DD's first club hits both Gorgon and Medusa, while the second manages to hit Triton, but Karnak catches it and uses it to deflect Wolverine's attack unsuccessfully.

Gorgon's power stomp fails to effect Tabitha as she becomes tangible and throws her punch, but he batts it aside and kicks her with a wild roar.

Cap presses his advantage to try and knock out the Inhuman Queen with a well placed shield toss that catches her in the temple and knocks her down.

Cap is then surrounded by a circle of flame as Crystal moves towards him. "Captain! Tell your people to stand down! We don't want to hurt anyone!"
Ronan howls at Daredevil. "And who are you to stand against the Kree, insect?" as he gets up.
with DD's club strike disorienting him, Triton's clumsy dodge attempt fails, and Spider-Man's blows rain down on him, but it's only the knee that hits him, as his waterborne muscles make him quite fast. He responds with a punch to Spider-Man's midsection

Quicksilver picks up Maximus by his lapels. "Get your hands off her you-!"
"Paddywack?" Maximus smiles.
Quicksilver releases the Mad Inhuman, and then proceeds to punch himself in the head several times at superspeed before slumping to the ground unconscious.
Maximus checks him over. "Heh. Worked after all. Of course, that particular technique would take over 300 years to implant a suggestion in a normal person, but Pietro's superfast perceptions made it much easier. Been waiting years for that to pay - sorry? Let me start answering your questions." He turns to Tally.
"You're in Attilian - one of my nicer sub-labs. I think I've got another 8 or 9 down here somewhere. Maybe 11? Honestly I don't keep track of them anymore. As to who I am, and who you are, it's a bit more complicated. Take Pietro for example." he gestures to the fallen speedster. "he was your mother's previous husband - which makes him, what? Your reverse Step-dad? Is that a term? Ooh! I should totally trademark that!" he grins gleefully for a moment, then regains himself.
"Now, I am Maximus, and strictly speaking, I'm your uncle. However, from a more philosophical point of view," He raises a clenched fist, breathes deeply, and then speaks in a low harsh tone. "I...AM YOUR FATHER!" He chuckles. "My project brought about your conception and your design. Mostly DNA from Crystal and Ronan." He leans in conspiratorially to stage whisper "but just between you and me, I had to put just a teeny weeny bit of Mar-Vell into the mix, you understand, to make it happen. But I customized everything else about you. Your Mother's cheekbones? My idea." He takes a small bow. "One of my chief architects thought it'd be better for you to have your dad's profile, but he was an idiot - though he was right about the skin color - you definitely look good in blue. Tally in the back of her head knows that this person is probably very dangerous to her and also her creator. But the mixture of emotions she is feeling are ones of anger and upsetness along the same lines that made her run away from the others. "What is it you want with me?" She finally manages to ask while backing up while not looking behind her but looking around for an avenue of escape that she can follow. She is prepared to grab Pietro on her way out as well. "Why me?"

Spider-Man weaves out of the way of the punch by flipping into the air (Auto-Dodge: [dice=20+16]) and coming down on Triton's head with an extended foot to the head (Strike: [dice=20+10] Damage: [dice=4][dice=4+30]) followed by the other foot across his cheek (Strike: [dice=20+10] Damage: [dice=4][dice=4+30]). "So...you come around here often?" Gorgon deflects Tabitha's kick with a chuckle. "Little Girl, you face the War Master of the Inhumans! This fight was over before you joined it!" as he punches Ghostsaber in the face.

With speed that would rival Gambit's, Karnak grabs Wolverine at the wrist and shifts his momentum to toss him off his feet, and drive his striking hand's claws into the bulkhead, jamming the Canadian mutant momentarily.
"Speed, training, and ferocity - meaningless without discipline, allow me to demonstrate." as he drives a knife hand towards Logan's solar plexus.

Triton crumbles under Spider-Man's assault, and is stunned.
Songbird puts up a pink bubble of energy around Ronan that he immediately starts crackign with a single blow from his hammer-weapon. "DAREDEVIL! GET OUT OF THERE!"
Crystal helps her sister to her feet, as the wall of flame around Cap rises and constricts. "Don't make a move! Or Else!"
Hawkeye moans. "That it's come to this..."

