Songbird looks to The Star Spangled Avengers. "Mr. Chairman, how do we play this?" Captain America stands. "Songbird, I want you at point with me. GhostSabre and Wolverine, take the extreme flanks. The rest of you back us up. We give them a chance to talk, and no one takes action unless it's on my orders. If it comes to a fight, we punch through the initial flanks, and give Quicksilver and Aura a chance to make a break for it." "Captain, I won't dessert you." Quicksilver's voice is filled with deference, respect. "I know you won't - but if it looks bad, I'll need you to get her to the Baxter Building. That's the safest place on earth for her if this fails." "Understood." Pietro spits out. The doors to the conference room swing wide open, and the Inhuman royal family enters, accompanied by Ronan.    "Captain." Medusa nods her head slightly. "Your Majesty. I'm sorry to hear about your husband." "He is lost, not dead. I simply do as I have always done - I speak for my beloved." "Then forgive me for saying so, but an invasion of Earth hardly seems like something Black Bolt would condone." "Tread careful when speaking of my beloved, Avenger. You do not know as I do. That much is certain, judging by the company you keep." She glares at Pietro, who matches her gaze. Crystal catches a look at Tally. "In Randak's name-" She reaches out towards her, but Ronan holds her back. Tally can feel Quicksilver tense at Ronan's touching Crystal. Ronan speaks. "It would seem that the readings were true - a Kree-Inhuman hybrid. I think it is safe to guess the source?" Gorgon growls. "Maximus. Yes, this does look like his work."Medusa waves her hand. "It matters not - it is still a great gift." |

Tally having not gotten a single word and not wanting to run is about to speak when the doors blow open revealing what is on the other side. It is at this point she simply halts and stares, seeing before not one but both parents that she never really knew. Seeing what Ronan does when Crystal reaches out to her also causes a bit of pain, and even causes a tears to come down.
She quickly tries her best to get a hold of it though, knowing that she have to be strong especially after her sadness changes to a little anger and general upsetness when they talk about her as if she is not even there.
Still there is a temptation to tell them as Tabitha said to take a hike, but she knows somehow instinctively that it would not go over well, especially on both fronts her not even being an adult in any society. Well girly you got exactly what you wanted. Well no not really, I mean both of your parents are here in front of you, but don't seem to want anything to do with you. At least your Father doesn't. And the rest of them...they seem to be seeing you more as a curiosity then a person.
(OOC - going with this as something she completely and utterly fears...)

DD is late to the party coming in and catching the tail end of the discussion. He looks at the Inhumans and notices the Avengers taking up defensive positions. He is unsure of exactly what is going on but slowly walks closer to the group.

Tabitha was about to spout off something when she saw Tally make a run for it. " Oh for Doom's sake," she sputtered, then transformed into her metallic form and moved to block anyone trying to follow her out the door," Time for plan B, Cap, looks like Tally doesn't like the idea of a family reunion. Speedy, you're the only one who's got a chance of catching her, you better keep her safe."

Quicksilver chases after Tally, as the Inhumans move forward, Cap steps up front. "I think you forget where you are - here, people have a right to come and go as they please."
Medusa waves a patronizing finger. "You don't realize what she is! She's the answer to the Kree's prayers! She's-"
"a person. A free person."
"She's a science experiment! A grown object made to discover the path to Kree Evolution!"
Hawkeye simply sighs. "Looks to me like your experiment doesn't want a part of it."
Medusa folds her arms. "It matters not - we are claiming her."
Songbird shakes her head. "Not on our watch."
Captain America smiles as he puts his shield up. "You heard the lady. Back off."
"SEIZE THEM!"

Gaining control over herself and hearing Quicksilver catch up she does slow down to a near stop, hovering slowly. Still visibly upset from the was she was treated as almost what seemed like an object and not a person, she turns to him. "What is it?" She asks not really sure what he will say.

Gorgon lets out a bestial howl as he brings his hoof down, sending a shockwave towards Ghostsabre. [dice=20+3] (strike) Karnak positions himself to face Wolverine. "I've heard you an excellent fighter. I am unimpressed." Ronan swings his universal weapon, emiting a powerblast that is barely blocked by Songbird's forcefield. Triton charges at Spider-Man, looking to tackle him. Hawkeye fires an arrow at Crystal, which she avoids as she binds the archer in a cocoon of Earth. "We don' t have time for this! We need to find her!" Captain America barely evades a whip like lash of Medusa's hair, which cuts through the conference room table. ***** Quicksilver looks at the young lady. "We need to be smart, young lady, and I need you to be brave. Only together can we-" his sentence is cut off as the two of you are teleported. The next thing you know, you are both in a large room filled with technological wonders. And you see a man before you - and somehow, Tally, you recognize him - Maximus.  "I'll have to thank his Majesty Groot for showing me how to create teleport fields like that. Very efficient - no mess, no explosions - almost dull actually." He turns to see the two of you and smiles. It is not a comforting smile. "Wow! Look at you!" He hugs Tally. Tally responds to the hug given by backing off quickly as shocked by this individual she does not really know at all. Yet somehow she does...this is all still very confusing. "Wh-wh-what and where are we?" She looks around at the surroundings still weirded out by both Maximus and the teleportation. Having nothing on her that she can copy for a source of energy she knows she has only her physical abilities to rely on.

Being ignored at the moment, DD thinks that if he uses the opportunity to send both halves his billy clubs on collision courses with the enemy they will be to busy focused on the person in front of them than on the flying billy club. Just after he throws both he starts off in a run for Ronan.
He sends one part of the club at Gorgon's face, and intends it to ricochet from there to Medusa's body. From there he plans on it angling off and ricocheting off the floor and be in a position for him to grab it.
The other half he sends at Triton's legs to throw him off balance, as he charges Spiderman. From there its trajectory should take it to hit Karnak before angling back to where he can grab it.
As the projectiles fly through the air, DD runs towards Ronan, catches his clubs just before doing a back flip to avoid any attacks thrown his way. The real goal of the flip becomes apparent as he tries to land a flying kick with both feet to Ronan's midsection.

Shrugs, pausing to light a cigar. "Bub, it's what you don't hear you should worry about." Drops the match to the floor as he leaps at Karnak, claws out.
