" Yeah that sounds like a good..." Jason's voice faded as an image of someone in trouble in the water came to Alice. again she got the sense of someone watching them from the surf. " Hey, Alice, you're daydreaming, wake up." Jason's voice broke the vision.
Ashley perked up as Isamu spoke, and stood up, looking out over the sand. " Where? Are you sure, Is? There's been a rash of shark attacks along the coast all summer." she cupped her hands to block some of the glare. " Where did you see it? We should get them out of the water anyways to be safe."
Kristian saw the opportunity to tease Sierra some more, and started towards her, but stopped and turned around," Something just brushed up against me. " He said with a concerned tone, looking in the water. " Must be a stingray in here after the crabs he said when he couldn't see anything." Sierra briefly felt the presense of another meta in the water at the edge of her range further along the beach and then was gone.

"I saw a large triangular shape out past Sierra sticking out of the water." He stands to join her as he points out where he saw what caught his attention.

'stingray? .. seems there was a Stingray in the house before i got to use her gloves. i think it was a her. come on, if your having things trying to check you out, i think its safer out of hte water'
*she isn't esactly looking at her as she finishes with 'someone's out that way .. somewhere out in the water. come on .. lets just go. this has lost its appeal now' *she gets a hold of Kristien andthen gives a slow and steady pull on his arm to pull him towards shore before turning to follow
'i'll give you a head start for the house. that way it will be not cheating if i win again' *she turns to flash Kristien a grin about that 'to the count of three? .. ' *then takes a deep breath to slow her counting as a part of her mind wonders about what meta she sensed earlier and looks over the shoulder again with a slightly worried look.

Alice smiles weakly at Jason and says "Sorry. I had another vision." Looking out over the water, she sends a telepathic message to Sierra and Kristian 'Get out of the water right now!' To Jason, she says "There's something in the water and it's watching us." Putting her hands over her eyes to try to block the glare of the sun, she asks him "Do you see anything?"

" I don't see anything." Jason said. Along the surfline, not far from sierra and Kristian, Alice could see the same dark spot bobbing in the water she'd seen the last time she'd had the vision. it slipped beneath the waves as if it knew it had been seen.

" I don't... " Ashley gasped as she saw the triangular fin emerge behind their friends, moving towards them. He fingers dug into Isamu's arm as events seemed to happen in slow motion.

" Calm down Sierra." Kristian said, not looking concerned. " Okay, we can go in. but what do you mean, someone else is..." Sierra saw a flash of movement behind Kristian before he lurched forward and beneath the waves. A large bull shark rolled over top of the same spot, it's dorsal fin raised high in the air as the water started to turn an eerie red color. It gave a massive slap with it's tail as Kristian bobbed to the suface, tranformed to his crystalling form and cried out in pain. The shark moved away but continued to circle them.
The entire time, Sierra could feel the strange meta, somewheres beyond the shark.

" We gotta help them!" Ashley shouted, starting towards the water's edge. Dmitri was already on his feet and running down the sand as Janie screamed out in terror.

Jason held Alice as they watched helplessly from the deck. " I'll go get Avi. We'll need his healing abilities." He said strangely calm as he let go and started inside.

*as he vanished under the water and the shark appeared she responded with a simple 'KRISTIEN .... ' .. and when he surfaced she moved towards him 'come on .. reach for me .. '
*she reaches towards him and the only thought she has now is to get him out of danger and closer to shore. her only concern now is to ensure the stability she's found doesn't die.
*she keeps tabs on the shark as it moves about, her plan simple. get a hold of kristien and then try to copy his power to heal his wounds while keeping part of her self between the shark and him and then if it moves at them again to toss him towards the others and hope that her power was enough to save him. she might be tough, but is she tough enough to withstand the shark?

