab. Actually Matt, we have two tabs, don't we? From when we were Murdock and Nelson, and now as Nelson and Murdock. We should probably clear those up someday."

"Well, you certainly take us to interesting places." Tabitha said under her breath as they entered the pub. She had been in far worse spots, but was a bit surprised that Matt and Foggy would bring them to a place like this. "Umm, do I have to worry about sticking to anything?"

Gabby takes the offered arm with a smile and heads off in search of this bar Foggy had talked about. From what Matt had said about the food, she wasn't surprised to see it was a dive bar. Shrugging, Gabby replies, "A lot of dive bars tend to have a good burger on the menu, so we'll see. Worst case scenario, I'll get something to eat later."
When they enter the bar, Gabby nods in approval. "It's cute." she says to Foggy with a smile. She also looks around for any sign of an open mike night or karaoke, which was one of Gabby's favourite things to do. As she looks, she asks Foggy, "Why did you change the name of the company? To give you the credit you deserve for being a kick ass lawyer?"

"Just be careful, and you'll be fine." Matt responded to Tabitha. "Actually, Gabriel we had to reorganize-"
"Because I wasn't the one who lost his license to practice. Twice." Foggy finished. "Though in at least one of those cases, Matt was framed-"
"-by Fisk. After he blew up my home." Matt tensed.
Gabby could not find any signs of a Karaoke or mike.

"Fisk, Gabby wasn't that the name of that hatemonger politician on tv back home that rallied all the idiots to hate anyone but norms? Great big bald guy, I think he was a governor or something." Tabitha said as she looked around too. " A burger would be good. I bet they don't have Baltika, so a Heinekin would good." She looked around to see if it was safe to call as she pulled out her communicard, "I should check in back at base about what Absorbing Man said was going on. They may want to follow up."

Foggy shakes his head. "Yeah....let's not discuss that again. The idea of Senator Osborn is bad enough. Alright, lets get that round of drinks...."

With her card in hand, Tabitha slid from her seat, "I'll be right back. Go ahead and order for me." She headed to the bathroom, checking to see if they were alone before activating her communicard, " Anyone home? It's Tabitha checking in. We had a bit of an incident with Absorbing Man. "

Gabby is momentarily disappointed at the lack of karaoke but shakes it off quickly. She grins and says to Foggy "So it IS because you're a kickass lawyer. I figured." The grins widens as she adds, "I'll take a beer and a cheeseburger, well done, with fries."

"Tabitha? Bill Foster here. We're getting some reports of trouble at the Japanese Embassy, and Cap and Spidey had to deal with Sabretooth and a jewel heist. What's your situation?" Dr. Foster asked.
The Bartender raised an eyebrow at Gabby* "....cooked, eh? Always something new with you guys." She called back to the kitchen, as she put the beer infront of Gabby. "Charging it to you, Nelson?"
Foggy nodded. "Put it on the tab." *he smiled* "So...tell me a bit more about yourself..."

"Hi , we stopped Creel , but someone named Nefaria hired him to put a hit on some Osbourne guy running for office. I hope some of this makes sense, all I know is Gabby and I won't be on Crusher's Christmas card list. Do any of the others need a hand, or can we grab a burger and a beer to try to salvage our date night?"

"Okay Bill, call if you need us." Tabitha replied as she put her communicard away. She started to check herself in the mirror, but quickly remembered Matt did not care and returned to the table. She slid in next to Matt, a bit too close for just an evening out, "So, what did you order for me?" She smiled, looking across the table at Gabby and Foggy hitting things off together. She slid her hand into Matt's under the table, "Unless something stupid happens, we don't to check in at the mansion until tomorrow afternoon," she said softly before leaning against his shoulder.

Gabby just shrugs as she waits for her food. "Not sure what I can tell you. My player didn't exactly put a lot of work into my backstory when she made up my PC sheet. Lived an interesting life, travelling all over the world. What about you? Tell me more about you." Gabby grins in a charming way before taking a sip of her beer.

"Uhm...not much. Grew up...well, not rich, I guess. Went to Columbia where I met Matt. We started up our firm. And since then I've been poisoned, stabbed, mind controlled, shot, framed for murder and sexual assault, disbarred-"
"-twice, but reinstated." Matt raised a finger of objection.
"-yes, and thanks for that. My life's been interesting thanks to Matt. Never. Ever. Boring." He sighed.

"I can't see anything being exciting to hang around Matt," Tabitha mocked with a wink. " Better watch it Foggy, Gabby has a knack for drawing excitement too."
She waited a moment for the bartender to be free before she asked, "Can I get the same as my friend ordered?"
