The Lear jet's seat belt sign had just gone off as the small plane had cleared the turbulence. Further up from Siobhan, the planes only other two passengers were have a hushed conversation. Senator Mitchell Tarrot was seated with his back to her, with across from him, the leader of the Sentinels of Liberty and Justice sat so he could talk yet watch her. After a moment, Patriot stood and moved back to sit beside Siobhan, his smile genuine as he asked," Are you anxious to return home?"

Shifting in her seat a little as Patriot approaches, then sits, Siobhan offers the powerfully built male a nervous smile. Without thought, she slides her right hand across her left forearm, wincing slightly as she briefly thinks back to her recent injury, before shaking her head at the question.
"No... well, maybe little bit." the young woman admits, lowering her gaze for a moment. "Things are so different now... I'm not sure how I can go back to... well, my normal life." the blonde then adds, sighing softly. "And I'm especially nervous to meet the others... I doubt I'm really 'normal team-mate' material." Siobhan finishes, glancing for a moment at her reflection in the Lear's window, letting her gaze settle on the ink and metal.

" Oh, I doubt it will be as difficult as you think." Patriot said with a light smile. " From what the Senator has told me, they have a good group of young people put together, and I'm sure none of them think they are normal either. you managed to survive your first encounter with Minuteman, I'm sure you can handle anything."

Siobhan laughs softly at the Minuteman comment, glancing back to Patriot briefly as she gives her still-tender arm another rub.
"He *is* an... interesting individual." she agrees, then gives her head a shake. "Reminds me of a few of the guys I used to run with, before I changed. Not sure if I really like that." the blonde adds, with regards to Minuteman.
Shifting in her seat once more, to better focus on the SLJ leader, Siobhan cocks her head slightly. "What can you tell me about the Miami team? And what sort of things do they tend to deal with down in this part of the world?"

"I have a dossier on them if you'd like to read it before we arrive." Patriot offered. " But it sounds like they have a strong but inexperienced group. And from the reports I'd seen from their director, the biggest problem is corrupt city officials." He sighed.

Giving her head a quick shake, Siobhan declines. "No, but thank you. I don't think I could fully... appreciate the intricacies of a proper dossier." she replies, a hint of humor in her soprano tone. "Their names, though, would at least be helpful. Maybe a little of what I might expect." the blonde replies as she brushes fingers through her short, silky hair. Fatigue weighing heavily in her gaze she leans back in the chair, letting a soft sigh escape.
"As for corrupt city officials..." here she draws off, giving another head shake. "That doesn't surprise me. Every city has it, but with Miami being located where it is, I wouldn't be surprised to hear if it were a lot worse than other cities."

" Of course. Let me get them for you." Patriot replied, getting up long enough to return to his seat. He collected a small notebook computer and offered it. " If you open the file marked Miami, it should give you everything you are looking for. Not to worry, there's nothing confidential on this." He smiled. " You'll have to talk with the team leaders Isamu and Alice to find out details."
The computer had three folders identified by cities. Miami, Seattle and Arlington

Accepting the notebook, Siobhan quickly moves to open the Miami folder, although she does briefly eye the other two folders with some curiosity. As Patriot continues, though, she offers an absent nod, her gaze focused on the notebook. When he mentions a pair of names, though, she glances back up.
"Isamu, Alice... right." comes her response, tucking the names away. "What sort of leaders are they?" the girl then asks, head tilting slightly to the left for a moment, then turning her attentions back to the screen.
Although the dossiers were present, Siobhan didn't have a lot of interest in them, aside from peeking at ages and places of birth. More of interest were the photographs. Raising her brows at a few, the blonde smiles before settling back a little, looking back up to Patriot.
"Interesting looking group... some of them don't seem like what one might picture as a hero." she murmurs, then laughs softly. "Ahh, I guess coming from *me* that's pretty funny, though.."

"Both of them are new. In fact the entire team is new except for a couple of members. But they both seem capable according to their liason's reports." Patriot said. " Don't let looks fool you, together they make a good team.
When she checked, the other two regional teams were empty folders.
He smiled slightly," We all have our different backgrounds and reasons for joining. I've learned not to judge and allow people to prove themselves."
The pilot's voice came over the intercomm," We'll be on approach in about 15 minutes."

Siobhan winces slightly at what she perceives as chiding, offering a quick nod. "No judgment here! I'm the last person to judge anyone, frankly." she quickly appologizes, blushing faintly. At the announcement on the intercom, she lets out a little sigh, closing the folder then handing the notebook back to Patriot.
"I appreciate the help, sir." Siobhan offers then, her tone tentative. "Not many would give someone like me a chance, weird powers or not."

" Sometimes all we need is a second chance." Patriot smiled sincerely as he took back his computer. " And a few of your soon-to-be teammates have checkered pasts as well."

"I'm glad for it, and I am sure my parents would be as well." Siobhan replies, a smile touching her lips for a moment. "While I don't think I'll ever have the sterling reputation that you do, Sir, I do hope to be someone people can look up to, in time."
A brief wince, Siobhan giving her arm another rub. Shifting a little in her seat, the young woman then tugs a seatbelt across herself, in preperation for the Lear's eventual landing.

"We'll see to that arm properly soon, Siobhan. And please," Patriot actually blushed," there's no need to call me sir. You are a Sentinel now too, so we are equals. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to take my seat before we land."

Another nod to Patriots response, giving her arm once more rub before settling into the seat. "IT should be fine, just tender.. not my first break, either. Just need to get used to it." the woman responds, before offering a smile.
"Alright. Not much longer, thankfully." then falls quiet as the SLJ Leader moves off to sit.
Sighing softly to herself, Siobhan rests her head back, letting her eyes close for a moment to try and release the tension she'd been feeling. I don't know if I'll be able to do this! she thinks to herself, anxiety welling up again.

Within moments, the Lear eased into the jetport after a smooth landing. While the Senator got off first, Patriot proved to be the gentleman, offering to help Siobhan with her bag. At the base of the plane, a SUV of a make she didn't recognize waited.