A pinging sound is heard as Maximus opens a compartment door, and a hovering platform with an apple pie exits. "I want you to try some apple pie. I've dispatched a squad of Sentries to collect a whole stockpile of fruit pies for my own personal stores. It's one of the things I miss about Earth. The Kree have a religious hatred of Trees, you see? No trees, no fruits, no fruit pies." He cuts himself a slice of pie and puts it on a plate, then a second. "For Pietro, when he gets up." He puts a fork on the small plate with the slice of pie and puts it next to his fallen form, taking a moment to pat him on the head. "We're on the same side Petey. Go figure, first time for everything!" He laughs, and then takes a bite of the pie.
"What do I want from you? Nothing, I don't want to do anything to you - you're already perfect. You're my 5th Symphony, my Starry Night, my Godfather Part 2, what would I want to do to you? Now, the others, that's another story." He flips opens a comms device on the sleeve of his jacket that shows a colorful display. "Sentry-839 - pick up The Starry Night - I think I'd like that in my bedroom." He turns it off and turns bakc to Tally. "Where was I? Right. OK, so we Inhumans, under the leadership of my dear departed brother," He hesitates - his voice is tinged with both a sense of loss and triumph. "took control of the Kree Empire under the promise that we would get the Kree past their evolutionary roadblock. And by "we", Blackbolt and Medusa meant "me and a group of Kree scienticists who understood genetic engineering the way a dog understands Chaos Theory." He sighs and takes another bite of pie. "Early attempts to directly expose Kree to the Terrigen Mists-it's really really hard to clean Kree blood off of 8000 year old marble, do you know that? And there was so much of it." He shakes his head. "I know you don't normally eat, but this is excellent pie, would you like to try some?" Maximus cuts you a piece and puts it on another plate with a fork. "So here you are, the first sign that Kree genetics can advance and become superpowerful, and they want to toy around with you. They want to mess with the masterwork of Maximus the Magnificent?" He smiles as he gulps down the last bite of pie. "I don't think so. So, what do you think? Pie?" Tally's mouth just drops open as it all come in to her and her brain tries to digest all the data. It almost hurts and she almost feels happy as someone in this world connected to who and what she actually is seems to care for her and her well being. This is mixed with the knowledge however implanted in her genetically that Maximus is dangerous, but at the same time nice.
She puts her hands to her head in pain from all this conflicting emotion combined with the data. Finally after a moment or two and knowing full well that she should at least answer him turns to 'Uncle Max' and says, "I don't know I can eat the pie. X-eee had me try to eat something once and I just wound up throwing it up and feeling sick for several hours. It was quite unpleasent for both of us, so if it is OK I would like to say no to the pie. I will have to take your word that it smells delicious though. Me not having any sense of smell at all..." She trails off in fear of retribution from him for refusing that which he offered but also tries something different that she has never done and that is the look of a daughter trying to look confused and lost.

Crystal manages to avoide the kick, but gets a face full of webbing. "I don't want to -AACK!" She tries to pull the webbing away hopelessly.
Medusa, now back on her feet. "Spider-Man! Avengers! Stand Down! " She tries to snare Spider-Man by the neck. "Do you think you are important? You stand for what? A city? A nation? We have worlds and species - all of which depend on that child? Do you even know what she is? She's a vat-grown creation! A lab experiment! But she is the hope for our peoples!"

Ronan smashes Songbird's bubble into pink fragments.

'Too bad. It's really good pie." Maximus helps himself to Tally's piece. "So, right about now, our dear Queen is about to go into a really long monologue on how you're the savior of the Kree race." He spins the forke and rolls his eyes. "Between you and me, sometimes I think she married my brother because he's the only one who would never interrupt her. So she'll be talking about-"

Medusa continues. "-the fact that her genetic sequence is mostly Kree is proof that the Kree have a new path of evolution to undertake, and it was the promise of the Inhumans, of my beloved Black Bolt, to bring them a bright and prospersous future!-"

"-while neglecting the fact that they want to expose you to the Terrigen mists." Maximus smiles. "Small oversight on their part, wouldn't you say? That they want to throw you into a mutagenic bath while having no idea what will happen?"

Medusa sighs. "This child was force grown by Maximus to prove his theory, and he was right to do so."
Crystal shudders. "He had no right to use Ronan and I-"

"But now, I think I have a new plan. Me, you and Reverse Step-Dad Petey." he points to Quicksilver, who groans on the floor. "Oh be quiet. I gave you pie." Maximus turns back to Tally. "We're gonna hide out, either here, or in one of my labs, or in one of the Armada. We'll hitch back to Kree Space. I doubt Medusa will destroy Earth once she realizes she can't find you. After all, Earth has a lot of cute things and she has a few friends there. Medusa's not dumb. Well, not that dumb. She can't be me, after all." He chuckles. "And once we're in Kree space, you start an uprising on behalf of the oppressed Kree people to overthrow Queen Medusa. " Maximus leans in and strokes Tally's cheek. "Now, you tell me; isn't that what every little girl wants?" He grins.

Tally knowing that flinching or anything like that when he touches her face my be viewed s something very bad and as such refrains from doing so. Still all the words coming out of 'Uncle Maxx's' mouth leaves her stunned and dumbfounded. Especilly considering all he is saying that she is to be exposed to the Terrigan mists on one side of the equation and to lead a rebellion on the other.
Too much for one girl to take especially a 16 year old, or a 1 year old for that matter, some tears start to form in the corner of her eyes. "I-i-i just want to go home." She says almost unsure and shyly. "N-n-not that I can ever prolly!"

seizing her advantage over her fallen opponent, Tabitha took the opportunity to hoist Gorgon in the air and hurl him at the Queen while she is in debate with the one who looked alot like an older Tally. Once Gorgon had reached her target, she interrupted the debate. " I don't care what you think Tally is, she's a friend and teammate, and she's not going anywheres with any of you unless she wants to." She stated adamantly.
