"I tried to be nice, but this is interference with a police investigation." Long grabs Tiny by the balls with one hand and a good squeeze and grabs the top of his shirt. In one motion lifts him up and tosses him hard enough that he won't be getting up for a while. [dice=20][rand=63400613728486742254049059099296871431166920914196811935114852051]

The huge man was caught completely by suprise by Long's quick reaction and ended up sprawled on his back looking up at Long until his eyes rolled back in his head.

Long picks up the receiver. "He will have to call you back." He hangs up the phone and waits a few seconds. Picking it back up again he dials 911. When the call is picked up he identifies himself with his name and badge number and that he is undercover with the FBI. After he gets the special agent in charge Long tells his exact location, "I need an immediate pull-out. The whole mission has gone south. I have a witness in custody, but he will not come quietly. And he has got flame powers so you will want to bring some meta-inhibitors if you have got any. He has also been hit on the head pretty hard so bring an ambulance too. I have to get back before he suspects anything. Get here as soon as possible. I do not know if I can hold him if he gets mad." Long hangs up the phone and hurries back to the boat. "I could not find anything. It is just a bunch of old fishing shacks, but some of them are empty. We can probably hide out in one of them."

Long's handler had taken all the information. " Good work Long. We'll be there as soon as we can. Sit tight."
Trevor shook his head. " I say we keep going. We have plenty of gas left. Rusty has a big headstart on us and her buddy in the helicopter has probably already warned her we're on the move. That woman is capable of anything, so I really don't want to lay around letting get too far ahead."

"There is no way you up to staying on the run. You are seriously hurt and need rest. I am sure that there is a bed in an empty shack over there. I will sink this boat so they will not know that we are here. I will not hear another word about it. Come on. I am pretty sure I can find a first aid kit somewhere too." Long picks him up and carries him to the nearest shack that was empty and goes inside.

" I'm telling you this is a bad... oooh, dizzy again.." Trevor said as he hung over Long's shoulder.
Long found one of the shacks that didn't seem to have been used in a while on the end. Trevor suggested," Just give it a good kick"

As suggested Long kicks the door open, but he doesn't want it coming off the hinges, just open. Long looks for whatever is available to put Trevor on (bed, table, couch, whatever [if necessary a chair would be better than the floor]). Long goes back outside and punches a good sized hole in the bottom of the boat and then flings it as far out into the water as possible. He should be able to get it about 11 feet out. Then he'll go back to the shack and look for a first aid kit.

An old sofa just inside the door was suffice for Trevor's needs, though he was still awake when Long returned. " How long do you really think we can hole up like this? We need to get back to the city now so I can tell how much damage they've done."

"At least until you stop getting dizzy every time you move." [Is there maybe any first aid kit in the shack?] If there is a first aid kit, Long does what he can with it for Trevor and stand watch at whatever window would be easiest to see the FBI arrive.

Trevor groaned at Long's answer while he watched Long search until he found what he was looking for. " So why exactly is a cop undercover and stuck in this mess anyways?"

"I was trying to get close to Rusty's boss. And then bring in the cavalry to arrest him. Here. Take some of these ibuprofen. It should help. I think."

Trevor took the pills, and nearly choked on the water he was washing them down with," You honestly thought you could get to Denial? No one even knows what he looks like, let alone get close to him." He laughed. " Ty.... my friends and I have crossed paths with the Brethren for a long time and we've never even caught a glimpse of him. It's like he's a ghost or something." It was clear he was picking his words as he spoke. He yawned," Think you're gonna lose me again.."

"No, no, no! Do not fall asleep." Long shakes him a little and if necessary gives him a little slap across the cheek. "You have had a head injury. The worst thing to do is fall asleep, because you might not wake up again. Keep talking to me. That will keep you awake. Tell me about your previous encounters with the Brethren."

"I'm awake. I'm awake." Trevor protested. " You didn't seem to care that much in the boat if I slept or not." He sputtered as he sat up.
He was about to start talking when two large and heavy vehicles rolled by outside. Long didn't get a good look at the first one, but the second had definitety has S.W.A.T. on the side of it. A glance at the wall told him it had only been 20 minutes since he had called his handler, not enough time for a response of that magnitude.

"Damn it. I think they might have found us. Come on. We will need to go out the back." Long lets Trevor use him as a crutch again. They try to hide in the tall grass or trees or whatever is around that would be easy to hide in. And try to get as far away from the fishing shacks as possible while staying under cover. [Is there any chance I might be able to recognize who is giving orders to the team?]