Isamu ran with Ashley towards the ocean. "If someone is hurt they will need help healing. Call Tyler he should be ready to help. We cannot fight the shark in the water, but perhaps..." Isamu trails off as he approaches the surf. He focuses on his two friends in the water. He concentrates so that he creates a land bridge with small towers rising out of the water from the sand underneath. leading directly to the two which he also brings up on a tower of land.
He yells out to Dimitri,"Can you grab anyone injured and teleport them to Tyler?"

Alice nods at Jason as he heads into the house to get Avi. She then runs to where the others are and lets them know that Jason is going to get Avi so that if anyone is hurt, they can be healed. She then waits to see if there's anything else she can do to help as she looks for whatever it was that had been watching her and that had been in her earlier vision.

With it's quarry now out of reach on Isamu's bridge, the shark slowly turned away and swam off , and at the same time, Sierra could feel the other meta move out of her range. Kristian had collapsed in pain as soon as the ground had raised from the water, the massive bite pattern evident through his crystalline form. sierra's use of his healing powers had eased him enough to stop his scream, but he was still in agony.
" No, I don't have his place marked, Is." Dmitri answered as he started out to help.
" What happened? Jason said something about a shark?" Avi asked as he ran down the sand to the water's edge.
Avi and Dmitri took Kristian from Sierra and carried him towards the house quickly. Standing between Isamu and Alice, Ashley looked down at the sand and spoke quietly. " this is my fault. It was my idea to have a day on the beach. I knew about the other attacks, but never thought it could happen to us. "

Isamu walks up to Ashley as they get off his landbridge and walk onto the beach again. He waves his hand behind him, and the land bridge slides back into the ocean.
He turns Ashley around to face him, lifts up her chin to look at him, "It is not your fault. everything in life has its dangers. You could not predict what would happen today. Kristian knew what could be out there. For now, he is alive, With Avery and Sierra tending to him, he will be ok. When Tyler gets here, he will get better even faster. Were you able to call him?"
If not, he suggests they do so now, as they head into the house. If yes he will hold her hand and walk into the house behind the others.

*she backs away from the water with horror filled eyes and moves towards the beach-house her head and shoulders drooping. ' .. thats it. i'm not supposed to go in the big waters. thats gotta be it' *she shrugs and then turns to stare out at the water 'it really looks so inviting. almost hypnotic, almost like that rainbow water from years ago'
*she moves again for the beach-house. her goal, Kristien, to wait by his side and try to make him feel better

Alice shakes her head at Ashley. "It wasn't your fault what happened. Avi can heal him, and if needed Sierra can copy his powers and heal him too. He'll be ok." Alice then heads toward the house to see how things were going.

" Ty's line is busy, Is. You mean you think someone was controlling that shark?" Janie said, putting her cell away. " That's horrible! " she looked at Alice, " You guys gotta put a stop to them."
Ashley nodded in agreement even as Isamu comforted her," she's right. We can't let this go on."
Jason was waiting for the others on the deck. " Is everyone else okay? Mac just called, I told him we'd call him shortly."
Avi and Dmitri carried Kristian to the med center, with sierra trailing closely. Despite his pain, Kristian took her hand as he reverted to normal. Dmitri stood back as Avi began to use his healing abilities," Could've been alot worse, K."
Going into shock, he didn't seem to be in as much pain, though he gritted his teeth as he spoke," I'll take your word for it, mon."
Avi looked as Sierra, " I could use your help."

*even though she wants to cry and run away like she has from other situations similar while in the circus, a part of her realizes a few things. one, she's no longer involved in the circus life. and two, her boyfriend is needing help and three, Avi asked for her help.
*nodding the panicked look away she places a hand on Kristien's shoulder as she focuses on Avi's ability and copies it, providing a new source of healing power for him to push and pull about to where its needed.

Alice nods at Jane and replies "Yeah, we need to figure out what's going on and stop it." To Jason, she says "Kristian was the only was that was hurt. Everyone else is ok, though a bit shaken." Sighing, she wishes there was more she could do to help Kristian, wishing she knew what or who had been looking at them in her vision.
