Sarah nods at Coop and replies "That's what worries me. If the demons think you're the slayer, then they'll come after you. So be careful, ok?" An uneasy smile appears and she says before heading out "I'll see you later."

Coop nodded, taking the warning seriously as he watched Sarah head off. He turned back to Eleutheroi as they continued towards his car. " So am I making as big a mistake as I'm afraid of? I figure if anyone's gonna give me a straight answer, it's you."

Sara actually found the quick trip to Zeke's Primary Trading Emporeum fairly easy. The human girl at the front desk kind of looked as Sarah slightly askew, as if Miss Lockhart had screwed the world out of the most eligible bachelor. "Zéké can see you now." Said the girl, waving Sarah into the back office.
There sat the older Minotaur, boss of the establishment, and ambassador of his nation. "Well, Miss Lockhart." He says, chuckling, as the door closed, leaving them alone. "I see your father is quite the actor. How can I help you today?"

Coop had an easier time of it. No one was looking at him ascant. Instead, they were flashing cameras at him. They'ld set up at every major entrance, inlcuding the garage. While Eleutheroi drove - agressively enough to keep the reporters at the side - it still looked annoying. Many of the reporters were cajolling and goading, and a few - especially those Eleutheroi wouldn't let block the car's path, cried foul about freedom of the press. At one point, El mumble to Cooper, "That freedom doesn't really exist, your right to privacy has a higher value in a court of law. Remember that."
And, with a gunning of the engine, makes his way to the Trader's Emporeum. Once there, everyone looked and whispered. The secretary dropped her pen when she saw him, in awe mouthing the word "tall." Eleutheroi snickered.

Coop rolled his eyes at El's response," Don't start." He bent over and picked the secretary's pen from the floor and handed it back to her. He smiled slightly, " We'd like to to talk to Zeke, he should be expecting us."

Sarah smiles at Zeke "Yes, he certainly is sometimes." Sitting down when he does, she says "I was hoping you'd be able to help me find some information. It seems there is a cult that is summoning demons and is attached to the Old Ones and I need to find out who they are and stop them."

"That is quite interesting." says Zéké. "And what ties do you believe my traders may have with these miscreants?" He asks, almost testing the water. The Minotaur's eyes suddenly turned shrewd, not judging Sarah's honesty, but essaying potential actions.

"Wha? huh?" The girl asks, taking the pen in shock still. "He's with a client." She says. Eleutheroi quietly snickered behind Coop, all the while looking very security guardy.

Coop fought the urge to groan as he tried a different approach. He leaned on the desk and smiled, speaking in a lower tone," I really need to talk to Zeke. I'd appreciate it if you'd let us go right in."

Sarah decides to be honest as she replies "I'm honestly not sure what ties you may have to them, if you have any at all. I'm not here to accuse you of any wrong doing. I'm just trying to find information, so I can prevent something horrible from happening."

Eleutheroi leaned forward, his stare, a mix of Elvish grace and military charm, locks on the secretary's. "It's a matter of national security ma'am." He says, in a solid tone.
The secretary blinks. "Oh, yes, of course." she says, coming to, her movements looking nervous at this turn of events, as if she didn't realize the Decree Slayer would be here on an urgent matter. "I'll send you in." She says, and makes a call.
(Sarah)
Zéké smiled politely. "And I am yours to provide what I can." He says. "What kind of information would you like? We mostly handle imports, as you know. Why, just a few months ago, we got an import of the Tolèze marble. Very fine, and quite expensive. I have some left over if you wish to redo your counters." He adds, with a salesman's grin.
Before Sarah could answer, Zéké got a call. "Yes, please, send them in immediately." He hung up the phone as Coop and Eleutheroi were let in.
"It seems I'm needed on an issue of national security." He says to Sarah, chuckling.
(Coop)
"He can see you now." Says the secretary in a sultry tone to Coop, seeming to regain herself. Opening the door, with a wink, Coop and Eleutheroi hear Zéké chuckling about national security.

" Why didn't you do that in the first place?" Coop said under his breath to Eleutheroi as the secretary let them in. Once the door closed behind them, he smirked as he saw Sarah was already here with Zeke. " guess we should have known."

" You didn't have every reporter in the city waiting for you on the Guild steps either." Coop replied. " But you'll get to find out soon enough when we try to get home. I'm sure their camped out waiting already." He turned his attention to the Minotaur and nodded politely, " Sorry to barge in on you like this, but El was right when he said this is a matter of national security, maybe worse."

Sarah teases "Yeah, yeah. Excuses." When Coop talks to Zeke, she nods and her face becomes more serious as she says "I had started explaining what's going on before you got here."
