Alice tries to hide her reaction when she finds out the name of the man here to see Jason, but she can't keep her eyes from widening a little. She takes half a step back and sends to Trevor telepathically 'It's Ragnarok! Alice tries to hide the fear she is feeling as she realizes that this is NOT Jason's friend, and he was probably not here to give him a get well card.

Alexi smiled at Alice's reaction. " So Jason has mentioned me I see." Trevor looked at Alice with a curious look, but as she stepped back, he did the same and leaned in close, asking, " Who? never heard of him."
Alexi looked up at Mac's reflection and smiled as the agent trained his weapon on mammoth russian. " Put your weapon away, MacColter. You know it will not harm me. I only came to say goodbye to Dexter." He looked down at Alice and Trevor. " Now, go back in the room and sit down. I have no dealings with either of you."
" I'm not looking for praise." Dimitri growled as Will flew out. He turned to Jane, " Wait here with Isamu." He too flew out the door.
Jane turned to Isamu, helping to pick up some of the mess. " Do you understand what all that was about?"
" It's big dog syndrome. Will's the big dog and Dimitri won't bow down to him, even when he is wrong." Ashley replied as she came down the stairs, a solid grip on the rail controlling her wobbly steps.
Dimitri flew up past Will, and stopped in his path to block him. " You want someone to blame for this mess, fine here I am. But shouldn't the more important thing be that someone sold us out? Stop and think about it, their timing between events was too precise, William." He glared at Will," Or are you going to try to blame that on me too?" Coppery dots seemed to leak from his pores until his skin was metallic. " If you do, then we have serious problems to attend to."

William watched Dmitri. "Gee, I seem to mention an enemy being in our walls. COuld it be the little green guy? The obvious choice, since he's psychic. Maybe it's the woman carrying Tyler's unborn child? Oh! Wait! I know! It could be me! Did you think of that?" He answers, his frustration at the events leaking in his tone. "I am well aware of the infiltration, and what happened. Bringing that giant into the firestation didn't help matters, and that's all you need to think about. Let me worry about everyone's lives being threatened. That's why I'm left in charge, simply because I do that for a living."
William flies around Dmitri towards a payphone. "Fix the doors and windows first, don't worry about the crap on the floors. Use the car's remaining panelling if you need it."
He lands on the ground, and drops a quarter into the phone, dialing MacCotler again. "Mac? You were right, we need to meet. My group's comprimised."

Turning to see Ashley, "It is good to see you on your feet, BUt should you be walking, let alone coming down the stairs? Let me help you," he says as he approaches to help.
"William believe's that because his plan failed that there must have been someone that conspired to, or accidentally led the enemy here. He cannot accept that the deffiency might have been his own. Since Dimitri was pressed into service with enemy before William feels he may have been the problem this time."

Alice nods at Alexi "Yes, he did mention you." Alice thinks to herself 'And none of it really indicated that you are friends with him' To Trevor, Alice sends telepathically 'Jason got a note saying that Alexi was in town, and it really scared him. I don't think they're friends, as Alexi claims'
"Jason's in surgery, so you can't talk to him right now." Alice tells Alexi, doing her best to keep out of arm's reach. "I can pass a message to him, if you'd like."

" I'm kinda busy Will," Mac replied quickly, " Call me back in a few minutes." and hung up as Dimitri touched down next to the phonebook. He slapped a heavy hand on the side of the booth, ignoring Will's directions. " How else would you have had me do it? You weren't in any hurry to free me from that brute, and the only way to open a gateway to bring the others was to go through first. So you're saying I should have stayed put? mind telling me how you would have handled all of them by yourself ?"
Alexi grinned evilly at Alice. " That won't be necessary, I'm only here to offer my respects over his body. Now get out of my way before I have to move you." Trevor made a half step so he was between Alice and Alexi, only to be batted aside with a swipe of the giant russian's hand. Behind them, Mac had a brief phone exchange as he ushered hospital personnel out of the corridor.
" I'll be fine, I just needed to move around a bit." Ashley replied as Isamu took her arm. she was a little unsteady, but kept her balance. " Don't blame Will for what happened. We got caught with our pants down, plain and simple. And if someone set us up, we need to figure out who." she looked at Janie suspiciously.

Alice stares up at Alexi, not moving even though the thought 'You're bloody insane, girl!' runs through her head. "I'm not going to let you hurt Jason." She says in a firm, quiet voice. She gets ready to duck in case Alexi tries to hit her (dodge: 13+2=15) and looks around for something big to throw at Alexi, such as an empty hospital bed.

William takes a calming breath, casually steps out of the both, and looks Dmitri dead in the air. "Well, you could have transported him 1000 feet in the air." He turns and starts walking towards the firehouse. "How can some who flys only think of ground-level portals?"

"Glad you are better Ashley. I know we got out played. I think William may be taking it personally. And I also can see why it would look like we were infiltrated, but we must have trust if we are to work in a group. If there is a spy, by us working closer together that person will become more visible. Would you like something to eat?"

" No I couldn't. Didn't I explain I can only do sight to sight." Dimitri replied. " I have to mark where I want the gatewayl to open. And it is only one way, like I thought. I couldn't keep it open from the firehouse, I had to open a new one to return." Calming down, he reverted to normal before drawing attention to himself.
" I'm going to give you one last chance, little girl." Alexi replied, leaning down to stare Alice in the face. " You must spend too much time around Dexter, his bravado is rubbing off on you. Now. Move." He stood back up and towered over her from his full 7'1" height, pointing at Trevor and shaking his finger at him as he started to get to his feet. Trevor froze, looking at Alice.
" I'm always hungry." Ashley smiled before looking back up the stairs. " Do you deliver?"

"And why did you even go to the firehouse in the first place?" William asks, still calmly. "You've marked other locations. Why not go there, first? Hop around a few times? Next chance you get a chance, mark a spot 1000 feet into the air." And he continues on to the firehouse.

Frantically trying to think of a solution that didn't include her becoming a smear on the wall of the hospital, Alice remembers William mentioning something about a 'Darth Vadar' trick that involved putting pressure on someone's throat.
Figuring she had nothing to lose, and hoping that her healing powers would be enough in case she failed, Alice lashes out at Alexi with her telekenetic powers, putting pressure on his throat trying to convince him to leave Jason alone. Not being sure how much pressure she should use, she uses as much as she can (100 lbs) (Strike: 16+3=19, ISP: 10, Damage: 2*10=20 SDC)

alexi staggered back, his hand instinctively going to his throat. with a cough, he threatened. " That was stupid of you." With his free hand, he reared back his massive fist. It started to come forward, but stopped. Around his elbow, alice could see another elbow locked against Alexi's. Ryne stepped into view, bracing his arm against Alexi's. " You're not hitting the girl. Alice, help Trevor up and get out of here please." His gravelly voice suggested as he strained against the russian.
" You go ahead." ashley replied. " I'll be right up,just need to catch my breath a bit. And I want to check on Tyler." she turned towards the overturned camaro.
" I can only tag four places at a time, and it has to be somewheres I've been before to mark it. The firehouse and return trip used up the two I sort of keep free." dimitri replied as they walked. " I guess I could have switch one of them, but I was busy trying to figure out how to get free. that tends to happen when a guy twice your size has you from behind."

Realizing she had probably pushed her luck as far it would go without breaking, Alice nods at Ryne and hurries over to Trevor and helps him up. Helping him along, Alice doesn't take her eyes of Alexi in case he tries to come after them as she heads in the direction of the hospital personnel.
