Please post PC ideas
Remember, I'm looking for humane, elf or dwarf, with an urban OCC. No military, psychics, super powers or cybernetics.
Mierin has the only Decree Slayer, with Sarah. Why? Because she knows the place and setting. Which is important for that role.
Dakota has Coop, a jock type!
Others please post your ideas.

That is correct. There's enough options that you don't need mystics.
Which probably means a revision of the website is forthcoming.

A demon Queller, as with other purpose-built demon-hunting warriors risk setting the wrong tone.
This really is a Scooby Gang, with Daphne and Shaggy (snicker) taken. Or, like Buffy the Vampire Slayer where the players fil non-slayer useful roles (note that I won't diminish such roles), and evolve into something more powerful over time.
Plus, this is about a bunch of city kids in the back ground. A Demon Queller doesn't fit that.

I'll try to put up Lockhart's PC sheet in the next few days - should she be at lvl 1 again or just put up the current PC sheet?

Mierin: Level 1, please. Poor girl's just starting out, again.
Sasq: I'ld need a reason why Stone Magic would exist in Golthreia, since any mage that could teach it is long gone. (In the story of the city, the magics needed to build/expand it are long lost.) So, as I say, to get a Stone Master, I'ld need a very solid reason why one would be possible (attic finding is the Wikipedia of reasons; I'll need something more).

Which means I should give more guidence for magic users.
There are a number of incantation types out there, and I'll accept some of the world book ones, and Rifter ones (Ludicrous Magic and Card Magic are taught at Xomo, though those are incredibly difficult to play).
The ones to avoid: Power/psychic oriented ones, such as mystics, Demon Qullers, etc., Evil ones, like Necromancy, Gypsy Wizard theifs, etc. Ones which don't really fit the setting, like rifters/shifters, Stone Magic, Etc. Super-combat ones, like Battle Magi, Controllers and Mystic Knights Really powerful ones. Ones that affect the build, living or magic environment as a nature, such as SW2 Rune Magic/LL Magic, Stone Pact magic, including warlocks, witches, etc. Shaman magic, since it doesn't fit.
Ones to not dwell on: Builders, such as stone masters, techno-wizards, etc, since they don't get out as much, and are better for support roles Druids: I might allow it, but may not be as easy as originally thought. Grotesque ones: they're scattered about the books, and it really is no. Ones that are hard to play: Lurdicrous magic, for example, might actually work, if well-played, but it is a serious challenge in this setting, and if you want something easier, then pass on ic.
Ones to look around it: the variety of invokers (LLW, Living Fire, Song, Ludicrous, Card, possibly other Magi, etc.) Other books: HU has a spell-caster class Nightbane has some I might allow Also, who's to say you cannot have an LLW/HU Caster, with BtS2 skills.
Non-magic suggestions coming soon.

Just wondering, is this more like Buffy, where there is a central figure and everyone and the story kinda supports or revolves around them, or is it more like Scooby, where minus the dog, the focus and the story revolves around the whole team?
Just wondering cause you mentioned, both, but the shows are a little different from what I remember.

Well, it'll start out more like Buffy, for sure, with one specialized warrior, and a bunch on non-specialized warriors, or doing other useful things (like finding city archives and teaching about "deliver" buttons).
But I would like the PCs to evolve to the point where they can act more laterally, like in Scooby-Doo. Naturally, some plots will favour some PCs more than others, and I will try and give everyone chances, like I somewhat do in Galaxy.
The only really support types should be Tobrias and the Guild, not the players (hence a nudge away from such things as Techno-wizards and Kuznyas).
And who said there would be no dog?
