Sarah hugs Edeline quietly, feeling upset at making the child cry. Trying to cheer her up, she says "Your memory card game worked, you know. I remember my name. It's Sarah"

"That's not why I'm upset." Edeline says. "Things were safe here. After you came they stopped talking about the creepy rustlers."

Sarah smiles. "I helped take care of the creepy rustlers. They're gone now. And if they ever come back, I'll come back and make them go away again. I promise. I will whatever I have to keep you from getting hurt." A small smile appears "You're my sister. At least I hope you still want to be."

Sarah smiles and holds out her hand, pinky finger extended. "I promise." she says in a solemn voice. "Pinky swear." Once they've done that, she says "I really do want you to come and visit me. And I want to visit you."

Sarah nods at Dora and gives Edeline one last hug before leaving to join Wilson at his car. She is sadder at leaving than she expected to be even though she is looking forward to seeing everyone back home.

Sarah is quiet as she thinks this over. Part of her wanted to see her parents, but knew that once she was in her mother's presence, it would take a miracle to get her out of it again. The other part wanted to see Coop and run up to him and hug him. She says quietly "Let's go to the Guild first. I need to see Coop and talk to Tobrias."

After an uneventful trip of many hours, in which Sarah got to see the looming growth of the city from the needle-thin Golth Spire to the bustling mound the city is, Wilson finally dropped her off at the guild. (I'll set you up in Ch 8.)
