" It's okay, Is. I've got it in check for now." Ashley said quietly. she glances at Trevor. " And thanks for the board, bud."
Trevor stared at Isamu. " You're welcome, sis. Just keep your boytoy in check here. Kung fu mumbo jumbo or not, he doesn't want to go there with me."
" Trev, grow up. I don't need this now. If Alice asks, tell her we went upstairs."
Trevor nodded as Ashley led Isamu up to there room. Once they got there, she relaxed, no longer forcing herself to stay in control. " Allright, so why did you really want me away from the others?" she asked suspiciously.

"Avery lacks your abilities, Alice." William says as Ashley walks away. "Don't make me look bad, kid. And don't worry, Avery will answer to whomever I tell him to answer to. Now, go in, get ready, and get radio ear-buds for everyone. Also, on the way, I want possible failure senarios from you. Avery can help with that."
And William follows, going over possible senarios himself. Given Wraith's track record, he already knows this is gonna happen.

Still looking uncertain, Alice nods and says, "O.. ok." She then heads inside and looks for Avi in order to get the radio ear buds for everyone and to get help on the possible failure scenarios.

Alice found Avi in the war room showing Jane how the computer system worked, though she was more or less figuring it out two steps ahead of him because of her skills thanks to school. Jane saw her first. " This is just like in class. Everyone relies on me for tech support." Avi just rolled his eyes.
Inside, Will found that Dimitri and Trevor were the only ones still in the common room. Trevor was telling about his near run in with Isamu over Ashley.

"Just thinking maybe I can stay with you. I think you can use the company, I can help you meditate and relax. Also, I am pretty sure I will stand out very obviously in a club, I have never been in one. It is not my element," he says while staying quiet for a moment and thinking things over.
"Also, I disagree with William's plan. His strategy seems off, and his plan is what caused us such problems the last time. What do you think?"
OOC:Just FYI, after thinking over my previous post, it was totally out of character for Isamu, and I am not pleased with myself over it.

William turns to Trevor and Dmitri. "Isamu's very noble and protective of Ashley." He says calmly. "He'll calm down as he gets used to his situation." He pours a glass of water, and leans against the counter. "You both know what you're capable of. And you should know what he is. Isamu will not allow innocent people to get hurt. He's made that clear. That's why you're not to pick a fight in that bar. You're there to protect Alice first: she's our psi-dar. Listen to her, and keep in range of her. You find a good target, let him outside, and leave him to Me, Ave and Kerry." He leans forward, and finishes with "Don't let yourselves be idiots." And he leans back, and heads for his own room to arm up.

Avi nodded. " Sure, your friend here was just showing a better way to use our system. what do you need?" He asked as he walked over.
" Me, pick a fight? You must be kidding, Will." Trevor grinned, but the looke in Will's eyes wiped it from his face. " You got it boss. Just as long as he realizes the concequences if he doesn't step in to keep things from going belly up."
Dimitri shook his head at Trevor," Now I understand why Ashley wants to kick your butt so often. You're hopeless."
" No, Is. the others need your help." Ashley argued. " And if your right about Will's plan not working, they'll need your help to make sure every one gets out safely. And if it does work, you can make sure he doesn't go too far to get the information he wants." She smiled, and placed her hands on his, " I took care of myself before you showed up here, I'll manage for one more night."

No worries, it just shows a bit of emotion and that he isn't as much of a rock as he normally is ( pardon the bad pun )

Ashley grinned and walked over to the closent, picking out a pair of jeans and tossing them on the bed. After rifling through the hangars, she finally stopped and took a short sleeve shirt out and handed it to him. " This will work, but you should try to get some baggier clothes. It's a pain when you trash your clothes every time you change. But if things get out of hand, forget the clothes, we'll go shopping and get you some new ones, okay?" she smiled at him. " the main thing Tyler thought me is when you do something like this, try to relax and remain calm. He swears the bad guys can smell you coming if you're uptight or nervous. Will won't let anything happen to any of you anyways." Her eyes went predatory. " He knows better."

"Do not worry about me Ashley, I will be fine. Thankfully I have years of training at remaining calm and not showing fear. I am a little concerned that being to calm and stoic will make me stand out more. Truthfully, I would feel better if you were there with me," picking up the pants on the bed, "you help me be more balanced. Who's pants are these? I will probably need to replace them should I need to change."

After a while, William comes back down the stairs, not looking like a club-goer at all. Instead, he appears to have raided the suppl of urban combat fatigues. Gone are the tacky Hawai'ian shirts (thank-god) and in their place are combat pants, boots, shirt, knife and a longish coat over top.
Sitting back on one of the chairs, he places one straight-laced boot after the other on the table, one over the other. The dishes still on the table rattle their annoyance at their disruption.
Looking over at Dmitri, and Trevor, he says "While I recognize the American need for power to be symbolized through uniforms, I've always felt better in this kind of outfit." He chuckles. "And all this, after DND even brining in my own design team. I said 'give me fatigues, make those fire proof.' No-one wants to be silver and red in a covert scenario." He shakes his head.
Pulling out a large knife, he shows it off to those in the room. "Now this is a true threat. You can point a gun at anyone, and they'll never cringe from death. Not really. And never in the end. But, give them a paper cut when they don't expect it... the pour hot water over it." He runs his find lightly alone the edge. "And they bend to your will."

Alice smiles at Avi, looking a little uneasy as she replies "I'm supposed to get radio ear buds for everyone going to the club. Will also wanted me think of.." Alice pauses "possible failure scenarios.. except I've never done that before and he said to ask you." Alice shrugs, smirking awkwardly, "He says I'm his second... I guess, that's like, his backup.. if movies have any sense of reality in them."

" Tyler won't miss a single pair of jeans, and he doesn't have most of his clothes here anyways. Trev said he plans to stay at the fire station. Some sort of business opertunity the two of them schemed up." Ashley replied. " They'll be a little long, but better than nothing. Just stick close to Alice, and let the other guys worry about flushing someone out."
Dimitri looked at Will in surprise as Trevor seemed to absorb what he was saying. Dimitri scoffed, " All you need is a machine gun and you would look ready to go to war. Is that how you see this?"
" We don't use the earbuds anymore." Avi replied, and pulled a box of what looked like small bandaids from a shelf. He explained. " You stick one of these behind your ear and it picks up the sound of you voice and lets you hear without being noticible. Alot more effective and the self recharging lithium batteries are good for up to 16 hours constant. Turn them off when you don't need them and they'll last close to a year. Just doubletap it to turn them on or off." He pulled down his ear slightly to reveal that he alreay wore one, though it was unnoticible unless it was looked for. The boss' second, and he sticks you with back up planning. Man , he's rough on you." avi grinned. " where do you want to start?"

Sheathing the knife, William turned his head to face Dmitri, a smirk on his face. "You look at any police officer today, they are better armoured and better armed than I am right now." He chuckles. "If this was a war, I would never have let civilians like all of you get involved. You'ld probably even be dead by now, Dmitri, because there would have been no time to establish your relationship with Wraith and then undermine it."
He looks between the two of them. "Any other questions?"
