She glared at him, and the only thing that kept him from getting beat was she was acrossed the room.
Dexy gave Maria an ' It'll be okay' look and glanced at will. " You're taking this awful personal. I understand Ty getting uptight, but you don't know any of us."
Mikey's voice popped in Maria's head. No problem, just need a map. Only take me a few minutes
Wraith leaned forward, his face inches from Alice's. " I had nothing better to do. And your friend in their had it coming. How about I drag him out here and see if I can beat the same answer out of him." He gets up and starts towards the cell.

Alice leans back, her eyes filled with fear as she stares at Wraith. As he heads back to the room Jason's in, she cries out fearfully "Don't! Please don't hurt him!" Alice starts to cry and she loses control over her eyes, which start to glow red. She covers her face and pleads "If I tell you what you want to know, will you promise that Jason won't be hurt by anyone anymore?"

" I'm not promising anything, but I'll here you out." Wraith replied, staring at Alice and leaning against the back of his chair. " So you're one of us, are you? Well then, miss, I didn't get your name did I? Well you can just include that in what I want to know. Let's start with that and where I can find my old friends Thunderclap and Silverfire. You probably know them as Jason's big brother TYler and his troublesome friend William Smith. I have some old business to finish with them."

Alice sniffles and wipes her eyes. "My name is Alice Weatherby" she starts in a tiny voice that shakes. "Oh, so Silverfire is William. I didn't know that. He never told me people called him that." Alice is quiet for a minute before saying, "I don't know where they are.. they were at this cottage outside of town, but no one told me how to get there." Alice falls quiet, feeling incredibly guilty about saying even that much, but she couldn't take the thought of Jason getting hurt anymore.

" That's it?" Wraith chuckled and got up, walking into the cell. " That's all you can offer me for his safety Miss Weatherby? I'm afraid you'll have to do better than that. " He came out dragging Jason and dropped him into the other chair. " Wake up loverboy. Time to talk again." Wraith stood back a moment, giving Jason a chance to start to come to. " Last chance little lady, otherwise he starts squealing again."

Alice starts screaming at Wraith "I don't know what else you want me to tell you! Leave him alone!" Alice gets up and stands in front of Jason, in an attempt to protect him. "I could point it out on a map. Will you leave Jason alone if I do that?"

"Wraith seemed to ponder it for a moment. " Hmmm...... Nope." His foot struck out past Alice and knocked Jason and his chair over backwards. " You keep changing your tune, so how could I trust you to tell me the truth. Besides, " He grinned , " i'm enjoying myself."
He grabbed her by the shoulders and forced her back into her seat and started to pick Jason up again.

Alice yells "Stop it! Leave him alone!" Alice stands up and throws herself at Wraith, hitting him with her fists and kicking him. In her panic, she feels the pressure building up in her head, and for the first time she purposfully directs it all at Wraith, hitting him as hard as she could.
(roll to strike 11+3 bonus = 14, cost of ISP=8 for first 20 lbs and 16 for the remaining 160 (1 ISP for every 10 lbs) for a total of 24. Damage 4D6 for objects 26-40 lbs a 1D6 for each additional 20 lbs of weight= 11 + 6 = 17 SDC)

Wraith was so entralled with his abuse of Jason that he didn't see Alice's attack coming until it was too late. ( roll to dodge= 6) He lost his footing and stumbled into the wall. He sprung back to his feet and rubbed his eyebrow, his finger coming back bloodied from his impact. He started to laugh uncontroallably. " Transit, Shrapnel. Get in here."
When they came in, Wraith was back on his feet, licking off his fingers clean. " Toss this trash back in it's dumpster. Neither one of them are smart enough to co-operate right now." He left and the new arrivals did as they were told. Dimitri guided Alice back into the cell and Shrapnel carried Jason, dumping him in the corner. " You two are lucky, Wraith's playtoys normally don't make it through the night."
The door slid shut and was barred on the other side when things went quiet again. That was when Alice felt something in her pocket. when she looked, she found Dimitri's text messager. She never felt him slip it there.

Alice stares at the messager with a small frown on her face, wishing she knew the number of the satelite phone at the cottage so she could call and warn the others. She puts it back in her pocket and goes over to Jason and attempts to take off the gloves covering his hands so he can defend himself if he needs to. When she's done, she then hugs him gently again, trying to keep herself calm and not fall apart from fear.

William stops, and turns around, his eyes smouldering... literally. "I know you, Dexandra. And Tyler, and Felicia, and, to some degree, Maria, Michael and Eric. As well as Alice and Jason. And I know the psychopath that's holding them." His voice lowers to a growl. "And he won't live to see tomorrow."
And he's off like a shot flying to town through the forest, navagting the trees like a leaf on the breeze.

At first look, the gloves seem simple enough, but as Alice tinkered at them, she soon found that they were some sort of restraint specially designed to impair the hands of metas. Jason grumbled something barely intelligible that sounded like " don't bother" and " hurts like hell"as he sort of cuddled in her arms.
Ty and the others watched Will leave and they started to plan they're departure. Trevor looked at Maria and Mikey. " We'll take Jason's rental car. Everyone be ready in twenty minutes or so?" Mikey and Eric both nodded.

Alice ignores Jason as she cuddles with him, as focusing on the gloves was keeping her from completely falling apart and becoming a giant crying mess. She continues to study the gloves intently, focused on getting them off if she had any way to do so. (basic electronics: 34% out of 35%) She gently kisses Jason on the forehead and continues working on the gloves.

William flies to an old Safe House tucked away in the Snowbirds part of town. After making sure it was safe, he climbs in through one of the windows, deliberately setting off the silent alarm. "There. Now they'll know someone's been here." He says to himself.
After rummaging around, he locates the stored pistol, belts, a couple knives and ammo, and a pad and paper. On it he writes:
Hey Mac,
Find Doctor Reno, and you're one step away.
We should talk.
Hitting Wraith.
You're welcome.

The cuffs continue to elude Alice's efforts. " Need the key." Jason croaked, coming conscious. He grimaced and tried to sit up. " I think I would've been better off with Alexi, at least he would have been quick and just killed me." He grumbled, flopping back down. He managed to force a smile. " Kinda nice waking up in your arms though, except all the waterworks ruins the mood."
the safehouse doesn't look like it's been used in some time, but everything is where it should be. As Will finished up, a heavy knock came at the door. " Police! Open the door! We know you're in there!"
Before they left, Dexy placed a hand on Maria's shoulder. " Keep this guys out of trouble and I'll see you later, okay?. And don't be flashing Trevor anymore, especially while he's driving." She grinned and got on her bike and followed Tyler and Ashley out the drive.
" You guys get going too." Felicia suggested. " I'll load up the Suburban and bring your stuff to the city. Tyler can bring me home later."
