Alice falls as Alexi slaps her, and her head rings for a second as she lays there on the ground. She tries to scramble backward as he stalks towards her and starts to wonder if she'd just done something incredibly stupid when she hears the shotgun from behind Alexi. Feeling relieved, she glares back at Alexi, but says nothing as he leaves.
Alice finds herself smiling shyly up at Avi as she shakes his hand. "I'm Alice." she replies dabbing her lip with the cloth he had given her. Getting up, she says "I'm ok, I think." She waits for a second to see if she's dizzy or anything before saying "Thank you for your help. It probably would have gone a lot worse if you hadn't come along."

" Just doing my job." He replied modestly with a shrug. " and I wanted to meet whoever was crazy enough to stand up to Rags without a tank." He looked past her at Jason, unmoved on the recovery bed. " How is he?"

Alice glares at Avi. "I"m not crazy." She can't hold the glare and grins sheepishly "though that probably wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done." She walks over ot Jason "I don't know. I think he's ok. He just came out of surgery a few minutes ago." Alice looks at Jason for a second and says "A doctor should be checking on him soon, I think."

Isamu runs forward and stand infront of Ashley. "It is ok," he says, "There is no need to damage the vehicles we will find another way. Right now it sounds like Jason needs help we must see what we can do. "
He has his hands up to Ashley showing he means no harm and he is unarmed. He knows he may be facing the entity that nearly tossed him off the roof, so at any sign that she is going to strike he will transform and absorb the blow.
Over his shoulder towards William he says, " I thought Jason was safe at the hospital with your friend, what has happened?"

William raises a hand to silence Isamu, but to let him know he'll get to that. Walking calmly between the two, he says in a voice that, on the surface, sounds easy, but the command in it was unmistakable. "Dmitri, back down. We can fix it later. We need to get Tyler out of there anyways." Then, he turns to Ashley with a voice that sounds almost uncharacteristically calm. "They're only possessions. Keeping them or losing them, regardless of their sentimental value is only losing a posession. And possessions are not as important as lives." He stands there, waiting to see what she does

(Will/Isamu)
Ashley starts to answer Will with an angry look on her face, when eveyrone hears an angry "What the hell is going on?" coming from inside the car. Tyler comes out of the car, looking extremely weary and beat up. Ashely goes over to Tyler and helps to support him, as Tyler is weak and has to lean against the car otherwise he would have fallen.
A look of fear comes over Tyler's face as he asks Will "Where's Felicia? Is she ok? Is the baby ok?"
(Alice)
Back at the hopsital, Alice stays with Jason as the doctors, nurses and patients start to re-enter the hospital after Alexi left. The doctors check on Jason and re-assure Alice that he should be ok, but that he needs to stay in the hospital overnight for observation. When they try to make Alice leave, Alice protests and kicks up a fuss so loud that MacCoulter has to intervene and after a quiet conversation, Alice is told she can stay. Alice stays at Jason's bedside, reading quietly as she waits for him to wake up.

William pushes in front of Isamu. "Felicia's fine." He says knowing what Tyler says when he finds out. But he's clearly too weak to go out on a vendetta. "Right now, we need to get you to a hospital. Jason's there, and he needs your help."
"I will get Tyler there." He says. "You all make your way there and be quick about it.
"I also want suggestions on how to infiltrate a subway lair." he says quietly to Ashley, Dmitri, Janey and Isamu. "I want that disk back." He glances at Tyler, then to the others again. "He's too weak to rampage after her. Let him heal and come to it in his own time."
Taking Tyler under the shoulder, he says "We can talk about what happened when you're ready." And he makes his way out, and skims the roofs, hopping the two to the hospital.

Isamu realizes that telling Tyler about Felicia, especially in his current condition would be a bad idea. He steps back and allows William to do what he feels is nescessary since William knows Tyler better.
"Why a subway lair?" Isamu tries to ask William, but he is gone before he gets the words out.
"Dimitri do you happen to have a doorway to the hospital? If not how do we get there?"

