Isamu groans at the force of the blow from the claws and is startled as he realizes he put his hand through the man's chest.
He watches the man's wound heal and tilts his head in curiosity. He whispers, "fascinating."
When Kodiak comes at him again he reaches out and catches her arm again. He pulls her close. "Ashley I know you are here with us. What is wrong? Let me help you. I want to help you. Kodiak, you know I will want to help you."

As Isamu grabbed her, Kodiak pulled away in an attempt to shield herself from a counter attack, particularly her midsection.
Osaku's wound healed and he snarked," Of course you want to help heal her. You are the cause in the first place, outsider." He charged forward, intend on tackling Isamu

Isamu was at a loss, He couldn't check what was wrong with Ashley's midsection if she kept pulling away from him, and his words were obviously not getting through. Also attacking the tiger had seem pointless with his wounds healing.
He looks around trying to see if there are potted plants or any soil or rocks he can use in battle.
He says, "Kodiak, I will not strike you. I have not attempted to hit you yet and I would not. I want to help. Please let me help you."
He ignores Osaku's words and thinks, 'if his chest healed, let us see if his head can do the same.'
He takes a swing at Osaku's face after trying to block his last swing. The last time his claws made contact, Isamu felt his strike do damage.

Osaku's blow glanced off Isamu's stone form, but it was a heavy enough blow that Is knew the tiger was stronger than Kodiak. At the same time, he looked at the planted gardens around him. Kodiak stopped for a moment before roaring loudly with a tone that was almost confused sounding as she backed off.
Osaku made no attempt to dodge the blow, and laughed at Is," You are pathetic."

Noting the planted areas, Isamu thinks of a plan. For it to work he first has to get Osaku to one of the planted areas. Part of him knew that to get within close hand to hand range could be dangerous with Osaku's increased strength, however he had to find a way to end this, and with his reluctance to engage Kodiak/Ashley he had to focus on the Tiger. In Isamu's mind the Tiger had to be stopped to stop what was happening to Ashley.
He charges Osaku with a full body tackle to drive him back to that area.

As Isamu charged, Osaku made no attempt to get out of the way. Instead he let out a low roar and met Isamu with a vicious upper cut before Isamu collided with him.

Isamu takes the hit on the chin and staggers back a step, his tackle never landing. He stands and tries to deliver a double handed blow to Osaku's face. His original intention of driving him backwards still in his mind.

Osaku rolled with the punch, then looked back at Isamu. Then without second thought, threw himself forward with a snarl to again tackle Isamu.

Isamu is starting to get frustrated that anything he tried didn't seem to be working. He could not back down if he had any hope of saving Ashley.
He tries to block the Tiger's tackle attempt. Then before the Tiger can do anything Isamu reaches out his hand over the ground causing the area below the tiger to begin to crawl up and encase the tiger, saying "this ends now." He will not stop until the encasement reaches the mans shoulders.

Osaku roared and struggled against the concrete encasing his body. "Nothing ends now! You cannot contain me!"
As it reached his shoulders, his thrashing stopped, but Is could tell he was straining against the containment, and with the strength he had already displayed, it may not contain him for long. A glance at the reflection beyond Osaku caught his attention. Ashley had reverted to herself, and was huddled by the plants near the door, looking confused.

Isamu stairs at Osaku a moment and debates bringing the encasement over his head, but only for a second. Instead he uses a tactic he used in the past and adds another layer of encasement over the man up to his shoulders.
Turning away to find Kodiak he sees Ashley. He reverts to human and runs towards he as fast as he can.
"My Love, are you all right," he asks as he nears. He gets close and kneels to try and comfort her and check if she is ok.
Putting a hand on her back he says, "I came as fast as I could."

"Is? What the hell is going on? I don't remember anything since we were at dinner and I lost my temper." Ashley replied, clutching her stomach. " I feel okay, but I can't help getting sick." Isamu's nose told him that she had already wretched again.
"Ashley, please, listen to me." Osaku had reverted to human form as well, though the imprisonment still help him. " You belong with your own kind, not with an outsider. Lycans are a rare and dying breed. Together we can raise a family as it should be, not with some gaijin that is not ready to be otosan."
Ashley curled her nose as she tried to understand," Is, what is he going on about? I know the outsider, but what else is he calling you?"

Isamu helps Ashley stand and wraps an arm around her. He turns to face Tim. "Tim has abilities. He can transform and I believe he has an ability that allowed him to influence you. He took you from your parents home. I believe he had hopes of you two staying together," he says looking at her and then back at Tim.
Osaku's comment made Isamu think for a moment. He already had his suspicions about the possibility. The evidence seemed to be piling up. How one symbiote keeps disappearing and reappearing, the over agitation they showed, Her overly aggressive lunar cycle, her sick stomach on the flights over, the even larger than normal for her appetite, the way she was protecting her midsection during the fight, and now Osaku stating that Isamu was not ready to be a dad.
He walks towards the man, "you do not know me. You do not know what I am capable of, willing to do, or ready to be. Who are you to say I am not ready to be a father?"

Tim/Osaku never got a chance to say anything before Ashley butted in," Is? What are you talking about, who's going... to be.......," Ashley's face lit up as she caught on, and pushed herself free of Isamu while shaking her head," No, nuh uh. No way, it's not possible. I can't... you're wrong. YOU'RE WRONG!" She began backing away with a scared look.
Osaku began laughing despite his containment. " She did not know?" His laughter ensuedd.

Isamu turns to Ashley. To him it was logical, he had his suspicions even before Osaku said anything. But he knows to explain this to her now could only possibly upset her further. He extends his hands in a welcoming gesture and says, "he has no proof, he is just guessing. There is no way for him to know that, especially if you do not. He is speculating about a possible future. One he has imagined and inserted himself into. Do not listen to him. All he has done and said has been to manipulate you. Now he has failed and will say anything he can to try and convince you he is right. Ignore him. Soon he will be taken away."
He takes a step closer to Ashley and further away from Osaku. He sees the fear in Ashley and hears it in her voice, "when I answered him, I too was speculating on a possible future. One in which I, with the only woman I have ever loved raise a family together. All I wish is to be by your side for the rest of our days. If children are in our future, I know I will be happy and ready to be a father to our children, if and when they come. I know if that day does ever arrive, together we will be amazing parents and give any children our love. If it does not, as long as we are together we will meet any challenge that comes our way and I will be happy," he says in as a calming and loving tone of voice as he can muster.
