The doctor questions Heckle briefly, and while most of the questions check Heckled out as fine, his memory seems fuzzy. Anything back before his last mission is fairly clear, but after that is hazy.
He could be lying to avoid blabbing to the doctor, but there is slight pause when learns what day it is. Perhaps the lie has more truth in it than he wants to admit.
Eventually the doctor leaves and Tiger arrives, at that same moment the three kids, accompanied by Roan, Marv and Lt. White are watching the division one trials begin. "Physically Heckle is fine. Mentally he could use a rest. He needs to eat, nap, and relax for a bit. Talk, but keep things light for now. Tomorrow start bringing him up to speed on what we've been doing and world events."
"I feel fine," Heckle says with a shrug.
"The people who shot you may try again. We need to be sure you are in fighting form before we bring you out in the open."
Tiger looks around, "Any other ideas?"

Akane takes a moment and checks the ground scanning the area.
Tracking – [dice=100]/65/75% (Pass)
Perception - [dice=20] (Pass - Natural 20 too)
Until that point she takes a moment and is silent. Then turns to the SCRET agent and looks him in the eye.
(Because it is automatic) Charm/Impress - [dice=100]/92%
"If you have any data available it would be handy but right now I am working with the signs that other may have missed." And without missing a beat or waiting for the person to answer she starts the incantation of a Commune with Spirits to see what they saw.[rand=29846202347493622406998767341033811044034297002923086499827317397]

The agent watches her work, Akane is able to track the trail of blood. Parts are obscured, but the crime scene tape gives her the general path.
Heckle was shot just off the main path. Akane can see where investigators have dug a couple bullets out of a wall and the ground.
The trail of blood travels perhaps a hundred feet, before it ends. Akane can see Marv's huge boot prints standing next to where the body lay and then bounding around the area in a search pattern. Other than Heckle and Marv, its impossible to tell any other signs. Bel's signs are muddled by the investigators and if the shooter's signs were here, they have been muddled too.
The SCRET agent looks like he wants to say something, but he waits until she finishes her incantation.
The area where the body lay is strange, and for some reason there are no spirits within speaking range, as if it were the epicenter of an event that would have driven them away. Akane is sure some of the myriad strangers on the base have some connection to the spirit world, but none of it seems anywhere nearby.
When she finishes, the agent asks, "Find anything? You got the order of events right. Shot in the back over there, .357, standard rounds. We've got ballistics on it. Took more than six shots - so he was a tough bastard and whoever did this was either methodical, had two guns, or two shooters. Nobody heard a thing, but he was found before he bleed to death so a silencer was likely in use. The silencer points towards planning but this was a pretty stupid spot for a murder. Someone with extraordinary hearing or smell could have been right over there and coming running. I'd guess the guys weren't pros, or if they were they were desperate."

Khris sat silently in his new perch across from Heckle's room, Dragunov in hand. Using both his adhive and cloaking powers, a would-be assassin would never expect him to be hanging on the side of the adjacent building. He had waited for Tiger to leave for him alone before scaling down slowly and taking his spot, slipping in his earbuds to help kill the monotony.
Watching in silence, he decided to let Jeckle know he was close by waiting until she was looking at the bed and then he flipped on his laser scope just long enough for her to see the heart shaped red dot it produced. At the same time he sputtered slightly because he thought she had fixed the scope.

Akane nods to acknowledge what the agent said. She then sits crosslegged and tries one more thing, casting an Oracle spell to see if any other data could be gathered.

*jeckle listens to the doctor and then to Tiger and says little. its only when the doctor leaves does she ask Tiger 'did they check the blood for . . additives?'
*that's the closest she'll come to asking if Heckle had been drugged at all. glancing at Heckle, a frown shows briefly, then she giggles and comments quietly as she gets comfy in the chair once again. 'might as well tell him the filter was in the cap . . it's upside down just now . . heh

Tiger frowns, "Nothing in his blood. Hair samples reveal there were minor doses of painkillers months ago. They are small enough that they could have been medical treatment."

Akane's Oracle spell gives her one vision in two parts. In one, a man is shot to death by SCRET agents. In the second part, a man packs a suitcase and leaves a room, the door closing behind him.

Jeckle gives Tiger a sad half smile 'well, that's all i can think of. don't worry about it. my brother's got a hard head. i just wanted to make sure that he wasn't poisoned or something as well. no obscure poisons then? . .

Akane quickly asks, "Was there a shooting here recently by SCRET and did anyone leave because of this." She is curious as she tries her best to put everything together.

The SCRET agent regards Akane curiously, "SCRET is started on this case, in order for us to shoot someone we'd have to find them first and we don't normally just shoot suspects. The only way that would happen would be in self-defense."
"As for leaving, a few agents are checking out transportation hubs nearby - airports, ports and such. But most of the investigation is around here for now. Why? Is there somewhere we should be looking?"

"Well I get to visions here, one being SCRET shooting an individual and the other is someone packing to leave. I am just not sure with what it has to link, but if it is related, at least it seems like there might be a motive. If you understand what I mean." She responds

The agent thought for a moment, "Are you psychic? SCRET hasn't shot anyone yet. Your vision could be of the future though. Two possible futures maybe? Or a possible future for each shooter."
He pauses, "Not a great vision to tell you the truth. If one gets killed and the other gets away - or if either of those things happen to a single person - it won't be a very successful outcome. We'll never know the motive or if there were others involved if it ends in a deadly shootout."
"you've given me something to think about. Any other tricks up your, uh, sleeve."

The doctors don't find out anything more from a hair sample.
Eventually, Tiger goes out to Kris to give him a break from his sentry duty. "Take a break. Get some rest. Heckle is doing very well."
Later in the day, the three kids visit the hospital after the Division One trials. Rock is very excited, describing the first trial where various heroes endeavored to stop a moving train filled with tons and tons of dirt.