Dmitri shakes his head as he replies "No, I don't have a doorway to the hospital." At Isamu's second question, Dmitri grins as he holds up a set of keys. "We drive" He heads over to a nearby truck and calls to Jane and Ashely "We've got to get going." He gets into the drivers seat and once Isamu gets into the truck, heads towards the hospital. When they arrive, they see Will talking to Mac about something.
(Will)
Will arrives at the hospital with Tyler in due time and when the administrator glanced at him, her eyes widened and she put in a call which caused a doctor and a nurse to appear with a stretcher. Motioning for WIll to put Tyler on the stretcher, they assure Will that they will take good care of him as they start to wheel Tyler away. Tyler is mumbling incoherantly, and Will can hear parts of it "Michael... was Michael. Felicia, is Felicia ok?" before Tyler passes out again.
"Will," Mac's voice comes from down the hall "good of you to come so quickly." Mac walks over to Will. "Though thankfully, the crisis appears to be over for the time being. Alexi decided to pay Jason a little visit while he was still in surgery. Luckily we were able to fend him off, with help from Miss Weatherby." Mac smirks as he adds "I think she's been speding too much time in Jason's company, she seems to be developing his bravado." Mac looks surprised as he sees the shape Tyler is in and comments, "Miss Weatherby didn't mention that Tyler had been hurt as well." Mac shakes his head "At any rate, we need to talk. I have an offer for you that I think you'll be interested in hearing."

William stores away Tyler's revelation, and figures he will pass it on when the team comes to. When Mac addresses him, he turns and watches impassionately as the Control boss approaches. News that Alexi is in town does not bode well. A powerhouse like that on his side would be an asset, but with Jason around, William knows it would be a hard one to get. Keeping his poker face, even at the news of Alice's bravado, William answers after the introduction. "I'll listen. But, you stab me in the back, you won't live long enough to get the satisfied feeling." He growls, showing a bit of his frustration, knowing that Mac'll probably use that to his own advantage and William will see where he'll go with it. With a polite movement of his arm, William indicates Mac to lead the way.

Will
Mac leads William over to the waiting room, which is empty and sits down. Indicating that Will should sit down, Mac tells him "Someone pulled some serious strings to get us out of Miami. I want to know who and I want to know why. I want us to work together. I have to leave Miami, but I want to leave a couple of team members behind to work with your group. You're losing team members - Tyler is in no condition to fight and Jason needs to recover from his surgery and will be out of commision for at least a few days. You need some help. Let's work together and figure out what's going on." Mac falls quiet as he waits for Will to answer.
Isamu
You see Mac lead Will over to the waiting room, and talking to him quietly, though you can't hear what he's saying. Trevor walks up to Isamu, Dmitri, Jane and Ashley and smiles weakly. "Hey guys, what are you doing here?" Dmitri answers "We heard there was some commotion here and our help was needed?" Trevor nodded "Yeah, Ragnarock came here to pay a not-so friendly visit with Jas. Luckily Alice, Ryne and this other guy were able to talk him out of it." His face darkened "I need to have a chat with Alice though." He shakes his head "Never mind." Ashley asks "Is Jason ok?" Trevor nods "yeah, he's out of it still from his surgery, but he's ok. Alice is with him."

William looks Mac over. "Could it be because you have yet to reign in the mutant menace?" He asks with an aold vet's smirk. "Who do you propose leaving behind? I need someone that can keep Wraith in place, and someone that can resist psychic attacks. If those two the same person, then I might need Ryne as well."
"And, I'm pretty sure I know what's going on. Wraith's employer is in league with a number of undesirables, most of whom are tied to the mutant gang, here. Including a few old friends, like the geneticist who calls herself Reno, and Wraith. I know of one of their hide-outs, which they don't know I know, and it's only a matter of getting in. As to the motiviations of the coup, political power is the primary, and a series of personal agendas are the secondary. Reno wants Tyler and Felicia's child, Wraith wants revenge on me. Local crime bosses want their own share. Haven't quite figured out the disc. Say, you know any asian kids that can walk through walls? Besides that, did I miss anything?"

Isamu says nothing but takes note of William and Macolter speaking. He also listens as Trevor tells of Jason's condition.
