*a part of her wants to run and hide but its the other part that wants to stay and try to figure these people out. she then shrugs and looks at Kristien ' i think i'll just go get changed'

" Ashley calmed right down, but you're not gonna like why." Janie replied, tapping the monitor. " Somehow Trevor's girlfriend can talk to her, and calm her down. I didn't know who she was until Tyler told me."
" She's here?" Trevor perked up, and then ran downstairs after nearly being plowed over by Ty and Felicia.
" That's her!" Felicia exclaimed once they saw the newborn. Tyler looked at everyone, tears welling up. " you have no idea how much we owe you." He choked out as the pair of them crowded the incubator. Though tiny because premature, the infant girl had pale white hair in stark contrast to her skin darker than Felicia's. Fel said lowly in a motherly tone," i know the doc named her and not us, but I still want to call her Maria" Ty kissed her forhead and nodded, " Whatever you want."
Kristian put and arm around Sierra's back, as much for comfort as for concealing her back." All that stuff can wait for now, and we can all use a shower and a change of clothes. Hopefully Dmitri and Will get back soon."
Avi nodded as he inspected Kerry's wound. He glanced at Alice as she came in, " Where's Jason?"

Alice looks a bit puzzled as she asks "There hasn't been any phone calls since you've gotten back?" Shaking his head, Avi replies "I don't think so, but we haven't been back very long. Why? Is Jason ok?" Alice sighs and looks annoyed, but that fades quickly as she says "Jason got hurt. He's in the hospital. His.. his paralysis was more advanced because of his injury. He couldn't move his arms. Mac is going to fly in some specialists and they're going to perform the surgery. He told me to go and check on the others and that he'd have a nurse call Tyler.. but I guess he didn't. I guess I should tell Ty." Alice doesn't look like she's going to enjoy doing so. "is everyone else ok?" she asks Avi.

*Sierra can barely keep up with the comings and goings of the various people, and seems content that Kristien has a valid suggestion. 'yeah, a shower would be helpful about now. thanks'
*she smiles open heartedly and gives Kristien a quick peck on the cheek before slipping out past Alice with a simple 'scuse me .. and let Avi know i'll return his coat in a bit. thanks' *then she's moving up the stairs somewhat aware that some of the jumpsuit she was wearing is hanging below the hem. a faint tune is heard as she hums something on her way up the stairs, a sign of her growing comfort about some things.
*unless disturbed, she'll grab a quick shower and duck back into her room for some clean clothes

Tyler looked at Alice. " I got the call, but I was kinda busy at the moment." He replied, looking up from the infant. " All three of us are headed over there shortly, but there isn't much I can do for him now."
" We'll be back." Kristian told the others before following Sierra upstairs. He ducked into his room as Sierra went in the shower. As she turned off the water, she could feel, faintly at first, Kristian, Avi and Trevor's presences in the house starting to return.

Alice looks embarrassed as she says "Sorry. I'll get out of your hair." She then slinks out of the room, trying to not feel extraordinarily stupid as she heads up to her room to get changed and to check the extent of her injuries.

*as she returns to her room, wearing the tight black leggings and a sleeveless shirt, she pauses and calls out to Kristien 'hey .. i can sense you guys again. if that helps, at least you know how long it lasts and its not permanant'
*she pauses to knock on Alic's door .. 'need help with anything? .. or do you want to be left alone?' *as she waits for a reply, she finger combs her short black hair back, revealing the pointed tips of the ears and smiles at Kristien as he moves into view

Alice opens the door and smiles weakly at Sierra and Sierra can see she's moving a bit stiffly. "I'm ok," she says quietly "I'm just worried about Jason and the operation that he's going to be having in a few hours." Coming out of the room, she asks Sierra "How about you? Are you ok?" Headed towards the kitchen, she says "I was going to make some tea. Do you want some?"

*Sierra give an awkward half smile and responds with a simple ' .. yeah, i'm fine. but i'm told that hot water works wonders for sore muscles. might try a soak in the tub and see if that helps get you loose again'
*when she sees her words are a mirror image of what her mom would have said to the others, she clams up and moves along and as she stops in her room 'i'll meet you there then .. need to get Avi's coat' *she takes a deep breath once in her room and picks up a long sleeved shirt and slides into it and knots it at the waist, covering all but the throat area and hands.
*stepping out of the room she's busy shaking it out to ensure none of her skin is attached to the material. to herself as she starts down the stairs 'well .. its a start. i just feel .. kinda unclothed is all' *she shrugs and continues down the stairs with a light bounce to her stride and hands Avi his coat 'thanks .. for the loan. its clear .. and you should be back powerwise i mean. sensed you coming back a bit ago'

Alice nods at Sierra and replies "Ok." She then heads to the kitchen and fills the kettle with water and waits for it to boil. She winces a little as she moves a bit and checks her back to see how bad her injuries are, hoping they would heal soon as she sits down.

' .. hi again .. ' *as she enters the kitchen. 'man .. you really are sore, aren't you? .. hold still a second'
*she reaches over with her hand, and Sierra stretches her ability to mimic and snags at the 'healing' energies that seem to be the most recognized to her. Kristien's familiar talent fills her and then flows into Alice, easing sore and stiffening muscles and assisting with some of the minor ouchie parts of her body.
*she opens her eyes and starts to chew on the lower lip ' ... that help any? ... '

Alice looks surprised and smiles at Sierra. "Yes, it did, thank you." Unplugging the kettle, she pours it into the teapot and lets the tea steep for a minute. She gets out a couple of glasses and puts them on the counter and gets out the milk and the sugar. Pouring the tea, she gives one of the cups to sierra to let her put in as much milk and sugar as she wants and does the same, sipping the tea quietly.

*Sierra watches the tea get made, and then takes the cup and settles at the table with it 'so .. you do things with the head? .. how does it work? i figure that we're gonna be working together, so i'm gonna need to know how it registers so i can sift it out from the others about'
'having Kristien about helps. his ability that i used, sorta helps me with the itching. this is the first time with a bunch of others .. and i kinda feel like i'm listening to a bunch of radios playing different stations. never had that when i was growing up. i think that's what's making me so itchy ... '

A few of the others passed through the kitchen but no one interupted the conversation.
Dmitri returned before Isamu could follow Trevor, looking concerned," We've got a problem. By the time I got there, Will was gone. All I found was Wraith beaten to a pulp. SCRET can have him. But I don't know where the boss went."

Alice nods at Sierra and replies "Yeah, most of my powers are mental. I have telepathy, which means I can hear other people's thoughts if I try and telekenisis which means I can move things with my mind. See?" Alice shows Sierra what she means by concentrating on the sugar bowl and attempts to push it across the table with her mind, but accidentally pushes it too hard and spills some sugar on the table. Blushing she says "oops. I'm still learning to control it." Getting a cloth to clean the sugar from the table she continues "I can also heal myself, and can change the way I look." She looks over at Sierra and closes her eyes for a second and when she opens them, her eyes are the same green colour as Sierra's. She blinks again and her eyes are back to the normal brown colour. She sits back down and sips her tea for a minute for continuing "I sometimes have visions. I can't control it though, they just happen sometimes. I see what is going to happen in the future. It's weird and kind of unsettling." Alice stops for a minute and sips some more tea, and waits to see if she has any more questions.
