DD had let Tabby go when Aura came to her aid. When Gabby tackled her in the embrace, he cringed knowing the stress Tabby had just been through when Gabby lets her go he makes sure his is close enough behind to provide support. He just puts his hand out and touches her in the small of her back to let her know he is close. This person is obviously a friend. He says to her, "be gentle with her please she just went through a lot in there," pointing behind them.

"Cap please, I'll be fine and others need it more than me." Glory said, stopping and looking up at him. "I want to apologize. I know you aren't my father and I have to stop hating you for what he did. If he really was the kind of leader you are with your Avengers, I should be proud of what he did instead of holding a grudge for what he didn't for me." She paused and looked closely, "Where is your shield?"

When they went looking, It was found Mikhail had already broken out the refreshments, with cans being passed out by celebrating survivors. Hawkeye hesitated as they approached, and looked at the others. " Do any of you feel out of place?" The majority of those gathered were either unfamiliar faces, or those that had been children on their own Earth. The few faces they did recognize were aged and barely recognizable.
Stark spoke up as he took a can and walked toward the younger crowd, "You get used to it guys. Our generation has been replaced for the most part." A few were giving the Avengers odd looks as well.

Stark had said nothing as he departed. Victor however chuckled, "Need to stay on your toes. How many times have I tried to teach you that?" He chuckled. "Not completely healed out, but getting there. So, my little brat sidekick is a hero with the Avengers. I'm impressed. " He smiled. placing his hands on her shoulders. "I'm also glad you found a place to fit in, because I'm going away for a bit. Just before I got mixed up in that battle royal you pulled me out of, Gamorra had asked me for my help. And .. welll... I can't say no to that, right?" His smile grew.

"It's okay Daredevil, I'm not that fragile." Tabitha said, though her voice made it clear she was thankful for his concern. " Guys, this is Gaby. We grew up together. Gaby, this is my new best friend Aura and Daredevil. He's off limits." She pointed at Gabrielle and smirked. "When everyone thought I died, I actually got drafted by an interdimensional team called the Exiles, where I met Aura and Blink. One mission sent us to Daredevil's world and We ended up staying and we joined the Avengers. Uncle Mikhail dragged us back to help finish Overlord."

Hearing what her BFF said Aura turns and smiles, "A pleasure to meet you Gaby." At which point she offers her hand and lets the others say there piece, but will respond if talked to.

Gabby visibly rolls her eyes at DD and smirks. "She's not a china doll, dude. She can take a hug." When Tabby introduces her to DD and Aura, Gabby replies, "Yeah, I know who he is. I know ALLLLL about him!" Gabby grins. When Tabby says he's off-limits, Gabby shrugs, "That's fine. I don't care."
Wait? What if he looks like Charlie Cox under his mask!?!?
Aw, damn! That boy is fiiiiiine! Ah well, we can't poach our bestie's guy.
He probably doesn't even look like him anyway.
Looking at Aura, and shakes her hand "Hey Aura, nice to meet you." Despite Tabby's statement of Aura being her new best friend, Gabby is confident that she, Gabby, was Tabby's #1 best friend, now and forever! As Tabby explains what had happened to her, Gabby listens carefully.

Well.. KINDA, I guess. I mean it was soooo long ago. I wasn't in the game very long and didn't do that much.
You didn't read the game threads before you rejoined the game!?!?!
Well I TRIED! But there's so many of them and, well, I got bored! I had important naps to take!
One thing does pick up Gabby's attention and she beams. "You joined the Avengers?? How cool is that!?!?! You think there's room for me? I'd love to join! Then I can tell Dad that I made it to the Avengers too! He'll be so proud!"

She sobered a bit as she added, " Things are different on their world. Mom and Dad are alive, but we're almost our their age. Wait, I caughr that. You were polite to Aura. There's no competition, I'm allowed to have more than one friend." Tabitha warned, leaning back into DD, in worse shape than she wanted to admit.

I ..., " she quickly took the one off her back. It was faded and battered, but otherwise identical to the one lost to save Tabitha. "Bucky always told me this was all we had left from my father when he was killed. Mom wanted nothing to do with it and I, well, you saw how bitter I was. I had Tony make me a new one of my own. I think you should take this one." She looked up in his eyes as she held it out, them getting a little watery. " Dad would want that."

Hawkeye followed Wolverines lead and helped himself before taking a seat. " Hey maybe we can get Spidey some Kool Aid from the kiddy table?" He chuckled before tossing a can towards the webslinger. "What Stark, prefer to sit back and watch?"
"I have other things to see to." He replied as his suit sealed up and he lifted off, intercepting another more lithe armored figure before the pair flew out of sight.
"There's an Iron Woman here? Okay next they're going to tell me I got replaced by a college kid and Logan..., wait, not going there..., anyone else ready to go home?"

"I'll be around, but you'll be fine with this bunch. We both know Tabbycat is a good friend and Tally seems to be too. You girls stick together and listen to Rogers and thinks will work out. Just watch out for the runt with claws." He smirked, then did something very uncharacteristic and never in public, his kissed Blink's forehead and then pulled her close," You know if I didn't think you were safe, I wouldn't leave you here, right?"

DD lets Tabby lean against him. He can hear the strain in her voice. He knows she is in pain and probably needs medical attention.
"Tabby, I know how tough you are. Don't doubt that. But make me feel better and lets find a place to sit and maybe let someone look you over," he says gently rubbing her arm.
He leans down and whispers to her, "when we get back I was thinking we could pick up where we left off before your uncle dropped by and your gonna need to be 100% for that," he hopes his entendre will help her accept medical attention.

Captain America took the shield, and balanced it for a moment. "I'm...I'm very thankful." He paused for a moment. "Perhaps, after you've gotten some care, I could show you a few trick throws. I'm sure your dad would have wanted that too."

Aura not sure what to do with hearing what she did as it left her a bit confused but still gives her and the new comer a smile. Otherwise she lets the others take the lead on it as she also has no clue what to do at this time either. She is also not sure what to say to what the horned devil says.

"Ya I know.", she hugged and returned a kiss on the cheek,"Get some nice keepsakes if can. As an exile I never did get any.." The mutant added looking at what was going on around her. Seeing so many heroes and having had to kill some in other realities this was a chance to make up for those actions. If only Mimic and Morph could here..she could use cheering up.

Gabby is excited about the idea that Captain America was there. She'd heard a lot about him. Plus, she'd seen both of his movies, so she felt she was well versed in his backstory. Also, Spiderman was here? Awesome! He and Gabby could be besties as well!
Geez, we try to be nice to Tabby's #2 BFF and she snaps at us! How rude!
Maybe she's stressed out given what she just went through.
Whatever! It's still rude. Though, she is right about one thing: there is no competition. There's no way this little twerp could compare to us!
Shaking her head, Gabby simply says to Tabby, crossing her arms under her chest. Gabby's body language shows that she's annoyed with Tabby's comment. "Whatever. I seem to recall reading something about beer in a previous post. I'm going to get one before the it's all gone." Without waiting for a reply, Gabby spins on her heel and heads to where the others are.
