Kitty hesitates a moment, then nods once. "This Spot person... I overheard the Professor talking to Logan about it. Apparently he is the one responsible for kidnapping Ghostsabre." she replies quietly. "C'mon, we have to follow them... if we're lucky they'll lead us right to him." she then states, standing without waiting and moving as quickly but quietly as she can after Gibbon and Grizzly, using cover as much as possible.

"Ghostsabre? Oh, the guy I thought you and your man were fighting over. I'll stay out of sight for now, but don't forget about me." Jared said.
Kitty followed the pair unnoticed easily, who made their way to the groundkeeper's shed, where the one in the kangaroo costume was waiting. " This is busted before we even try. We need Spot to pull this off."
Grizzily nodded, "Pointless without his teleporting. We might as well get out of here before the cops show up. Where is he?"
Gibbon scowled and looked around. " He said something about an easy score for taking some girl to the arcade, but he was so giddy, he was hard to make sense. You know how he is."
Behind Kitty, a peacock began to strut and made a squawk. The three turned and Gibbon pointed," I told you to get those kids out of here. You two grab her."
Grizzly stalked while Kangaroo hopped towards Kitty.

"Oh crap." Kitty murmurs to herself; she thought she'd been concealed enough. As the two start to lumber/hop towards her, she turns and darts away, looking primarily for some sort of larger blocking terrain - something she can go behind then phase into, in hopes of throwing off her pursuiers!

Kitty's only choices to hide behind a maitenence shed, into one of the cages or back out through the wall. She could also see Jared's hiding spot had been behind the maitenance shed as he peeked around.

Another soft curse beneath her breath as she realizes that she's heading towards where is hiding. A last minute decision, she swerves to head towards one of the cages instead, ducking her head as she tries to put on a burst of speed!
Plan: run into cage, lure foes there, phase through them and out, and close cage behind them. If it is obviously apparent that this wouldnt work for some reason (cage closed, too small, etc) please let me know?

As Kitty entered the cage, she was followed by the closing Kangaroo. Grizzily instead stopped and slammed the cage shut in an attempt to prevent Kitty's escape. " Handle it, Kangaroo." the bigger man gloated," she ain't going anywheres now."

Kitty almost grins as she hears the cage slam shut. Backing up against the bars she gives Kangaroo a little wave, before (attempting to) phasing through them (she'll go insubstantial a bit earlier if Kangaroo seems close to catching her). (OOC: If successfull, she'll run sideways so that Grizzly can see her, and then head away from him, hoping to draw him away from the cage so that Kangaroo is stuck there. If for some reason she can't phase through the bars, then..er.. shes in trouble  ) (OOC 2: Up close like this, can she see if they are costumed people, or anthropomorphic animals?) |

(Kitty could tell this was a man dressed as a Kangaroo, but the one called Gibbon was really..., well, a human Gibbon)
Kangaroo rushed towards Kitty, only to stop against the bars looking out as she phased through. " Grizzly, watch it , she's a mutant!" he warned.
Kitty overheard Jared reply," So am I," as he blind-sided the much larger Grizzly. The Two were quickly trading blows as Jared shouted," Find the other one,I'm okay here!"

Kitty hesitated only a moment, then gives Jared a quick nod before aligning herself to where she had seen Gibbon last (the groundskeeper shed) and heading off in that direction at top speed. Not foolishly though... in a zoo where the zookeepers appear to be part animal themselves, she keeps an eye out for potential threats!

When Kitty got to the shed, she encountered no one else but heard movement inside. Through the small window, Gibbon moved into view and stopped at a bench, studying something he laid on it. He hadn't spotted her.

Kitty attempts to shift position by the window to try and get a better look at what Gibbon is looking at, a plan begining to form in her mind...
(sorry for the short post, what Kit does next depends on what is going on inside the shed)

It was definitely a map Gibbon was looking at, but Kitty couldn't tell where it was from her angle. She suddenly caught a movement, and Jared was standing next to her. "Got a plan? " he whispered
The sound caught Gibbon's attention, and he was walking towards the door.

A startled glance to Jared, relief evident. A little nod towards the window before she replies in a whisper, "Gibbons com ing.. distract him, and I'll grab the map he was looking at.. it might be helpful." she starts, then looks past him towards the wall of the zoo. "Lead him over that way, away from trees... I'll link up and phase us through the wall. Ready?"
