Spotting the lights from the patrol car, Alice mutters "Bloody hell!" under her breath. Looking ahead of her she spots Jason. She glances at the cop car and then at Jason ahead of them a few times trying to think of a plan. Thinking of one, she sighs and thinks 'Let's hope I don't get us all killed.'
Alice sighs and says to Eric "Put on your seatbelt, kid. This is going to be a bumpy ride." She waits until he does so and then she slams on the gas, driving towards Jason quickly. She slams on the breaks, locking their seatbelts and yells to Jason "Get into the sodding car now! We've got company!" Once he does, she locks the doors and slams on the gas again, getting them the hell out of there.

WIlliam almost pulls Trevor back inside. "No, it is not OK with me. and I don't care that you were being rhetorical either." After they're further inside, William looks rather annoyed. "Did nobody listen to me? I wasn't just saying all that for show." Inside the elevator he starts to pace. "And no-one thinks. Or asks questions, or you just act. In all honesty, I wonder how you've all survived this long." His frustration with the youngens running off the way they have is starting to show.
"Maria will not take to the streets, not in daylight. If you want to find her, you can't just run off like you would. You have to run off like she would. So, think, lad, and tell me everywhere in this building that a child the size of Maria can slip through, no matter how unlikely. And I want that list in your head by the time we're off this elevator."
William's tone and body language clearly indicate that he's in no mood for Trevor's posturing, and any kind of insolence.

Eric buckle's his seat belt and holds on for the ride. With a big grin on Eric's face he says to Al "I've never been in a high speed chase before! This is going to be rad!" As they stop to get Jason, Eric waves to him and says "Hello" very friendly. "Looks like this is going to be a "not so average" day."

Alice glances over at Eric with an expression that reads 'Are you bloody insane?' Out loud, she says "Well, I like average days. I like them a lot. If I could have one day this week where I'm not being chased by police, that would be a grand day indeed."
Looking at Jason through the rear view mirror, she says "I assume you don't want to lead the police to where the others are staying, so where should I go?" After a minute, she says "Put on your seatbelt."

'well .. gaters look like logs on the shore or in he water .. or just below the surface .. i dont see anything that looks like that' *taking the time to look about with the help of the light at the water surface and the sides of the pool*
'dont know what will happen if i toss a couple of marbles into the water .. could cause the place to cave in or something .. so .. across the water .. cause there's no way out of here that i've seen' *taking a final look about and then worried .. picks up a straw and pokes the water to see if its acidic or not*
'don't like surprises' *pulls out the straw to look at the end of it .. and then frowns .. 'its not good water, thats for sure .. its made the straw soft, so whatever is in the water .. is gonna hurt bad .. i think we better backtrack and look really carefully in case we missed the way up already

Trevor shrugged free from William's grip. He glared, his eyes betraying his underlying dislike of Will for whatever reason that had been there since they met. He held his tongue and calmed himself before. " I was going to check the alleys near the park. She seems to away end up back there. But if in your ancient wisdom you can think of a better place, lead the way, old man."
[Alice/ Eric]
" Just get us off the main streets, I'll take care of the rest." Jason smirked, winking at Alice in the rearview. At the same time, a second cruiser joined the pursuit. Jason looked at Eric and shook his head You think this is fun?"

William gives Trevor a good long hard stare before answering. "Grow up."
After a second, he says "She likes those smuggler tunnels. Are there any of those around here?"

Alice nods at Jason, smiling a little when he winked. She drives like a maniac, trying to get them off the main streets. After a few minutes, she's surprised to realize she's grinning like crazy. Alice chuckles to herself and thinks 'Must be the adrenaline.'
Glancing over at Eric, she asks 'Hey kid, do you like rollercoasters?"

"Heck ya! Any situation can be fun. It all depends on your state of mind." He answers Jason with a smile. As Al starts driving like he would in a video game his grin broaden.
"Rollercoasters are rad! Anything to get the adrenaline pumping!" Eric watches as Al swerves in and out of traffic.

Alice grins and replies, "We'll have to go on a day trip sometime and test out all the rollercoasters." she then adds "Assuming, of course, we don't get arrested or killed today."
Alice notices that the traffic is thinning and that they are heading out of the city. A glance in the rearview mirror, however, confirms that they police are still determined to catch them.
Seeing a side road, she turns left, and then a few seconds later, turns right in the hopes of losing them.

"We wont die today. I've got a good feeling about it." Eric looks back at the cops. "If we keep it up like this they might start a road block.... Lets try and take back streets that we know so it might be harder for them to follow." As she starts turning down streets Eric starts throwing out some suggestions in dirrections. (Streetwise 03/28%)

Alice tries to smile at Eric, but both he and Jason can tell that she's starting to feel the strain of everything going on. "I hope you're right." She says quietly. Following Eric's suggestions, she takes other side streets, turning left and right, hoping to confuse the police.

*stops and stares at the ladder and frowns* 'uhhh .. dont think i was that before .. but then again i wasn't watching the back trail'
*moves closer and then squats by the opening and sniffs the air for smells, for heat or coldness and for any possible sounds coming from below*
-= never heard of going down to get up .. but at this point .. anythings better than nothing .. right? i dont smell anything bad, but all i can smell is the tunnel here, so i can't promise anything =- *then turns to look at Michael over the shoulder and then stands up to move further away*
*starts to whisper now, in case of anything down there* 'not sure if we should go down, but i can remember its location if we leave and head back .. that much is easy to do .. as long as i dont miscount and fudge up my numbers =-
*then takes his hand again and looks the way to the pool they just left and then back where R was .. 'think we should go that way .. maybe find another ladder?'

The air coming up the ladder smells of decay like the rest of the tunnel, but there is a slight hint of chlorine mixed in. It's up to you, you know these tunnels better than me. michael replied. He flinched at the loud squeak of a rat running along the tunnel wall, showing just how nervous he was.
[Will]
Trevor shrugged. " I dunno, I don't use them. Look, you want to go crawling around the sewers, have fun. I'm not going down there." His defiant tone didn't seem to have his sarcastic tone, more like fear.
[Alice/ Eric]
" You two can go ride the coasters, I can think of better ways to get a rush." Jason replied, rolling his window down. " Besides, it's hard to get my chair in those little seats. Hold us steady." He started to lean out the window, pointing his fist at the lead cruiser.
