With DD clear, Wolverine retracts his claws and Cap feels the elevator slip from his grasp. The resulting crash at the bottom sets off alarms throughout the building and a cloud of dust flew up and out of the shaft.
Logan brushed off his ruined tux, " Next party, leave me home."

Tally feeling she actually did good does a little dance after putting down Daredevil (I tried to find it, the one Katherine Heigl does in ugly truth) before realizing others are still around and coming to a holt!

"Oh geez! Murdock was in there! I'll be right back!" Spider-Man gets out of the Quinjet and runs down the side of the building and into the hole in the wall. He starts looking around and yelling "Matt? Mister Murdock? Are you in here?" If he crosses by the elevators, he'll ask frantically, "Have you guys seen Murdock? Ghosty sent me to find him. He might not have made it out in that rush of people."

DD had been about to go out the top when he realized he had run out of time. The decision made for him by the pretty woman that grabbed him and dragged him to safety. As he stand outside the elevator he say to the woman, "thank you for the help. Not often I get picked up by a beautiful woman," He then looks at Logan, "sorry I took so long, wasn't sure it would hold so was about to go out the roof."
Wiping the dust off his arms he looks at Cap, "all your people all right?"

Tally gives a smile after she hears that from DD and sets him down. She stays and waits to hear if there is anything else she needs to do.

Spidey finds the others in time to see Aura's little dance followed by the exchange. Wolverine was about to reply when Hawkeye's voice came over Cap's communicard" Did I completely miss the party? Any idea why one of the new kids is passed out in my seat with a bag of ice on her face? And who's the wise guy that thought making me come to with Songbird in my arms would be cute anyways?"

DD shakes Cap's hand and says, "thanks for the offer, but if I run off with you, who stays and covers Hell's Kitchen? I can't just go. You have good people, you don't need me. And if you ever do, you never know when or where I'll show. At hearing Spidey DD turns around.
"I saw Mr. Murdock make it out with the rest of the crowd. I would guess by now he is in a cab on his way home."
Turning back to Cap he says, "glad to be of help, and glad your people are ok. If you'll excuse me," he says before making his way to the nearest window/whole in the building/rooftop exit whichever comes first."

"Bye Hornhead! Thanks for the update!" Spider-Man waves as Daredevil leaves the scene. Turning back to his teammates he says "Isn't that guy just the best?"

Tally finished her happy dance and not caring at all who saw it sees that that there is nothing else for her to do here. "Fun night. Can we go home now?" She asks.

Daredevil managed to slip away, and with most of the gathered presswatching the front of the building, was able to slip away unnoticed.
" Your just full of compliments, webslinger." Logan said with a smirk as he put an arm around Spiderman's shoulders and started to walk him away, " Now, let's just talk about this Claws name I thought I heard out of your mouth. come on Tally, we can wait for Cap on the Quinjet."
Cap found Sharon had made her way back into the ballroom, and was talking to two detectives who looked perplexed. She waived him over and he saw that she had her SHIELD credentials out, explaining how she got back in.

" If you'll excues me." Carter said and the two policemen walked away. She looked at Cap with a slight smile and a nod. " Nothing some rest and a massage won't fix. I'll have a medic check me out later when I get to headquarters, I'm sure Colonel Fury will want an update. I take it everyone is okay" Oh, I'm not sure why, but that actress Mary Jane Parker asked me to pass along to her husband that she took a cab home. She was convinced he had snuck back in to take photos and that you knew he was there. I don't remember any camera flashes. " She scratched her head.
